No full textThe article presents number of interesting monograms and inscriptionsof bulgarian kings and patriarchs carved on pottery of the type “sgraphito”,discovered during archeological researches in the ancient bulgarian capitalTarnovgrad. On the base of many analogues, the author arrives at numberof conclusions concerning the content and reference of these monograms andinscriptions. These are especially monograms and inscriptions of the bulgarian kings Ivan Alexandre (1331-1371) and Ivan Chichman (1371-1393). As for those of bulgarian patriarchs, the interest turns upon the monogram of patriarch Theodossii Tarnovski. All these monograms and inscriptions attest the level of culture and artof the population of the capital of the Second Bulgarian kingdom during theXIVth century

The political philosophy of alexandre kojeve as a development of the concept of tragic history.
No full textThe aim of the given master thesis, called “The political philosophy of Alexandre Kojeve as a development of the concept of tragic history“ , is to analyze the political philosophy of Alexandre Kojeve from a perspective of tragic history formulated by Ivan Il'in. The examination of current academic discussions about political philosophy of Alexandre Kojeve shows us that the question of a relationship between his understanding of history and his political philosophy has to be seen as important and selected for a detailed analysis. It is revealed that in ongoing academic discussions some authors highlight not only the importance of Ivan Il'in, but the importance of a whole tradition of Russian thought to Alexandre Kojeve. Both Alexandre Kojeve and Ivan Il'in are considered to be a continuation of a wider tradition of Russian thought, related to specific relationship within history. The aim of the given paper is to analyze: 1. The concept of history, formulated by Alexandre Kojeve; 2. The relationship between political philosophy and the concept of history, formulated by Alexandre Kojeve. The ideas of Alexandre Kojeve are being interpret both as a continuation of the Russian intellectual tradition and specifically, the concept of tragic history. Because of the raised hypothesis, it is first explained, why the Russian tradition offers a specific relationship with history. Secondly, it is analyzed how Ivan Il'in took part in the development of a Russian tradition by formulating the concept of tragic history. Thirdly, Alexandre Kojeve’s concept of history is being interpret as a continuation of it. Lastly, the political philosophy of Alexandre Kojeve is being analyzed as a continuation of such a tragic understanding of history. Two broad questions concerning Alexandre Kojeve are analyzed: 1. Questions of his concept of history, by showing why his concept of history should be considered tragic; 2. Questions of how his understanding of history affected his political philosophy and views on the future of politics. Two main conclusions of the research are presented: 1. The concept of history formulated by Alexandre Kojeve could be interpret as tragic because (similarly as in the works by Ivan Il'in) it is built on a premise that history has a theoretically known goal, but in practice it is obvious that this goal is unreachable. It means that history could not reach any final “end of history” , understood as a new political community known as the “universal state” – only humans believe in teleological nature of history’s ends, which means that changes occur only in the human perception of history; 2. It is argued that Alexandre Kojeve implied a refusal to believe in some attainable final goal of history, but it does not mean that the politics understood as conflict in human societies should necessarily end. It is noted that Alexandre Kojeve stated that traditional authorities build on traditions and past experience should lose their importance in politics and this process could be explained by massive refusal in the future to take legitimacy based on past experiences seriously. But it is emphasized that according to Alexande Kojeve traditional authorities could be at least partly replaced by the juridical authorities, which base their legitimacy on universal principles. It is also argued that it is wrong to accuse him of trying to formulate a “nihilistic” philosophy aimed towards destruction, although, it should be understood that in his works legal authority is not presented as based on specific principles or tied to any political regime (democracy included), which means that his political philosophy could be interpret as allowing authoritarian practices. Overall, it is highlighted that Alexandre Kojeve, as well as Ivan Il'in, formulated a much less optimistic concept of history than it is typical in Russian intellectual tradition, but partly continued it because of the importance of history and the idea of its final goal to him

No full textThis article is a presentation of Alexandre Kojève’s philosophy of law, exposed in his Esquisse d’une phénoménologie du droit (1981). Little attention has been paid to this work. So there is a gap that has to be filled with a critical reflection of its strengths. Among them, undoubtedly, we count the fact that Kojève is introducing a conception of international justice that casts a singular light on current debates about cosmopolitanism and globalization. According to this author, citizenship is the key element of the process of global expansion of the juridical sphere. In sum, Kojève’s philosophy is useful to reflect upon the contrast between the juridical and the political, which is the basis for all philosophy of law, in order to achieve world peace and international justice.Este artículo es una presentación de la filosofía del derecho de Alexandre Kojève contenida en su Esquisse d’une phénoménologie du droit (1981). La poca atención que dicha obra ha recibido es un vacío que debiera llenarse con una reflexión crítica de sus puntos fuertes. Entre ellos destaca una concepción de la justicia internacional que proyecta una luz muy singular sobre los actuales debates en torno a la globalización y el cosmopolitismo. A ojos de este autor, la ciudadanía es el elemento clave para aquilatar la expansión global de lo jurídico. En suma, Kojève aparece como un valioso referente en la labor de pensar la contraposición entre lo jurídico y lo político que está en la base de toda filosofía del derecho, con la aspiración al logro de la justicia internacional y la paz mundial en el horizonte

The problem is to find the best subset of modules (machining units) from a given set and to assign them to different stations so that technological constraints and cycle upper limit are respected and the line cost is minimal. The investigated lines have a mixed activation mode for the machining units of each station, i. e. the units of each station are arranged into a series of stages such that each stage is composed of several units activated in parallel. A mixed integer program approach is proposed to model and solve the corresponding design problem. Improvements are suggested in order to reduce the model size and speed up the computations. principais carateres que, nos diversos momentos históricos, se foram evidenciando.
Numa segunda etapa exploramos os fundamentos dogmáticos do modelo de
transmissão contratual assumido pelo legislador e a sua viabilidade no sistema
jurídico global, em particular, no direito dos valores mobiliários. Constatamos a
crescente necessidade na prática mercantil e inevitabilidade no sistema jurídico
global da admissibilidade da existência de contratos de compra e venda de natureza
meramente obrigacional. Num terceiro momento desenvolvemos os principais
aspetos do regime jurídico aplicável às ações tituladas nominativas fora do mercado
regulado, em particular, os principais limites à transmissão, enquanto instrumentos/barreiras ao consensualismo contratual.We start from the historical evolution of contractual consensualism emphasizing the
main aspects that, in different historical moments, were showing up. In a second
stage we explore the dogmatic foundations of the transmission model contractual
assumed by the legislator and its viability in the global legal system, in particular, in
securities law. We note the growing need in commercial practice and inevitability in
the global legal system the admissibility of the existence of contracts of sale purely
obligatory. In the third stage we develop the main aspects of the legal regime
applicable to nominative titled actions outside the regulated market, in particular,
the main limits to the transmission, as instruments / barriers to contractual
consensualism
