Analisis Nilai-nilai Religius dalam Novel "Janji Sahabat" Karya Risna Utami
Literary work is an expression of personal human feelings in the form of experiences, thoughts, feelings, ideas, enthusiasm, beliefs in the form of images of human life and the imagination of the author. One form of literary work is the novel "Promise of Friends" by Risna Utami. The researcher aims to analyze the religious values in the novel. The type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a pragmatic approach. Analyzing the text in the novel "Promise of Friends" by Risna Utami, namely in the form of sentences, paragraphs and excerpts from dialogues of the characters in each paragraph which contain religious values. To complete the references in this study, the researchers carried out research at the Nias University library. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Risna Utami's "Promise of Friends" novel contains religious values consisting of human relations with God, human relations with humans and human relations with nature which indirectly can be used as guidelines in daily life. -day. PROFIL KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU TK DITINJAU DARI KUALIFIKASI AKADEMIK (Penelitian Ex-Post Facto pada Guru TK di Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka)
Guru merupakan komponen penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan sehingga dalam melaksanakan tugasnya guru dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang mumpuni. Kompetensi kepribadian menjadi salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru. Sadar atau tanpa disadari ternyata kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki guru akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan dari proses pembelajaran. Disamping kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru, kualifikasi akademik juga merupakan persyaratan yang harus terpenuhi untuk menjadi seorang guru profesional. Pentingnya kompetensi kepribadian guru dan beragamnya kualifikasi akademik pada guru TK melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan kompetensi kepribadian guru TK ditinjau dari kualifikasi akademiknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Pada penelitian ini peneliti hanya mengkaji hubungan sebab-akibat dari variabel yang sudah terjadi tanpa adanya perlakuan/treatment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada profil kompetensi kepribadian guru TK ditinjau dari jenjang pendidikan maupun dari relevansi jenjang pendidikan dengan bidang PAUD.

ABSTRACT
Teachers are an important component in the implementation of education; hence they are required to have qualified competence to carrying out their tasks. Personality competence is one of the competencies that teachers must possess. Whether we realize it or not, it turns out that the teacher's personal competence will determine the success of a learning process. In addition to the competencies that teachers must possess, academic qualifications are also a requirement that they must be fulfilled to become professional teachers. This importance of personality competencies and the variety of academic qualifications of kindergarten teachers is the background of this study. The purpose of this study is to obtain a certain conception of and see whether there are differences in the personality competencies among kindergarten teachers in terms of their academic qualifications. The research method used is quantitative with ex post facto design. In this study, researchers only examined the causal relationship of variables that had occurred, without any treatment. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the personality competency profile of kindergarten teachers in terms of education levels or from the relevance of educational levels to the plane of Early Childhood Education (PAUD).

Teacher Recruitment Negotiations: A Form of Early Childhood Education Strategy in Indonesia
Strategi Pembentukan Karakter Melalui Pembiasaan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini
Character education from an early age is essential to shaping a generation with noble character and strong social-emotional skills The background of this research is the importance of character education from an early age in order to build a generation with noble character and strong social-emotional skills. This study aims to describe strategies for character building in early childhood through social-emotional habituation at TKIT Al Fatih. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation involving 2 teachers and 10 students. The results show that social-emotional habituation strategies are implemented through teacher modeling, explicit teaching, responsive teaching, and the creation of a supportive learning environment. The habituation includes routines such as greeting others, sharing, praying, working in groups, and using polite language. Supporting factors for the success of these strategies include consistent teacher involvement, the use of engaging learning media, and a conducive school environment. Challenges include limited time, differences in children’s personalities, and lack of parental involvement. In conclusion, social-emotional habituation that is consistent and integrated can effectively shape positive character traits in young children, such as empathy, responsibility, discipline, and self-confidenc
