MODELING REGIONAL ALTERNATIVE MANAGEMENT SCENARIOS WITH FUTURE CLIMATIC CHANGE INFLUENCE ACCOUNTING
The methodology of construction of the alternative agricultural production scenarios at regional level includes profitability and feasibility analysis based on assessment the effect of global climate change on productivity parameters for the main agricultural crops, cost efficiency of crop growing and cattle breeding. To propose links between economic adaptation to climate change and carbon (organic C) stock management in agricultural ecosystems for use in developing long-term adoption strategies at regional level, the regional economic-mathematical model was elaborated. It allows us to unify soil C driving variables and human environment factors.Regional Economic-Mathematical Model, Regional Alternative Management Scenarios, Climate change, Linear Programming Task, Model of humus balance, European Russia, Crop Production/Industries, Environmental Economics and Policy, Livestock Production/Industries, Research Methods/ Statistical Methods,

Summary
Patients with lipomas in the maxillofacial area show some types of psychological reactions. But the most focused attention of the doctor in the postoperative period is required by the patients of euphoric-anosognosic psychosomatic group due to the high level of compliance between psychological reactions and somatic indicators. Was determined of three psychosomatic groups: anxiety-obsessive-phobic, euphoric-anosognosic and harmonious. The most focused attention of the doctor in the postoperative period is required by the patients of euphoric-anosognosic psychosomatic group due to the high level of compliance.

Characterization of surfactin-like cyclic depsipeptides synthesized by Bacillus pumilus from ascidian Halocynthia aurantium
A marine bacterium (KMM 1364), identified as Bacillus pumilus, was isolated from the surface of ascidian Halocynthia aurantium. Structural analysis revealed that the strain KMM 1364 produced a mixture of lipopeptide surfactin analogs with major components with molecular masses of 1035, 1049, 1063, and 1077. The variation in molecular weight represents changes in the number of methylene groups in the lipid and/or peptide portions of the compounds. Structurally, these lipopeptides differ from surfactin in the Substitution of the valine residue in position 4 by leucine, and have been isolated as two carboxy-terminal variants, with valine or isoleucine in position 7. As constituents of the lipophilic part of the peptides, only beta-hydroxy-C-15-, beta-hydroxy-C-16-, and a high amount of beta-hydroxy-C-17 fatty acid were determined
Autor uspoređuje povijesno iskustvo i sadašnju političku praksu u zemljama Istočne i Srednje Europe, uključujući (bivši) Sovjetski Savez i SFRJ, te Rusiju, Hrvatsku i Srbiju. On izdvaja tri modela samoodređenja svakog evropskog naroda: u višenacionalnoj državi (primjerice u Austro-Ugarskoj, Rusiji, bivšoj SFRJ i slično), u polietničkoj zajednici (Slaveni, Nijemci, Ugrofinci), i u povijesno-zemljopisnom regionu (Istočna, Srednja i Zapadna Europa). Pojam "narod" ("nacija") on odvaja od pojma "narodnost" ("etnos"). The paper analyses, from the viewpoint of theory, one of the key processes in European history during the l9th and 20th centuries − i.e. the self-determination of peoples. The author compares the historical experiences and the present political practice in countries of East and Central Europe, including (the former) Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, as well as Russia, Croatia and Serbia. He distinguishes three models of self-determination among European peoples: self-determination in multinational states (e. g. in Austria-Hungary, Russia, the former Yugoslavia etc.), in polyethnic communities (Slavs, Germans, Finno-Ugric peoples), and in historic-geographical regions (East, Central and West Europe). He distinguishes the concept of "people" ("nation") from the concept of "nationality" ("ethnicity"). In his opinion, a democratic state can only be polyethnic, and based in civic society. However, the disintegration of the Soviet Union, as well as Yugoslavia, was historically inevitable. The national state is not necessarily the same as the democratic state.
