Dampak Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of physical and non-physical working environment on the employee working satisfaction. The population in this study are all employees of Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon. The sampling technique used in this study is census technique with 79 respondents as final amount of sample. Data collection in this study is taken using questionnaire, while the analysis of the data to answer the research question used multiple linier Regression analysis.
The result shows that the physical and non-physical working environment proven to have positive and significant impact on the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center (ACC) in Ambon City. This is shown by regression coefision of physical and non-physical working environment in which if they increase, it is followed by the increase of employees working satisfaction. Thus, it can be said that the increase of physical and non-physical working environment value will increase the employees working satisfaction in Matahari Department store in Ambon City Center in Ambon.

Pengaruh Pengembangan Objek Wisata dan Tingkat Kunjungan Wisatawan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Masyarakat
This study aims to analyze the impact of the development of tourist objects and tourist visits on the community's economy (a study on the Kuako beach tourism object, Soahuku Village, Amahau District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province). Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in the study were all people around the Kuako beach and tourists visiting the Kuako beach during the period July 2022 to February 2023. The sample was drawn using a purposive sampling method with a final sample of 71 respondents. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the development of tourist objects and the level of tourist visits have a positive and significant impact on the people's economy
Tuanku Canselor Anugerah 11 Pegawai Kadet Terbaik PALAPES UPM
PUTRAJAYA, 19 Jun – Tuanku Canselor Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah berkenan mengurniakan anugerah terbaik kepada 11 pegawai kadet Pasukan Latihan Pegawai Simpanan (PALAPES) UPM pada Majlis Santapan Malam Rejimental 2010.
Pegawai Kadet Terbaik Keseluruhan (kategori Tentera Darat) dianugerahkan kepada Lt. Muda Mohd Faizan Zolkifli dan Pegawai Kadet Kanan Terbaik Keseluruhan (kategori Tentera Laut), Lt. Muda Norashikin Anjur.
Bagi kategori Tentera Darat, Pegawai Kadet Lelaki Terbaik ialah Lt. Muda Yuslan Yusoff; Pegawai Kadet Terbaik Wanita Terbaik, Lt. Muda Siti Khairiyah Hussin; Pegawai Kadet Akademik Terbaik, Lt. Muda Siti Norafidah Mahussin; Pegawai Kadet Pengajian Tentera Terbaik, Lt. Muda Mohd Hafizan Md Yusop; Penembak Terbaik, Lt. Muda Mohammad Fakhri Hanif Johari dan Pegawai Kadet Kawat Terbaik, Lt. Muda Mohd Zuriman Zakaria.
Untuk kategori Tentera Laut, Pegawai Kadet Kanan Lelaki Terbaik ialah Lt. Muda Veillinrin Suresh Savunthi Pandiyan; Pegawai Kadet Kanan Wanita Terbaik, Lt. Muda Siti Asmida Md Rahim dan Pegawai Kadet Kanan Akademik Terbak, Lt. Muda Tea Boon Chian.
Malam Rejimental merupakan majlis tahunan sempena Istiadat Pentauliahan Diraja Pegawai Kadet PALAPES UPM Ambilan Ke-29 (Darat) dan Ambilan Ke-4 (Laut) yang berjaya menjalani latihan ketenteraan.
Pada majlis itu, Majalah Gempur Edisi Ke-18 sesi 2009/2010 yang memaparkan profil dan aktiviti tahunan PALAPES UPM turut dilancarkan oleh Baginda.
Sementara itu, Naib Canselor UPM, Prof. Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Nik Mustapha R. Abdullah berharap pegawai muda PALAPES UPM memberikan contoh kepimpinan terbaik dalam tentera bagi meningkatkan kredibiliti graduan UPM.
“Jadikan diri anda sebagai contoh teladan sebagai yang terbaik terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan negara,” katanya.
Terdahulu, Raja Muda Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra berkenaan mentauliahkan seramai 70 pegawai kadet PALAPES UPM bagi kategori Tentera Darat dan kategori Tentera Laut di Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) baru-baru ini