Project Berbasis Aplikasi Android: Sinergisitas Orang tua dan Guru dalam Menumbuhkan Kecakapan Literasi Finansial Anak
Menumbuhkan kecakapan literasi finansial pada anak usia dini menjadi satu hal krusial yang akan berdampak pada masa depan anak. Urgensitas Literasi finansial pada anak usia dini bukan saja terbatas pada pengenalan uang dan nominal melainkan juga membekali kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan secara bijak. Sinergisitas pemahaman serta stimulasi dari lingkungan anak yakni lingkungan keluarga (orang tua) dan lingkungan sekolah (guru) dalam menumbuhkan kecakapan literasi finansial sangat diperlukan dan memiliki peranan yang sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan project berbasis aplikasi android guna mendukung sinergisitas pemahaman dan stimulasi dari orang tua dan guru dalam menumbuhkan kecakapan literasi finansial pada anak usia dini. Project berbasis aplikasi android menawarkan informasi serta praktik tahapan-tahapan menumbuhkan kecakapan literasi finansial anak yang disajikan secara menarik dan interaktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Developmen (R&D) dengan adaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE (Anaysis, Define, Develop, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Implikatur Dalam Wacana Pojok "Atan Sengat" Pada Surat Kabar Harian Riau Pos
This study is entitled "Implications in the" Atan Sengat "Corner in the Riau Pos Daily Newspaper. The problem in this research is the form and function of the implications contained in the "Atan Sengat" corner discourse in the January and February 2020 edition of Riau Pos daily newspaper. This research aims to describe the shape and function of the implicature contained in the "Atan Sengat corner" "In the Riau Pos daily newspaper January and February 2020 edition. The author uses the theory put forward by: Yule (2006), Nadar (2009), Cummings (2007), Chaer (2010), Alwi, et al. (2003), Leech (2011), Sugiyono (2012), and Moleong (2017). The research method used is the content analysis method. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques, and hermeneutic techniques. Data analysis techniques include three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that the declarative implicature form is the dominant one found because it only delivers news or news about the situation around the speaker. The dominant implicature function is assertive because it is used to express, propose, brag, complain, express opinions, report. The conclusion of this research is the implicature form found is declarative as much as 28 data, imperative as much as 9 data, introgative as much as 9 data and as much as 14 data exlamative. The implicature function found is assertive, which is 39 data, 17 directives, and expressive which is 4 data, commissive and declarative not found in this study

The Republic of Indonesia as the Unitary State adheres to the principle of decentralization in the administration of regions, by providing opportunities and flexibility to the regions to carry out regional autonomy. In this case, there are several points that must be achieved to realize the objectives of the Regional administration. Where the recruitment process, must be in accordance with applicable law. According to Burhanuddin Yusuf (2015: 93) recruitment is the process of getting a number of qualified prospective workers for certain positions / jobs in an organization or company. The recruitment process is carried out through steps such as identifying vacant positions, seeking position information through job analysis, determining the right candidate, choosing the most appropriate recruitment methods, calling candidates who are deemed to meet job requirements, screening and selecting candidates, making candidates job offer and start working. This also applies to villages, where the village also has the right to hold its own government in accordance with Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Villages. Therefore the Village Government has the right to advance the village by providing the best service. In providing good services, the Village Government must have quality human resources, that is, it must have a professional Village Apparatus to be able to provide the best service to the Village community. Improvements to the law above, then the village government must really conduct good, fair, transparent and accountable recruitment, in accordance with Regent Regulation No. 28 of 2017 concerning the Appointment and Termination of Village Wars. VARIASI BAHASA HUMOR DALAM KUMPULAN CERPEN FANFICTION COMEDY
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh wabah korean popular (kpop) yang mulai merambah ke Indonesia. Hal tersebut menyebabkan para remaja Indonesia menyukai kpop. Setelah itu, lahirlah cerpen fanfiction dengan berbagai genre yang juga sangat digemari oleh para remaja yang menyukai kpop khususnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fungsional dan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, peristiwa tutur yang dilakukan di dalam sebuah cerpen fanfiction comedy memenuhi semua komponen yang terdapat dalam teori SPEAKING Hymes. Komponen SPEAKING yang digunakan berhasil membuat komunikasi yang terjalin sangat baik. Situation dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy sangat beragam. Terdapat salah satu latar yang selalu sama digunakan dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy, yaitu