Humane Automation im Verkehr - ein virtuelles Institut
No full textMit dem Virtuellen Institut Humane Automation im Verkehr fördert die Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft die Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Hochschulen und Helmholtz-Programmen über die Finanzierung eines gemeinsamen Forschungsprojekts. Im Rahmen dieser Förderung wurde Ende 2003 das Virtuelle Institut Humane Automation im Verkehr (www.humane-automation.de) gegründet. Als Mitglied der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft ist das Institut für Verkehrsführung und Fahrzeugsteuerung des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) beteiligt. Partner auf der Hochschulseite sind das Interdisziplinäre Zentrum für Verkehrswissenschaften (IZVW), Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, und das Institut für Kraftfahrwesen (ika) der RWTH Aachen. Durch Forschungsarbeiten zur Humanen Automation im Verkehr soll ein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit und Effizienz des Verkehrsablaufes erbracht werden. LEXICAL PRESUPPOSITION OF IKA VALENSIA THEORY IN POLICE INVESTIGATION REPORT
Get PDFPolice interrogation reports are part of the investigator's authority. Investigators carry out interrogations in in order to do their duties and functions as a state apparatus. Pragmatic studies can be used in assessing the language used in Police investigation report. This study focuses on lexical presuppositions in police investigation report. Lexical presupposition is The use of one form with its asserted meaning is conventionally interpreted with the presupposition that another (non-asserted) meaning is understood and involving the lexical items, stop, start, and again. The lexical presupposition of Ika Valensia's theory is a development of the main theory of Levinson (1985), which was later developed by Rustono (1998), Ika Arifianti (2019) completed with the presupposition of Ika Valensia which gave rise to functions such as the development of Austin theory (1962) which was developed and refined by his student, Searle (1969). Descriptive form of human behavior that violates the law can lead to criminal acts. This unpleasant behavior is included in the complaint offense case category. A complaint offense case is a case related to defamation, slander, or other behavior deemed unpleasant. Responsible linguists are needed to uncover the potential for serious injustices in the judicial process

Get PDFPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bidang pragmatik yang berfokus membahas tentang praanggapan leksikal teori Ika Valensia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk dan fungsi praanggapan leksikal Teori Ika Valensia dalam persidangan kasus Brigadir Yosua. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari tuturan hakim, jaksa, dan pengacara kepada saksi dan terdakwa saat proses persidangan kasus pembunuhan Brigadir Yosua. Data penelitian ini berupa penggalan tuturan yang mengandung fungsi praanggapan leksikal teori Ika Valensia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simak, bebas, libat, cakap dan teknik catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam tuturan persidangan kasus pembunuhan Brigadir Yosua telah ditemukan empat fungsi praanggapan leksikal teori Ika Valensia. Peneliti telah menemukan 19 analisis tuturan yang memuat praanggapan leksikal fungsi inteogatif klarifikasi. Praanggapan leksikal fungsi interogatif kebenaran berjumlah 16 analisis. Praanggapan leksikal fungsi interogatif kejelasan dengan 15 analisis. Praanggapan leksikal fungsi interogatif waktu berjumlah 7 analisis

No full textIn this article, the author presents his thoughts on cultural diversity as the motto of Indonesia nation, on the basis of the ideology of 'Unity in Diversity' (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika). The author has a notion that the meaning of bhinneka tunggal ika was emphasized as ethnics' diversity during New Order (Orde Baru) and Habibies rezim era. It represents the consequence of ethnical politics with plural society model used by the regimes. The fall down of the New Order regime, caused any social conflicts and national disintegration especially in a period of Habibie governance. To rebuild social solidarities and the Indonesian national integration, the author offers model of multiculturalism in comprehending bhinneka tunggal ika which emphasizing equal cultural diversity. The author stresses that the model of multiculturalism only possible exist and expand in societies which uphold principles of democracy, justice supremation of law, and also eradication of corruption and collusion
