No full textFor the past six months, I have been blessed with the opportunity to train and gain working experience here at Muhammad Anees & Company (Penang). My name is Muhamad Noor Hisyamuddin bin Othman, a final year student of UiTM Arau majoring in Business Administration (Hons) Finance. Muhammad Anees & Company is a young and growing company that is founded by Mr. Muhammad Anees bin Sheik Othman. This company is established on 6 November of 2011 and now it has two branches which are in Penang and in Kuala Lumpur. There are 35 employees here, including permanent workers as well as internship students like I am that ranges from various ethnicity and age groups. As for my training experience, I can sum up that it has been a great and educational time for me during my internship period. I was placed in the finance department and I had learned many new things regarding financing activities such as preparing various documents such as invoices, transfer vouchers and payment vouchers. Overall, it is quite educational and useful. This study implements the SWOT analysis that covers the internal and external aspects of the company. This analysis is used as an assist to identify the company’s financial performance. This study also is made in order to center the positive and negative aspects observed while I was completing my internship at the company

I am select this business because I can expect that the number of modern farmer user is increase and encourage Malaysian to keep farming and gardening. This business is founded by myself and I hope that, my business can attract more customers and can open another branch on the future. There are four main product that provided by my company. Firstly is NFT60UVR, Second is HY Growpot, Third is HY Growpot LinkTech and lastly HY Cute Triple XY. For target market, our target is modern farmer. This is because various services provided by our company such as we provideing an agent to help our customer to install the product. In competitve, 0ur company is less compatitive with other company because our surrounding area did not have any hydroponic kit premises. From that, my company is the first Naxa Agrotech company. The profitability for my company is based on demand from our customer. The highest profit in my business in RM 45,000 per month. All of my business progress will not success without my management team. The profit is lowest at the starting of the business because lack of experience and higher cost for the opening.
Team management is the ability of an individual or an organization to administer and coordinate a group of individuals to perform a task. Team management involves teamwork, communication, objective setting and performance appraisals. In Naxa Agrotech, every person should be contribute their full effort to increase Naxa Agrotech ability to provide product and give services to every person. There are 5 managers including me as general manager and other agent to run my hydroponic kit business. In addition, all worker are participate in giving services to the customer

So, for this purpose, I got the opportunity to research a company which manufactured the smartphone’s product that I want to develop, which is Xiaomi Corporation company that also develops smartphones, currently based in China. In the first part of the project report, I able to collect general information of the company such as the background of the company, technology used and different kind of furniture that the company manufactured. In the second part of the project report, by doing the SWOT analysis, I able to distinguish the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of this company and figure out a better technology system solution that can be implemented in the company to cope the current issues that opposed by the company. The strategy and planning to improve the existing system are essential in business development growth

I choose to undergo my industrial training at Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) at Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. The duration of my internship is from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. HRD Corp plays a key role in collecting levy and provide training to all employees all over Malaysia. I have been placed in Integrity and Governance Department under Risk, Integrity and Governance Division. This internship provide exposure to HRD Corp's collaborative and supportive work environment. I had the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from various departments, gaining a holistic understanding of the organization's operations and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration. This report was prepared by me where it contains organizational information and SWOT Analysis about strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats that affect directly to the company. No full textThis report covers a review on comprising of water leakage study and issue at new constructed building. Basically, the nature of the study undertaken include: organizational management, literature review of water leakage study and the case study which I focused throughout my practical training. The integration of aspects give me exposure on up-to-date process and practices. I am able to experience the real situations on handling building defects which need the applicable of my knowledge. As previously mentioned, a brief information about the selected property is discovered in detail through company background, structure and organizational chart. I also identify the project details and know the consultant involved in this project. Next, by making some research and literature review, it give me more understanding on the topic. Based on the inquiry, then we focusses on case study by investigating the current water leaking issue at the building. Further observation lead us to gain concise information on remedial methodology of the current issue.. Finally, regarding to the findings, I should able to determine the problem arise in the building or organization, indirectly shall suggest the relevant recommendation. To ensure the content of the report is firm, critic session is held at every stage of stage submission which supervised by the eligible supervisor. By examining the progress, the supervisor can monitor us to produce a remarkable report for this practical training

A comparative study of conventional PID and intelligent Fuzzy-PID fordc motor speed control
No full textThe development of a Self Tuning Fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller was done to be compared with the conventional controller that is being used in a direct current (DC) motor. Simulation study is used to overcome the appearance of nonlinearities and uncertainties in the system with the proposed controller for the armature voltage controlled DC motors. Each parameter of the Fuzzy –PID controller is self tuned using 49 fuzzy rules in the fuzzy logic controller. The proportional, integral and derivative (K P, KI,KD) gains of the PID controller is being tuned by the controller. Different types of membership functions are evaluated in the fuzzy control and the best performance will be used in Fuzzy-PID for comparative analysis with the conventional PID.The FIS editor from MATLAB defines the membership function and the rules. Load disturbances from a variety of speed response and the step response are simulated from different scenarios. The Fuzzy PID has resulted to be more robust and it is insensitive to variations in the parameter

The major issue that I found was relating to the internet connection that is slow according to the user preview. The solution that I have proposed was to add the WLAN port to the smart TV as it can help improve the connection of the internet by using the LAN cable. In conclusion, this smart TV with the proposed solution would result in a better user satisfaction level and also for the better connection of the internet to be use by the user. Other than that, in the case it was to be successful, it would help in the increase of profits as the smart TV come with WLAN port is rarely implement by the TV brand
