    Nine Years of Mobile Healthcare Research: A Bibliometric Analysis

    Purpose: The purpose of the paper was to explore the central keyword searched (e.g., mobile healthcare). It also aimed at identifying the valuable contributions made by authors, journals, countries, and institutions and their associations in ‘mobile healthcare’ search around the world. Methodology: Data was extracted from 2012 to 2020 by using Scopus database and analysed through VOSviewer software and MS Excel. PRISMA guidelines were used to screen the records. Analysis: Co-authorship, Co-occurrence, Bibliographic Coupling and Co-citation analysis were executed to identify the links and collaborations among the authors, countries, author keywords and documents globally. Findings: Results showed that Yang X. had the highest association with other authors and Sood, S.K. had published more documents than others. Australia was found to have the highest association with other countries, and India was leading other countries in publications. Computers and Electrical Engineering was found to be the leading journal in publication of documents. Originality: This study, to best of our knowledge, was the first of its kind in mapping the ‘mobile healthcare’ search which was designed till 2020. This will aid in shaping and understanding the central theme and set the future research directions for the researchers

    Everything is Going Electronic, so do Services and Service Quality: Bibliometric Analysis of E-Services and E-Service Quality

    The purpose of the study was to explore the developments in ‘e-services and e-service quality’ from 2000 to 2020. Data Source: Scopus database was used to conduct the bibliometric analysis of 404 documents. Method: VOSviewer soft-ware was used to analyse the research articles associated with ‘e-services and e-service quality’ research. Search was limited to keywords of ‘e-services OR e-service and e-service quality’. Findings: Results revealed that the field of ‘Busi-ness, Management and Accounting’ had the highest number of publications. To-tal Quality Management and Business Excellence was found at the top among the most productive journals in chosen search. Chang W.-I. and Yuan S.-T. from Taiwan were found to be the leading authors among top ten authors. United States and National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan were found to be the lead-ing country and institution in the selected search of e-service and e-service quali-ty. Originality/ Value: This study, to best of our knowledge, is the first of its kind in mapping the ‘e-services and e-service quality’ literature in Scopus. This will aid in shaping the central theme and set the future research directions for the researchers

    Thirty-eight years of 'wellbeing' research: bibliometric analysis of open access documents

    The purpose of the study was to explore the theme 'Wellbeing' in open access documents from 1982 to 2020. Scopus database was used to conduct the bibliometric analysis of 9604 open access documents. VOSviewer software was used to analyse the research articles associated with 'Wellbeing' research. Search was limited to keywords of 'Wellbeing' and 'Well-being'. Only articles of English language and open access from 1982 to the year 2020 was selected for the analysis. Results of bibliometric maps revealed that the United Kingdom was having the highest total link strength among all the countries globally. International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health published by MDPI AG was at the top in publishing the open access documents pertaining to 'Wellbeing' search and the most prolific author was Bruera, Éduardo D. The highest number of open access publications were happened in the field of Medicine. Quality of life, health, mental health, depression, and physical activity were the major keywords that were associated with central theme 'Wellbeing'. This study, to best of our knowledge, is the first of its kind in mapping the wellbeing in open access documents of Scopus. This will aid in future research directions for the researchers
