No full textBu çalışmanın amacı bir HALL SONDASI gerçekleştirerek bunu magnetik alan ölçülmesinde kullanmaktır. Temin edebildiğimiz maddelerle uygun sondayı seçebilmek için yapılan denemelerden elde edilen sonuçlara göre antimon bulaştırılmış bizmut kullanılması uygun görülmüştür. Sondanın yapımında ince film yöntemi uygulandı. 2000A0 kalınlığın uygun olduğu görüldü. Filmin çok ince olması sondadan geçirebileceğimiz kontrol akımını sınırlamakta, kalın olması da elde edilen Hall potansiyelini sınırlamaktadır. Bu sınırlamalar nedeniyle elde edilen Hall potansiyel farkının küçük olmasından dolayı yükseltilme gereği ortaya çıkar. Hall potansiyelinin yükseltilmesi daha sonra deneyeceğimiz fark kuvvetlendirici yardımıyla yapıldı. Yükseltilmiş olan hall potansiyeli magnetik alan şiddetine kalibre edildi

No full textBu çalışmada, Türkiye’de 24 Haziran 2018 tarihinde yapılan Cumhurbaşkanlığıseçimlerinde Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin adayı Muharrem İnce’nin söylemleri solpopülizm bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel iddiası İnce’nin sol popülizmaçısından tutarsız bir örnek olduğudur. İnce, popülizmin temel koşullarını içindebarındıran bir söyleme sahip olsa da, kuramsal anlamda İnce’nin sol popülizmperspektifine uymadığı ileri sürülmektedir.Popülizm üzerindeki çağdaş literatür açısından bakıldığında, İnce’nin söylemleri“ince/zayıf temelli bir ideoloji, strateji ve siyasal tarz” yaklaşımları bağlamında belirliözellikleri içerisinde barındırsa da, sol popülizm literatürü açısından İnce, kuramsalolarak tam anlamıyla sol popülizmin ihtiva ettiği özellikleri kendisindebarındırmamaktadır. İnce’nin Suriyeli mültecileri dışlayıcı söylemlere yer vermesi,marjinal grupları söylemlerine dahil etmemesi, prekarizasyon (aşırı esnek ve güvencesizistihdam) sürecine tabi olanlara yönelik ifadelere yer vermemesi ve neoliberalizminhegemonyasına karşı sağlam bir tutum ortaya koymaması sol popülizmden uzaklaştığınoktalar olarak ifade edilebilir. Bununla birlikte, İnce’nin yönetici elitler karşısındahalkı söylemsel olarak konumlandırması, eşitlik ve özgürlük vurguları ile kurumlarıngüçlendirilmesi yönündeki çağrıları, onun sol popülizme belirli ölçüde yaklaştığınıgöstermektedir. </p
POTASYUM TİTANAT İNCE FİBER KATKILI POLİMER KOMPOZİTLERİN ÜRETİMİ VE KARAKTERİZASYONU
No full textProje, günümüzde ticari kullanımı yaygın olan reçine kompozitlerine kıyasla, üstün mekanik ve tribolojik özelliklere sahip ve daha fonksiyonel diş dolgularının daha ucuz ve kolay üretilebilir, uygulanabilir şekilde tasarlanması ve üretilmesini kapsamaktadır. Bu amaçla potasyum titanat (K2O. nTiO2, n=4,8) ince fiberleri, dolgu reçinelerine katkılanarak polimerik yapı mekanik olarak güçlendirilecektir. İnce fiberlerin dolgu reçinelerini güçlendirdiği bilnmektedir, fakat potasyum titanat ince fiberlerinin bu alanda kullanım fikri ilk kez ortaya atılmaktadır ve yapılan başlangıç deneylerinin sonuçları potasyum titanatın reçine dolgularda destekleyici faz olarak kullanımının son ürün özelliklerini arttırıcı potansiyele sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu amaçla sol-jel-kalsinasyon ve hidrotermal üretim teknikleri kullanılarak farklı morfoloji ve boyutlarda ince fiberler üretilecek, üretilen fiberler gerekli yüzey işlemleri sonrasında, farklı BisGMA/UDMA-TEGDMA reçine formulasyonlarına farklı miktarlarda katkılanacaktır. Üretilen ince fiberlerde oluşmuş faz çeşitliliğini belirlemek amacıyla X-ışını kırınım (XRD) cihazı kullanılacaktır. Mikroyapısal ve morfolojik analizleri ise taramalı ve geçirimli elektron mikroskobunda (FE-SEM, HRTEM) ve çok noktalı yüzey (BET) analizleri kullanılarak yapılacaktır. Mikro-sertlik ölçülmesi için örneklere Vickers mikro-sertlik testi uygulanacaktır. Numunelerin tribolojik özellikleri ASTM G99-95A standartları çerçevesinde pin-on-disk tribometre kullanılarak belirlenecektir. Üretilen dental kompozitlerin biyouyumlulukları yapay vücut sıvısı (SBF) çözeltisi ile etkileşimleri sonucu oluşan hidroksiapatit (HA) faz miktarı ile test edilecektir. Metilen mavisi (MV) kullanılarak ince fiberlerin ve dental polimerlerin fotokatalitik özellikleri belirlenecektir. Ayrıca, ince fiberlerin fotokatalitik aktiviteyi dolgu içersinde de sürdürülebilir olması dolguların kullanım süresini arttıracağı gibi,ışıkla aktivasyon sağlandığında dolguya kendi kendini temizleme özelliği kazandıracaktır

Abstract
Wild nettle (Urtica dioica L.) types were sampled from different geographical regions in Tunceli (Turkey) to determine their mineral, vitamin, phenolic contents and their antioxidant properties. The total phenol varied from 37.419 ± 0.380 to 19.182 ± 1.00 mg of GAEs g(-1) of dry nettle. The highest radical scavenging effect was observed in Mazgirt parting of the ways 7.5 km with 33.70 ± 0.849 mg mL(-1). The highest reducing power was observed in the nettles from Mazgirt parting of the ways 7.5 km. Among the various macronutrients estimated in the plant samples, potassium was present in the highest quantity followed by calcium and phosphate. Kaempferol and resveratrol were not determined in some nettle samples but rutin levels were determined in all samples. Vitamin A concentrations were ranged between 13.64 ± 1.90 and 5.74 ± 1.00 (mg kg(-1) dry weight). These results show that Urtica dioica L. collected from Tunceli in Turkey could be considered as a natural alternative source for food, pharmacology and medicine sectors
