Pengukuran Kinerja Berbasis Produktivitas Dengan Data Envelopment Analysis Berdasarkan Strategy Map Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara
No full textProgram Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah melibatkan andil Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dengan harapan dapat memberikan pemasukan kepada negara. Sehingga BUMN perlu beroperasi dengan kinerja yang transparan, akuntabel, dan dengan tata kelola yang baik. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam menilai kinerja BUMN adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Sejumlah 25 BUMN dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan 4 tahap DEA dengan model orientasi input dan orientasi output berdasarkan hubungan kausal 5 perspektif kinerja Kementerian BUMN yang digambarkan melalui strategy map. Kelima perspektif ini adalah Pengembangan Talenta (PT), Kepemimpinan Teknologi (KT), Inovasi Model Bisnis (IMB), Peningkatan Investasi (PI), dan Nilai Ekonomi dan Sosial untuk Indonesia (NESI). Hasil perhitungan DEA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat BUMN yang memiliki nilai efisiensi maksimal atau sama dengan 1 berturut turut pada tahap 1 hingga tahap 4 yaitu sejumlah 1,4,5,3 BUMN. Hasil perhitungan DEA juga menghasilkan benchmark dan nilai intensitasnya beserta nilai slack yang dapat digunakan BUMN untuk melakukan perbaikan. BUMN yang efisien ini terbukti memiliki nilai input yang lebih rendah dan nilai output yang lebih tinggi jika dibanding BUMN lain pada skala nilainya masing-masing. Selain itu, nilai efisiensi BUMN ini tidak terpengaruh pada orientasi output ataupun input, berlainan dengan yang ada pada BUMN yang inefisien. Total Efficiency Calculation (TEC) yang dilakukan berdasarkan nilai efisiensi setiap tahapnya menunjukkan PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia dan PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara dengan nilai efisiensi tertinggi berturut-turut pada model orientasi input dan output. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pemilihan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai efisiensi menggunakan stepwise method yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan jika dibandingkan dengan hubungan kausal yang ada pada existing strategy map. Hasil perhitungan DEA ini dapat menjadi evaluasi dan rekomendasi bagi BUMN dalam peningkatan kinerja melalui nilai efisiensi (radial movement), slack movement, dan benchmark-nya. Selain itu, strategy map yang telah dibuat dapat dimanfaatkan guna mengoptimalkan efisiensi kinerja.

The National Economic Recovery Program (PEN) launched by the government involves the participation of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to provide income to the state. So that SOEs need to operate with transparent, accountable performance and good governance. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) can be used to assess the performance of SOEs. A total of 25 SOEs were calculated using four stages of DEA with input-oriented and output-oriented models based on a causal relationship of 5 performance perspectives of the Ministry of SOEs described through a strategy map. These five perspectives are Talent Development (PT), Technology Leadership (KT), Business Model Innovation (IMB), Increased Investment (PI), and Economic and Social Value for Indonesia (NESI). The DEA calculation results show that SOEs have a maximum efficiency value or equal to 1 in a row from stage 1 to stage 4, namely as many as 1,4,5,3 BUMN. The results of the DEA calculation also produce benchmarks and intensity values along with slack values that SOEs can use to make improvements. These efficient SOEs are proven to have lower input values and higher output values when compared to other SOEs on their respective value scales. In addition, the efficiency value of this BUMN is not affected by the orientation of output or input, in contrast to that of an inefficient BUMN. The Total Efficiency Calculation (TEC) based on the efficiency value for each stage shows PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara with the highest efficiency values in the input and output orientation models, respectively. Furthermore, the selection of variables that significantly affect the efficiency value using the stepwise method is carried out, which shows a difference when compared to the causal relationship in the existing strategy map. The results of this DEA calculation can be an evaluation and recommendation for BUMN in improving performance through efficiency values (radial movement), slack movement, and its benchmarks. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
