Full text linkHuman resources management is very important to the organization because HR is the most basic thing to determine the quality of work BMT, so it requires good planning to build the character and nature of human resources. Considering that now the business world is very strict so it requires HR that excels in providing good service to customers to improve the quality of BMT Iftikhar. This research aims to describe the management of human resources conducted by BMT Iftikhar in developing quality work so that specific strategies to develop human resources and how to improve the working quality of BMT Iftikhar. This type of research is a field research with descriptive methods and data collection using qualitatif analysis results of interviews and documentation. Analysis results explained that the human resource management conducted by BMT Iftikhar Klaten has been good with the management of employees carefully then will produce superior human resources that are expected BMT Iftkhar, so it affects the image of both BMT and the welfare of the customers.
