(E) Isi: Permasalahan kepastian hukum dan keadilan hukum yang materiil dihadapkan kembali ketika Kejaksaan Agung mengajukan upaya hukum peninjauan kembali dalam kasus terbunuhnya aktivis HAM-Munir. Pro dan kontra pun datang silih berganti dalam menanggapi permasalahan tersebut. Permasalahan ini menjadi kompleks karena dalam Pasal 263 ayat (1) Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana mengatur secara limitatif yang dapat mengajukan peninjauan kembali. Sifat penelitian yang akan digunakan ialah deskriptif, dengan pendekatan melalui studi dokumen atau bahan pustaka. Jenis atau macam penelitiannya yaitu penelitian hukum normatif. Dalam pengajuan permohonan PK harus berpedoman kepada KUHAP. Karena secara hukum, KUHAP dengan jelas, tegas dan limitatif mengatur siapa-siapa saja yang berhak mengajukan PK. Yang dilakukan jaksa tidak berdasarkan hukum positif yang kuat. Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2004 tidak boleh dilihat secara partikular, dilihat secara holistik terhadap peraturan-peraturan lain, contohnya Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2004 harus dikaitkan juga dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2004 mengenai perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1985 tentang Mahkamah Agung. Full text linkThis study aims to find out communication models on analog versus digital library services through Facebook; and the important role of PIO in digital library services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with literature studies. This study shows that there has been a shift in the model and role of library service communication from analog to digital. This can be seen from the role of PIO as: (1) digital library information content creators; (2) digital library promotional content creators; (3) communication managers and disseminator on information and promotions on social media (in the context of this article is Facebook); and (4) communication links between leaders and audiences. The recommendation of this study is that library managers must recognize the importance of a new communication model in library management through Facebook

Full text linkThis study aims to determine: (1) the publication of journals and proceedings using e-publishing technology; (2) the prospect of the industry in publishing journals and proceedings in the digital era in the Indonesian context; (3) challenges and efforts to disseminate e-journal and e-proceeding. The study approach is qualitative with the literature review method. The results of the study show that: (1) the use of e-publishing technology is an important part of the publication of e-journal and e-proceeding in the future, which is more flexible, efficient and effective than before; (2) the prospect of publishing the journal and proceedings in the future is fairly bright because publishing technology is more sophisticated, so it encourages better publishing products in terms of types and numbers that are increasingly numerous, interactive, easily accessible, utilizing artificial intelligence, until finally all archiving has made use of big data; (3) the challenges in publishing journals and online proceedings are the competence of human resources, many competitors in this business, the quality of publications tend to be ignored, the disruption of professions, and many abrupt publishers. Meanwhile, digital technology has made the dissemination of journals and proceedings easier, faster and more efficient because they do not involve many parties anymore. E-publishing also reduces the bureaucracy of publishing journals and proceedings, such as not requiring printed correspondence, but simply through e-mail or tools in OJS or OCS applications

Full text linkPenggunaan Celebrity dalam endorser untuk mempengaruhi konsumen agar melakukan pembelian produk yang diendorser sehingga meningkatnya penjualan. medan napoleon dengan produk cake kekinian memperkenalkan varian rasa, dan Irwansyah mengendorser medan napoleon karena Irwansyah dinilai memiliki citra diri yang positif dan jauh dari kasus hukum. dari pihak medan napoleon sangat membutuhkan kesan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Irwansyah terhadapa Minat Beli konsumen pada toko kue kekinian Medan Napoleon. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, serta diuji dengan metode analisis data secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini dibuktikan dengan uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, uji T, Regresi Linear Sederhana, Koefisien R dan koefisien R2 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini variable idependen dan dependen dinyatakan valid dan reliable, hasil regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan Y = 14,703 + 0,563X, dapat diartikan Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh positif atau mempunyai pengaruh yang searah terhadap minat beli, dari hasil uji-T menunjukan bahwa Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli diperoleh T-hitung > t-tabel ( 7,768 > 1,661), dan diperoleh angka R Square berpengaruh sebesar 0,381 (38,1%). Dari uraian diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Irwansyah memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat beli.