dorm. Participant dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy dilakukan antara karakter yang satu dengan yang lainnya dalam sebuah cerita dan bisa juga dilakukan antara author dan pembaca. Ends yang diungkapkan selalu dituturkan dengan sangat bertele-tele. Act Sequences berhubungan dengan bentuk ujaran dan isi ujaran, bentuk ujaran yang dilakukan formal dan tidak formal, sedangkan isi ujaran selalu berbanding terbalik dengan tujuan dari komunikasi yang dilakukan. Key didominasi oleh nada bicara yang berhubungan dengan emosi. Instrument secara lisan dan secara tidak langsung. Norms yang dominan digunakan adalah tindak ujar deklaratif dan interogatif. Dan genre yang digunakan adalah narasi. Teori humor yang biasa dilakukan di dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy adalah teori ketidakseimbangan, putus harapan, dan bisosiasi. Ketidakseimbangan terlihat ketika terjadi peristiwa yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Putus harapan terjadi ketika seorang karakter disakiti hingga akhirnya timbul sebuah putus harapan. Dan bisosiasi terjadi ketika terjadi peristiwa yang mustahil terjadi dalam kenyataan. Campur kode juga digunakan dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy didominasi oleh bahasa Korea. Kedua, strategi berbahasa di dalam cerpen fanfiction comedy adalah An objective menyebutkan bahwa cerpen fanfiction comedy sangat lucu. A budget yang dibutuhkan untuk berkomunikasi dinilai sangat bertele-tele. Targetting dilakukan dengan berbagai karakter yang terdapat dalam cerita, tuturan bisa dilakukan dua orang atau lebih. A Guding Idea merupakan ide yang dituangkan dalam cerita. Channel Choice yang digunakan adalah tuturan secara lisan dan juga tidak langsung dengan menggunakan surat. Integration berjalan dengan baik. Measurement dinilai sangat berhasil, komponen ini dinilai berdasarkan respons pembaca yang menilai bahwa cerpen fanfiction comedy sangat lucu. Untuk itu, komunikasi berjalan dengan sangat baik antara pembaca dengan author. Ketiga, Respons pembaca dianalisis dengan menggunakan angket. Penggemar kpop lebih didominasi oleh seorang perempuan. Pembaca cerpen fanfiction juga didominasi oleh remaja perempuan. Cerpen fanfiction comedy disukai karena dapat menghibur ketika keadaan sedang sangat bosan dan dapat menghilangkan stress. Cerpen fanfiction comedy memiliki jalan cerita yang unik dan lucu. Cerpen fanfiction comedy disukai karena jalan ceritanya yang sangat berbeda dengan kehidupan asli para idola kpop.
This study is based on the invasion of Korean Popular (kpop) wave in Indonesia. The invasion cause teenagers in Indonesia love kpop. As following action towards the kpop invasion, there are a lot of fanfiction short stories were created in various genre which are also popular among teenagers, especially kpop lovers. This study uses functional approach and descriptive method. This study then revealed several findings. Firstly, speech phenomenon in a fanfiction comedy story involved all of the components that are mentioned in SPEAKING Hymes theory. SPEAKING components that were used are able to create a good communication. ‘Situation’ involved in fanfiction comedy story are various. There is setting that was always used in fanfiction comedy story, such as ‘dorm’. ‘Participant’ in the fanfiction comedy story interacts between each character in the story or sometimes between author and readers. ‘Ends’ are often described in long-winded or in trivial way. ‘Act Sequences’ relates to the way of speech and the content of speech, formally or non-formally, while the contents of the speech usually form an opposite meaning of the communication reasons itself. ‘Key’ dominated with intonation which relates to emotion. ‘Instrument’ are verbally and indirect. Dominant ‘Norms’ used is declarative and interrogative speech. And ‘Genre’ used is narration. Humor theory that is usually involved in fanfiction comedy story is unbalance, desperate, and bisosiasi theory. The unbalance theory is shown when there was an event which was not in compliance with reality. Desperate happens when a character in the story was hurt so that he/she was deep in sorrow. And bisosiasi happens when there was an event that was impossibly happen in reality. Code switch was also used in fanfiction comedy story which is dominated with Korean language. Secondly, language strategy in fanfiction comedy story is ‘An Objective’ which mentioned that fanfiction comedy story was so fun. ‘A budget’ needed to communicate are rated as trivial. ‘Targeting’ done in every character in the story, speech can be done between two or more person. ‘A Guiding Idea’ is an idea of the story. ‘Channel Choice’ used is verbal and indirect speech through messages. ‘Integration’ is well-flow. ‘Measurement’ are rated as success, this rated was a result of readers’ responses who seen that the fanfiction comedy story was funny. Therefore, readers and author were well-communicated through story. Thirdly, readers’ responses were analyzed through questionnaires. Kpop fans dominated with girls. Readers of the fanfiction comedy story also dominated with teenage girls. Fanfiction comedy story is loved because it could entertain the readers when they are bored and they believe it could relief stress. Fanfiction comedy story has unique and funny story line. Fanfiction comedy story is loved since it has a different story line with kpop idol real-life
