Yazar “İç Savaş” sırasında hem askerlik hem de gazetecilik yapar, “Konarmiya Öyküleri” de bu yıllarda ki gözlemlerinden oluşur. Biz de bu makalede “İç Savaş ve Devrim” üzerinde duracağız. I. Dünya Savaşı henüz bitmeden başlayan “İç Savaş ve Devrim” Rusya’yı ve Rus insanını derinden etkilemiştir. Yoksulluk, savaşmaktan doğan fiziksel ve ruhsal yorgunluk, malzeme eksikliği ve kötü hava şartlarının sebep olduğu insan trajedileri bu öykülerde açıkça gösterilir. Bu nedenle çalışmamızda “Konarmiya Öyküleri”nde anlatılan bu kötü şartların insanları ve yaşamlarını nasıl etkilediğini göstermeyi amaçladık.In this essay it is mentioned that a Jewish Soviet author E. Isaak Babel. He was a correspondent and a soldier during the Civil War period, and his “Konarmiya” stories were based on his fighting observations. So we stand on the theme; “Revolution and the Civil War” in those stories. Revolution and the Civil War, which started just after the First World War, affected Russia and the Russian people deeply. Poverty, physical and mental exhaustion from fighting, lack of material and bad weather conditions caused human tragedy and they were showed clearly in those storties; For this reason, in this study, we want to show how this bad conditions, which are explained in “Konarmiya”, affected people and their lives in that period

No full textThe article provides information about the Ukrainian artist Ivan Driapachenko’s portrait made by Isaak Brodsky in 1906. The drawing was sold at the Neumeister Auction (Germany) in 2013. The author suggests that the portrait belongs to those cultural values which were moved illegally from the territory of Ukraine during the World War II. Some of the Driapahenko’s works could still remain in Germany or other countries of Western Europe.</jats:p

The author of the present article establishes that the fact of Babel's belonging to Jewish culture played a more important and profound part than generally admitted. He explains by Babel's double cultural appurtenance and by the invincible antinomies that resulted therefrom, the origin of the principal literary methods of this writer and his characteristic pathos.
Starting with Babel', he endeavours to specify the place of non-Russian cultures of Russian expression in the Soviet literature and their contribution to same. L'auteur du présent article établit que l'appartenance de Babel' à la culture juive a joué un rôle plus important et plus profond qu'il n'est généralement admis. Il explique par la double appartenance culturelle de Babel' et par les antinomies insurmontables qui en découlaient, l'origine des principaux procédés littéraires de cet écrivain, ainsi que le pathétique qui lui est propre.
A partir du cas de Babel', il tente de préciser la place des cultures non russes d'expression russe dans la littérature soviétique et leur apport. Secondo l’ultime Osservazioni fata in AMSTERDAM apresso ISAAK TIRION. Mapa sporządzona została w 1740 roku przez niderlandzkiego kartografa. Artykuł zawiera charakterystykę mapy. Dla pisarki mapa ta stanowiła odniesienie do wielkiej podróży Jakuba Lejbowicza Franka po terenach m.in. dawnej Polski i Imperium Osmańskiego w drugiej połowie XVIII i na początku XIX wieku. Dla współczesnego czytelnika mapa osiemnastowiecznego kartografa stanowi rodzaj siatki geomentalnej po terytorium tekstu literackiego. W artykule przedstawiono wieloaspektowość rzeczywistości fizycznej tego terytorium: rzeczywistość twórcy mapy jako abstrakcję kartograficzną, rzeczywistość wyimaginowaną przez pisarkę i rzeczywistość odczytaną przez zróżnicowane grono czytelników.The present article concerns the relation between Isaak Tirion’s map and The Books of Jacob by Olga Tokarczuk. The cover of the bound book features a map signed NUOVA CARTA del EUROPA TURCHE SCA. Secondo l’ultime Osservazioni fata in AMSTERDAM apresso ISAAK TIRION. The map was created in 1740 by the Dutch cartographer. The article contains the description of the map. For the writer the map constitutes a reference to the great travel by Jakub Lejbowicz Frank to the old Poland in the second half of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. For the present-day reader the map of the 18th-century cartographer constitutes a geomental grid covering the landscape of the literary text. BUDGETTICKS A MUST FOR THE GOVERNMENT
Get PDFSYNOPSIS The D.Litt Thesis herewith submitted, namely 'Budgetticks - A must for the Government'. This nature of research comes under the purview of the subject Public Administrations, which happens to be mine own discovery. Presently, there are huge problems in chalking out the yearly budget of the different countries in the present day world. Moreover, the countries which are in the arena of third world and underneath nations, this problem of framing of yearly budget has become a misnomer. The different Governments pertaining to such third world and underneath arena find the same, quite difficult in order to present their budget in thier respective Parliaments, or, before the Assemblies. In fact, there are no relevancies observed to-day, in between the different budgetary provisions (i.e. monetary provisions) and the resultant effects. Here, the Governments are meeting with their drastic failures in providing the people, which are very akin to maintain their lives and livelihoods towards, achieving a conducive sustenance. Here, Budget and its effects make no systematic impact in providing the people, their day to day necessities. Presently, most of the 3rd world and underneath nations are adopting the type of budget which are basically borrowed from the Britishers. During the colonial rule of the Britishers, they have imposed their ideas, their authority, responsibility, accountability, in the shape of forming the Governments, up to their own tastes. Unfortunately such Governments are not finding an outlet to be away from such unsuitable procedural ways as set up towards framing of the budget as made by the Britishers. Of course, partly the British system may have, some help to the capitalistic nations like U.S.A., U.K. and other European countries, but for the people of 3rd world and the underneath nations, this system only provides a distorted, hazy as well as quite an unsuitable order, in consideration to their geographical, social, political and anthropological behavioural orders.
