EVALUASI PERFORMA USABILITY SITUS-SITUS WEB PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI DI INDONESIA YANG TERAKREDITASI “A” TAHUN 2013 SERTA PERBANDINGAN KONDISI SITUS WEB TAHUN 2014 DAN 2017
ABSTRAK Artikel ini berisi tentang hasil evaluasi usability terhadap situs web Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) di Indonesia yang memperoleh Akreditasi A dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) pada tahun 2013 yang masih berlaku hingga tahun 2017. Adapun berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PTN yang memperoleh skor kepuasan pengguna tertinggi dalam hal situs web adalah Universitas Gajah Mada. Adapun Perguruan Tinggi yang memiliki skor kepuasan pengguna terendah adalah Universitas Diponegoro. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara hasil rata-rata QUIS dan rata-rata level permasalahan usability, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keduanya memiliki korelasi yang kuat, nyata dan searah (r = 0.21, p = 0.000). Dengan kata lain, jika hasil rata-rata QUIS semakin tinggi, maka dapat diasumsikan kondisi permasalahan usability situs web tersebut semakin rendah. Situs web UNHAS memiliki performa usability tertinggi dengan skor terkecil berdasarkan hasil normalisasi (5.8205), sedangkan situs web UNDIP memiliki performa usability terendah dengan skor terbesar (23.4430). Perubahan situs web UIN Jakarta pada tahun 2017 jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2014 ialah ditambahkannya breadcrumps navigation, fitur drop-down pada menu bar, dan mesin pencari. Sementara pada situs web UI tahun 2017 telah ditambahkan 7 menu bar dari yang semula hanya 5 menu bar, kemudian pada situs web UNDIP telah menggunakan menu bar di bagian atas (header) setelah sebelumnya hanya menggunakan tautan dan ditambahkan pula alamat surat elektronik dan tautan-tautan kepada media sosial UNDIP. ABSTRACT This article contains of website usability evaluation result of the State Universities in Indonesia to obtain accreditation from the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education in 2013 which is still valid until 2017. The basis of research, universities that received the highest user satisfaction scores in terms of website is Gadjah Mada University. The university that have the lowest user satisfaction score is Diponegoro University. Based on the results of correlation between the average QUIS yield and average usability problems level, it can be concluded that both have a strong correlation, real and direction (r = 0621, p = 0.000). In other words, if the average QUIS score is higher, then it can be predicted conditions that website usability problems getting lower. UNHAS website has the highest usability performance with the smallest score is based on the results of normalization (5.8205), while UNDIP website has the lowest usability performance with the largest score (23.4430). Changes of UIN Jakarta website in 2017 compared to 2014 are adding breadcrumps navigation, a drop-down menu feature on the menu bar, and search engine. While on the UI website 2017 has added 7 menu bars from the only 5 menu bars originally, then on UNDIP website has used the menu bar at the top position (header) after previously only use the links and also added the email address and links to UNDIP social medias.How to Cite : Ichsani, Y. Analysis and Design of Web-Based Village Information System Using Kano and OpenSID Method. The internet provides a very important role in the process of distributing information, as well as village information must be immediately distributed to the community so that village activities can run well and successfully. But the problem is because the information conveyed by the village is still conventional, many people do not know so that the information that people should know does not know and results in village development not running smoothly. From this, there is a need for innovation in the delivery of village information, such innovations include a village information system that can be accessed by villagers anytime and anywhere. OpenSID is a village information system platform that provides features including contains information about the village, health information, village identity, population data, population data statistics, correspondence, public information, village finances, village data analysis, government assistance programs, land data, village maps and facilities for complaints and criticism of the 12 features, a needs analysis was carried out using the Kano method whose data was taken from 126 respondents with the results of the features entered into Must be (compulsory features) were Health Information, Correspondence, Public Information, Village Finances, Village Maps and Facilities for Submitting Complaints and Criticisms. Then, based on the Non-Parametric Statistics test (Kendall’s Tau-b) of the Kano Method in extracting user needs in the Village information system, it was found that all pairs of features had the same direction of correlation because all the correlation coefficients were positive. The resulting correlation is significant at the 99% confidence level. However, the correlation coefficient value is not too large and is in the range of 0.213-0.553, where the strength of the correlation ranges from weak to moderate

CHEMISTRY LABORATORIUM SIMULATION BASED ON AUGMENTED REALITY
Technology is already used through classrooms as educators and developers create more and more products designed to enhance education. Adaptive learning software are quickly replacing the role of textbooks in classrooms and students today are tackling subjects with the aid and help from tailor-made computer programs that assist their needs. The role of technology is also helping Science, it is used in different aspects such as conducting researches, analytical problem solving and experiments. Chemistry, a subject that requires a lot of experiments, and within these different experiments, in uses chemicals that may harm and risk students that can cause permanent damages and accidents.
As given from the problem above, the author thought of providing a solution by creating an application that will be a help for students to conduct experiments without harming themselves entitled “Chemistry Laboratorium Simulator Based on Augmented Reality”. With augmented reality, it will serve as a direct manipulation user interface and will be the best way to engage the students into learning. Augmented Reality also teaches complex concepts to the students, elevates them to engage into participating in classes, provides practical knowledge and it provides access to learning
Therefore, the application is given specifically to Senior High School (SMA) students in providing knowledge and learning about the concepts and process of the compounds in Chemistry with definitions and simulations by using Augmented Reality markers and three-dimensional graphics to enhance the education of Senior High School (SMA) students.
