No full textThe study provides a view on Romanian economy in terms of its competitiveness and potential for sustaining an efficient foreign trade. After reviewing literature and the reports of prestigious institutions and bodies in the area, the author presents several elements providing an accurate image on current quantitative and qualitative parameters of Romanian foreign trade, the internal and foreign processes influencing it and its main trends. The theoretical, legislative and institutional background of the paper was developed earlier by the author in his monograph - "The legal and financial regime applicable to international foreign trade" published in 2008 by ArtPress Publishing House after Romania joined the European Union. In this study, however, the focus is placed on major changes that have occurred in Romania’s foreign trade after it joined the European structures
A Research on the Relationship Between Performance and Medicine Styles
No full textObjective: The behavior and approach of doctors have always been important. In the literature, these behavior styles are often described through doctor-patient relationship. The aim of this study is to go beyond this limitation and to determine practice styles and discover the relationship between these styles and performance. A new model of the style of practice development process is proposed. Material and Methods: The practice style and performance scale developed by the author was used. Scales are applied to specialist physicians, a validity of the scale and discovery of the scales is provided with exploratory factor analysis. The relationship between practice styles and performance is analyzed with correlation and regression. Results: The exploratory factor analysis results shows that the scale items are collected in five dimensions after varimax rotation. These dimensions explain 60,7% of the cumulative variance. Barletta's test was significant (chi-square = 682.945, P <.001) and the KMO value achieved (0.684) provide evidence that data is suitable for factor analysis.The factor loads of the material loaded to resulting factors ranged from 0.420 to 0.917. These values are within acceptable limits. According to the study findings, four types of practice have been described. A positive correlation has been identified between performance and numerical and patient-friendly styles. It was not found any relationship between performance and idealistic and conservative medicine styles. Conclusion: An analysis of medicine styles will contribute to medicine services, evaluation of the performance of the health care business and patient satisfaction.Amaç: Hekimlerin davranış ve yaklaşım tarzları her zaman önemli olmuştur. Bu davranış stilleri literatürde genellikle hasta hekim ilişkisi üzerinden açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı bu sınırlamanın dışına çıkarak hekimlik stillerini belirlemek ve bu stiller ile performans arasında ilişki kurmaktır. Yeni bir hekimlik stilleri gelişim süreci modellemesi önerilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmada yazar tarafından geliştirilmiş hekimlik stilleri ve performans ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler uzman hekimlere uygulanmış, keşfedici faktör analizi ile ölçeklerin geçerliliği ve stillerin keşfi sağlanmıştır. Hekimlik stilleri ile performans ilişkisi korelasyon ve regrasyon ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Keşfedici faktör ile analiz edilen verilerin rotasyonu varimax yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeği oluşturan ifadeler beş faktör altında toplanmıştır. Bu faktörlerin toplamı varyansın %60,7’sini açıklamaktadır. Barletta testi (chi-square=682.945, P<,001) ve KMO katsayısı (0,684) ile ölçeğin faktör analizi sonucu geçerlenmiştir. Ölçeğin faktör yükleri 0,420- 0,917arasında değerler almıştır. Çalışma bulgularına göre dört tür hekimlik sitilini gösteren faktörler ve hekimlik işgücü ile kazancı arasında ilişkiyi tanımlayan faktör tanımlanmıştır. Hekimlik stilleri ile performans ilişkisinde ise sayısal hekimlik stili ve hasta dostu hekimlik stilinin performans ile arasında pozitif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. İdealist hekimlik stili ve muhafazakâr hekimlik stilleriyle performans arasında ilişkiye rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç: Hekimlik stillerinin analizinin, hekimlik hizmetlerinin sunumuna, hizmet alıcıların memnuniyetine ve sağlık işletmelerinin performansının değerlendirilmesine katkı yapacağı düşünülmektedir

Underdevelopment, people’s ignorance, their way of thinking and acting, etc. may represent as many causes for the deterioration of the environment and life in general, as development, by the financial resources created, can provide the source for the establishment and support of antipollution means and measures"
AN ANALYSIS OF THE "BIO" / "ECO" PRODUCTS MARKET, REFERRING TO THE EU AND ROMANIA
No full textThe EU and Canada represent the largest market in the world for the sale of ecological products attracting exports from many third countries and recording a total sale of 95% of the worldwide total market. The European market for ecological products – also known as “bio” / “eco” – in absolute figures – is somewhere around 20 billiards euro/year, and in the case of Romania, the market for those products varies around 200 million euro/year. According to European legislation, there are harmonized provisions and procedures for the import of ecological products which can be implemented in two ways: either by complying with the EU legislation on ecologic products, or based on the equivalence between the existent standards and control systems. In many European countries, the operators on such a market obey the rules established by Legislation for ecologic productions strictly. In Romania, a sanctioning system against those economic operators who fraudulently use product labels suggesting they are organic products has just recently been considered. Taking into consideration all these aspects, the present paper relies on the most recent bibliographic and statistical references in this field

Obviously, Romania joined on the line, accounting as a responsibility of the state authorities to implement the European standards of the aforementioned nature, and also to develop and implement various (national) laws in an attempt to achieve faster the macro-stabilization and to strengthen the economic and business environment. In other words, lately, a certain enhancement of the intervention of the executive authority/government by legal means in the economic and business environment occurred, a situation determined, as we will show, by the increasing financial difficulties, to which, as we observe, were associated certain circumstances regarding the environment/sustainable development
TOWARDS A LAW OF SUSTAINABLE FISCAL RESOURCES
No full textOur approach aims to raise the benchmarks intended, we believe, to print efficiency rules for public financial law which, by definition, governs the issue of budgetary resources. Knowing the mechanism of legal and tax and the use of this type of resource, given the current context, we introduce some approaches to the position of financial law located in the best connection with economics, and we consider key issues of this - crisis/ growth, sustainable development, strategies/ policies, state intervention tools etc. aiming to easier to put out various budgetary implications caused by certain processes/ phenomena in the real economy. Also, we bring some elements of analysis, comments and views coming to justify the importance of rights (set of rules and principles of major influence) the financial and fiscal consolidation based in the extent possible, the development lasting nature. It is expected thus that such a law (fiscal consolidation based on sustainability) can drive more speedily to create a stable tax system capable of generating sufficient budgetary resources in terms of efficiency and efficacy, ensuring cost reductions with unit budget and compliance taxpayers being, while flexible, simple, transparent and adaptable to national/ international changes
