Problems of Russian Theatrical Reception of Shakespeare in Criticism of Yuli Eichenwald
The problem of this study lies in evaluating the methodological approach of Yuli Eichenwald (1872—1928) as a theatrical critic and theorist, specifically his writings on Shakespearean productions both in Russia and abroad. Known primarily as a literary critic, Eichenwald also wrote about theater, but his works in this area have been largely unexplored. The aim of this study is to shed light on Eichenwald's principles of theatrical criticism. The material used consists of little-known articles by Eichenwald on theater theory and Shakespearean productions from 1903 to 1927. The research employs hermeneutic and comparative methods. The findings reveal that Eichenwald demonstrates a literature-centric position in his articles on theater, according to which theater is merely an illustration of literary works. He increasingly uses productions as a pretext to discuss Shakespeare, often without mentioning the actors or directors. Eichenwald’s perception of theater as a mediator, as an auxiliary device between the play and the reader, leads to his rejection of the concept of directorial theater and the denial of the director as the author of the production. The authors conclude that Eichenwald’s theatrical criticism is a logical outcome of literature-centric judgments about theater, from Aristotle to Hegel, where theater is considered as part of literature

Match Circular Economy and Urban Sustainability: Re-investigating Circular Economy Under Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The concept of circular economy (CE) offers an innovative and systematical approach to address a number of urban sustainability issues, via exploring symbiotic ways to design circular urban systems and optimizing the materials and energy metabolism of cities, so as to mitigate environmental footprints. Urban sustainability is highlighted as a critical issue in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by United Nations; hence, in nature, circular economy could offer a number of solutions towards SDGs in urban scope. As trade-offs, circular economy also potentially causes negative impacts to business-as-usual scenario, which is easily to be ignored. To highlight this scientific issue, this paper identified and matched the role of circular economy in realizing 17 SDGs in urban scope. How circular economy strategy could potentially affect the SDGs, whether positive or negative, were comprehensively evaluated. We expect such findings could support an equilibrium decision-making on circular economy promotion in cities, rather than an optimum solution to a single target under the triple bottom line of sustainability.Accepted Author ManuscriptIntegral Design & Managemen

This book is a new edition of a book from the same publisher in 1984. The book is improved in a number of ways. The cover background is a bright yellow, and the author and title are set off now by a wavy pair of lines rather than a simple rectangle. The back cover now sports a picture of the fox and the ass among birds and flowers. Inside, the endpapers have changed from a large printer's design to a cartoon of pig and lamb under a tree. The title-page is brightened up with color for the title and the new date. As the T of C shows, 88 pages there are now 104 here. I notice, for example, added illustrations for "How Past Favors Are Forgotten" (9). The order of stories is also changed slightly. I will include my comments from that earlier copy, which is acknowledged here on the obverse of the title-page. A good book with delightful Ukrainian illustrations. "The Vixen and the Crane" (14, with the same Skrypnyk version as the 1986 booklet of that title) is straight Aesop. "The Hedgehog and the Rabbit" (24) uses furrows to tell the story well; the rabbit dies on the seventy-fourth try at beating the hedgehog! Others, heavy on vixen-stories, have lots of common folktale motifs: the donkey invites a look at his hoof. The bear sees himself in the well and gets scared. "Show me how you got him into the bag." "I hate my own tail." The donkey catches birds on his nose by playing dead. "The Wolf As a Reeve" (28) is excellent. The closing fable about fables has a nationalistic note about preserving the Ukrainian language. This book is a new edition of a book from the same publisher in 1984. THE LURE OF THE IMAGE KEBOHONGAN PADA NARASI PEREMPUAN DALAM SYNGUE SABOUR PIERRE DE PATIENCE KARYA ATIQ RAHIMI
This study aims to determine the position of the author in women narration. With Rahimi’s background as a feminist, he said that with his novel he voiced the voices of Afghan women. Rahimi offered a strong female figure in the middle of the patriarchal shackles who is able to fight the system. The problem of this study is Rahimi’s ambiguity in narrating women. To determine the position of the author, the research uses the concept of the lure of the image belongs to Lidia Curti. The lure of the image is an offer provided by the author to give positions to women that are in fact not provided by them. Based on the research conducted, the results show that Rahimi keeps women as objects in a patriarchal world. In this case he is not able to pull the women out of the patriarchal zone. The space given to women by Rahimi reinforces male power. What Rahimi written in this novel is the lure of the image according to Curti’s concept which explains it as an image of women given by author or known as female gaze
