The study on the contents and methods about food information of Home Economics (III)
Get PDF生活者の食品の機能性に対する関心は高い一方で, 食情報に対する理解不足が原因となり健康被害が生じた事例も報告されている。家庭科では, このような現状を食生活の問題として捉え, 問題解決的な思考を通してよりよい食生活を営む実践的な態度を養う必要がある。これまで申請者らは, 平成19年度と20年度の学部・附属学校共同研究において, 学習者の食情報に対する主体的な判断を促すことをねらいとして家庭科の授業設計を行った。本研究では, 食情報について考える授業を設計するにあたり, 食品の機能性に関する情報の信頼性を考える活動と, 家庭科の学習内容を家族に伝えることをイメージさせる活動を取り入れた。授業を通じて, 生徒に食情報の信頼性を判断する意識が生まれていた。学習内容を家族に伝達することをイメージする活動については, 多くの生徒が多様な気付きをみせた。今後の課題として, 生徒が実際に家族に学習内容を伝え交流を行うための工夫, 生徒に家族の食生活の問題を気付かせるための指導が必要であると考えられた。今後は食情報を対象として, 他分野や他教科との連携, 家族との連携を意図した授業の設計・実践をめざしたい

Get PDF中学校「技術・家庭」家庭分野における着装学習に関する効果的な指導方法について, 授業での学習内容を生かして着装できるようになることを目的に, 検討を行った。まず自己の衣生活を見つめ, 日常の着装行動を自己と他者から評価することを長期休暇の課題とした。また本時では, 色彩に着目しパーソナルカラーを探る活動を行い, 着装学習とその評価活動に関する指導方法に検討を加え, 実践し, その効果を検証した。さらにこれらの評価活動の有用性についても検討した。実践は, 広島大学附属三原中学校の3年生を対象に, 2009年12月に行った。
日常生活の着装行動について評価活動を取り入れた結果, 生徒自身が個々の衣生活を多面的にとらえ, 衣服や着装に対する関心が高まった。デザイン, 色彩, 素材を, TPOに応じて適性を考慮しながら衣服選択していることを, 自己評価を通じて認識するなかで, 生活知と学校知の結びつきが行われていることが明らかとなった。これより, 色のみでなく複合的な着装のあり方を学習できる実践方法として, 自己と他者による評価活動が有効であることが示唆された。今後は被服製作活動への展開を試み, 評価活動との関係性を検討することが課題である
An Approach of Teaching Method about Cooking Practice with Problem-Solving Method in Elementary School Home Economics : Through the Analyzing of Teaching Method with Pupils' Realization to Self Change and Improvement
Get PDF学校教育における食育の重要性が提唱される中で, 小学校家庭科の食生活学習は重要な位置を占めている。本報では, 問題解決的な学習を取り入れ, 児童が自分の成長と変容を実感して生活実践につなぐことができるような「段取りを考える調理学習」を提案した。本時は, 一食分の献立の出来上がりを想定して, 作業の順番, 班員の分担, 時間配分, 効率や安全を考慮した準備作業の必要性などについて主体的に考えさせる実践であった。これまでの学習や体験に基づいて自分で作業過程をイメージしたり, 班で話し合ったり, 栄養指導教諭の話を聞いたりすることによって, 思考が広がり深まっている様子がみられた。作業過程をメタ認知するこのような学習の機会は, 広範で複雑な生活事象を学習対象とする家庭科学習には不可欠である。限られた時間で児童が多様な視点から調理作業の要素や流れについて考えることができたことは大きな成果であった。調理作業全体の流れを把握して, その中で自分の役割が分かり, その役割がこなせること, また周囲の状況を踏まえた上で行動できることが, 自分の成長と変容を実感し, 調理学習を生活実践につなぐ上で重要であることも示唆された
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
