An Analysis of Migration and Health Nexus
Research to date has shown that with the development of universal human rights within modern states, the distribution of rights and responsibilities between citizens of a nation-state and non-citizens has aimed to be equitable. Yet, this shift has not led to a new era of effective universal human rights. In this sense, migration management is structured around categories that are based on intentions and arrival patterns in the destination, with each category determining who has access to which services and rights. Under this perspective, health moves from being a universal right to a citizenship-related right (Pace, 2011), subject to strict conditions and requirements to be met. Furthermore, immigrants are often depicted as potential welfare scroungers in exclusion discourses, particularly with regard to access to health services (Sollors et al., 2011). Scholars call this “a clash of national interests with global culture” based on universalistic rights (Morris, 2013, p. 76). In light of this theoretical framework and based on in-depth literature and policy analysis, this article addresses how the relationship between health and migration is conceptualised and reproduced at different levels. By examining the role of two key actors in health care provision and access, the general practitioner and the intercultural mediator, the study also analyses the barriers and obstacles to accessing health services according to the legal status and classification of migrant

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS), whose elements are abundant in nature, is a new type of absorber for thin film solar cells. CZTS is a semiconductor with direct band gap 1.5 eV band gap and p-type electrical conductivity. As an alternative to CZTS thin films in this work, Cu2ZnTiS4 thin films were deposited on glass by reactive sputtering technique. High purity ZnS and Cu and Ti metals were used as targets and H2S was used as reactive gas. Cu2ZnTiS4 thin films were deposited at different temperatures and in different H2S gas flows and then annealed in H2S environment. Morphological, structural and optical properties of Cu2ZnTiS4 thin films were investigated with the help of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-vis data. the agglomeration on the surface increased with increasing substrate temperature. XRD peaks of Cu2ZnTiS4 thin films were found to be compatible with Cu2ZnSnS4 structure. It was also found that the optical bandwidth of Cu2ZnTiS4 films was lower than that of conventional Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films.Tübita
Liouvillian solutions of Whittaker-Ince equation
We apply Kovacic's algorithm, a tool that is developed from differential Galois theory, to discuss the existence of Liouvillian solutions of Whittaker-Ince equation, ellipsoidal wave equation and the Picard-Fuchs equation of a K3 surface. We determine the necessary and sufficient conditions of having Liouvillian solutions for Whittaker-Ince equation when a parameter vanishes; as well as a sufficient condition of having Liouvillian solution when this parameter is non-zero. On the other hand, we prove that ellipsoidal wave equation has no Liouvillian solution. We generalize a Picard-Fuchs equation for certain K3 surface and show that a particular case of this Picard-Fuchs equation cannot have any Liouvillian solutions.</p
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
