In opdracht van Sunvest Ontwikkeling B.V. heeft RAAP in november 2020 een archeologisch bureauonderzoek uitgevoerd voor het plangebied Zonnepark IJzerbroek I en II te Sint Hubert in de gemeente Mill en Sint Hubert.
Het onderzoek vond plaats in het kader van een nieuwe omgevingsvergunning (aanleg Zonnepark).
Landschap
Op de geomorfologische kaart is het grootste (oostelijke) deel van het plangebied gekarteerd als een terrasvlakte, terwijl het westelijke deel als een dekzandwelving is aangeduid. Volgens de bodemkaart komt er vrijwel overal in het plangebied er een beekeerdgrond met grondwatertrap IV (matig nat) voor. In het uiterste noordwesten is er sprake van een hoge zwarte enkeerdgrond met grondwatertrap VI
(goed ontwaterd).
Archeologie & historie
In of direct rondom het plangebied zijn geen vindplaatsen of veldonderzoeken bekend. In een straal van ca. 1 km eromheen zijn er slechts twee vindplaatsen: de losse vondst van een kling uit de steentijd en een Romeins soldatengraf. De bureauonderzoeken in de omgeving hebben geen relevante informatie opgeleverd. Op geen van de geraadpleegde historische kaarten zijn gebouwen of andere structuren aangeduid.
Archeologische verwachting
Er geld een lage verwachting zowel voor jager-verzamelaars als voor landbouwers.
Advies
Vanwege de lage verwachting wordt verder archeologisch onderzoek niet zinvol geacht.
Dit rapport geeft (selectie)adviezen. Het is aan de bevoegde overheid, de gemeente Mill en Sint Hubert, deze al dan niet over te nemen in de vorm van een (selectie)besluit

No one in the Congress who has lived and worked with Brooks Hays over many years would voluntarily miss this special evening. I am deeply sorry that I cannot attend the testimonial dinner. Brooks knows what is in our hearts.
No one in American public life deserves his country's gratitude more than Brooks Hays. His is a firm record of achievement which neither the meanness nor the accidents of politics can erase.
Dedication to righteous causes, tolerance of genuine differences, and active efforts to promote constructive compromise -- these are the hallmarks of statesmanship. V praktické části představuji firmu Hubert Kutňák, s.r.o. a provádím SWOT analýzu, Por-terovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil a v neposlední řadě analyzuji odvětví. Taktéž prová-dím analýzu německého trhu. Na základě zjištěných informací vytvářím projekt vstupu na zahraniční trh. Určuji kritickou cestu projektu a zaměřuji se na projekt rizikové a náklado-vé analýze. V závěru své práce ověřuji získané poznatky a navrhuji firmě doporučení zda a jak vstoupit na německý trh.In my diploma thesis I am paying attention to the project of the company Hubert Kutnak, s.r.o. entering the German market. In the theoretical part, I focus on what the company ne-eds to know before entering the market and that the analysis should be performed. In the practical part of the company present to Hubert Kutnak, s.r.o. and doing a SWOT analysis, Porter five forces of analysis and finally analyze the sector. Also, I will say to the analysis carried the German market. Based on the information I create a project entry to foreign markets. Determines the critical path of the project and focuses on project risk and cost analysis. BIOFUELS, AGRICULTURE AND CLIMATE CHANGE
No full textIn the context of ever-increasing petroleum prices combined with concerns about climate change, timing of adoption and rate of diffusion of land-based fuels and backstop technologies for transportation use are examined in this paper. A global model of land allocation joined with a Hotelling model has been developed. Using this framework, effects of climate and energy policies on world agricultural and energy markets have been explored. Further, their regional impacts are also analyzed. Whereas mandatory blending bio-fuels have substantial effects on world food prices and do not succeed in curbing down carbon emissions fluxes, carbon targets are expected to speed up date of adoption of backstop technologies. Then, sensitivity scenarios with regards to technological parameters reveal that higher is the rate of technological change, earlier backstop technologies are adopted and lower is the stock of carbon accumulated into the atmosphere. Finally, interplay between land-based fuels and deforestation has been studied. Results show that land-based fuels production speeds up world deforestation and causes substantial carbon emissions due to conversion of forests into agricultural lands.Ricardian rents, land use, biofuels, Resource /Energy Economics and Policy,
