This paper speaks to Hook’s thesis that a National Māori University needs to be established. However, it sets about this task by designating Hook’s intended central concerns to the outer reaches of his article’s limits, and moving towards the core those more ephemeral issues, which, despite their haziness, still demand attention. Hook builds an argument premised on assertions to do with the functional need for a National Māori University, and only hints at the nature of the knowledge to be experienced at such an institution – yet as the commentator I found that the various elements of that peripheral issue coalesced to demand my attention. In this peer commentary I consider how issues to do with the very nature of knowledge – if indeed we want to call it that – become absolutely vital (and hence central) to any discussion about a National Māori University

The author classified them into 5 types, as A, B, C, D, and E-type.2) A, B, and C-type of lineaments are controlled by tectonic movement, formed under compression stress in up-building process of the range.3) From examined with the drainage pattern, extent, locality, active fault, slope type and direction, he obtain a understand, D and E-type lineaments have close relations to sagging, derive from release of stress in basement rock which compose the surface of the range. It seems a sign of large slopemovement.4) Saggings are recognized on both side slopes of the range, and it makes progress difference in type and size. Numerous Toppling-type of deformations are dominant in the east half of the range , composed granite. Sliding type deformations progress in the west-half of the range, composed the Paleo-Mesozoic Sedimentary rocks. The influence of bedding structure of rock is clear.5) Tectonic displacements are very dominant in Hira Range and its surroundings and the influence to large slope movement is very close. The aim of this paper is to describe lineaments pattern, and forecast the site and type of potential-large slope movement in Hira Range. The results of research are summarized as follow:1) Main lineaments which interpreted from aerial-photographs, in the range is shown Fig.3. American Fever is a novel that tells the story of a high school girl from Pakistan named Hira who joins a student exchange program for 1 year in America. As a diaspora subject, Hira's arrival to America raises issues related to identity. Hira is seen as a stranger and she also has difficulty to adapt in a new environment with the different culture from Pakistan. Therefore, Bhabha's theory of postcolonialism is applied in this study. This thesis aims to reveal the cultural strategy undertaken by Hira to survive in America by connecting with contextual conditions and to find out the author's views on diaspora issues through the novels she wrote. This thesis is a critical-qualitative study. Primary data are from novels and secondary data are from the internet, books and articles. The results of the analysis of this novel show that as a diaspora subject, Hira experiences a phase of 'unhomeliness' caused by her first arrival to America. Then, to overcome this condition, Hira applies a cultural adjustment known as mimicry. The result of mimicry is that Hira has hybrid identity, as a Pakistani and an American. Amna, as the author of this novel conveyed her idea regarding the issue of diaspora that he experienced in 2008 that diaspora subjects will experience 3 phases namely 'unhomeliness', mimicry, and hybridity when they come to the host country. In conclusion, Bhabha's postcolonial theory is related to the events in American Fever which are the depiction of the author's personal experience as a diaspora subject in the past

Translation and short scale development of the HIRA, a rating scale assessing the quality of health information websites

Health is one of the most influential variables related to life satisfaction (Bakkeli, 2021). The lack of mental health reduces ones earning power, especially for people with lower income and women (Marcotte & Wilcox-Gok, 2003). To maintain health, people need to make informed health related decisions (Link & Baumann, 2020) not only in terms of mental but also physical health such as on the necessity of vaccines (Kilich et al., 2020). The internet is the most popular source of health information (Horch, 2018). However, studies often find quality issues with health information websites e.g. in content or readability (Zhang et al., 2015). However, research on relevant quality indicators lacks measurement instruments that meet current psychometric standards, as an ongoing systematic review on measuring instruments has found (Kott at al., 2023a). Additionally, a comprehensive measuring instrument has been demanded in the literature (Abdel-Wahab et al., 2019). The first author of this registration developed the HIRA, a German rating scale assessing 5 factors of health information website quality, which has been developed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (Kott at al., 2023b). The present study aims at translating the scale into English and reducing the 21 English items into a short scale using Mokken Scale Analysis (MSA), a method based on item response theory (IRT ; Van der Ark, 2012).
