Measuring and analyzing German and Spanish customer satisfaction of using the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud service
This paper presents the customer satisfaction analysis for measuring popularity in the Mobile Cloud, which is an emerging area in the Cloud and Big Data Computing. Organizational Sustainability Modeling (OSM) is the proposed method used in this research. The twelve-month of German and Spanish consumer data are used for the analysis to investigate the return and risk status associated with the ratings of customer satisfaction in the iPhone 4S Mobile Cloud services. Results show that there is a decline in the satisfaction ratings in Germany and Spain due to economic downturn and competitions in the market, which support our hypothesis. Key outputs have been explained and they confirm that all analysis and interpretations fulfill the criteria for OSM. The use of statistical and visualization method proposed by OSM can expose unexploited data and allows the stakeholders to understand the status of return and risk of their Cloud strategies easier than the use of other data analysis

(Aloeswood Incense: The First Brazier).
The city is always the backdrop of the literary work. The city is its margin or score
and makes it understandable. On the contrary, every literary work always explores the
secrets of a city, explores its essence, and reflects on its limits. Sometimes, the city is one
more character.
The present work tries to interpret a city from the literary perspective of a writer.
The texts of Eileen Chang in which the city of Hong Kong is described are taken as an
object of analysis. The image through the eyes of the author and the postcolonial features
of the Chinese city are the objects of attention.
It is said that "there would be no Shanghai without Eileen Chang" (Bin Yu-2007),
but this is complemented by the statement, also frequently heard, of that “there would not
be Eileen Chang without Hong Kong”. (Bin Yu-2007). In Eileen Chang's novels, the
stories always happened in two cities, one is her birthplace, Shanghai, and the other is
Hong Kong. “Throughout her life, Eileen Chang lived for three seasons in Hong Kong:
to study, to earn a living, and to find a place in the literary world. Altogether she lived for six or seven years in Hong Kong, but this city left a deep imprint on his life and work”.
(Yue Cheng-2004). The place, in the middle of the war, gave her the image of the
prosperous and alienated life of the city, and the initial impulse to become a writer.
In 1943, Eileen Chang caused a huge commotion in the literary world of China,
with a short narrative about a young woman from Shanghai who prostituted herself in
Hong Kong: "沉香屑: 第一炉香" (Aloeswood Incense: The First Brazier). Eileen Chang,
a Chinese "not so ignorant", considered that the bustling British colony was only vanity,
a city that had lost its identity. For the western colonizers, Hong Kong became the "place
of the other", created deliberately to satisfy the appetites of the colonizers. In the eyes of
the Chinese themselves, on the other hand, Hong Kong was also a distant, abnormal and
discordant place, like "another place", or "place of the other". The stories of Eileen Chang
allow to see the image of the colonial, twice alienated city without identity
Understanding Alzheimer’s disease in Hong Kong: can regular retinal checkups be used to diagnose, monitor and study disease pathogenesis?
Recently, interest in using the retina to represent simple brain neurobiology has increased, particularly in regard to neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease. Various laboratories and clinics worldwide are currently evaluating the use of novel techniques to monitor retinal health in patients with Alzheimer’s disease. Unfortunately many of these tools are still at the development stage, while others may be unavailable or expensive in the Asia Pacific region, including cities like Hong Kong. In this review we address the current state of Alzheimer’s disease retinal research in Hong Kong, emphasizing the recent literature, the use of Alzheimer’s disease mouse models in retinal/brain research, and the potential implementation of retinal checkups to diagnose and monitor neurodegeneration in patients with Alzheimer’s disease. We believe that the combined efforts of local researchers and clinicians will not only advance our understanding of Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis in both the brain and retina, but will also enhance the diagnosis and treatment options available for patients with Alzheimer’s disease in Hong Kong.link_to_OA_fulltex

ABSTRACT = 139MasterNOx is a pollutant common in developed countries. There have been many researches to develop technologies to control NOx. Based on the results of previous research, the present study derived variables to be considered in the large-capacity application of corona discharging and proposed an optimization method. In addition, we examined the characteristics of corona DeNOx in hybrid systems for broader utilization of catalyst synergy in consideration of NOx removal efficiency and economic efficiency.
■ 0.6 MW scale/Real exhaust gas
1. As to the DeNOx characteristic of corona discharging under the condition of no-load operation of industrial engines, when pulse-type negative corona was applied to oxygen condition, DeNOx efficiency reached up to 99% and the efficiency was achieved under very stable operating conditions with energy density, pulse energy and impedance are 34.4 J/L 11.7 J/pulse, 110.37 Ohm, respectively.
2. As to the characteristic of corona discharging under the condition of loaded operation of industrial engines, DeNOx efficiency reached up to 43 %, and energy density, pulse energy and impedance condition are 26.4 J/L, 12.79 J/pulse, 94.16 Ohm, respectively.
■ Corona/Catalyst Hybrid
1. In the results of an experiment using simulated gas, DeNOx efficiency was relatively high up to 95%, and in the results of an experiment that added hydrocarbon and examined its reduction characteristic, a large amount of NO₂ was generated and had a negative impact on the synergy effect of the hybrid system.
2. In an experiment using Pt catalyst and Pd catalyst, the synergy effect was around 20~30% and the effect was higher at normal temperature than at high temperature, so it was concluded that the composite use of catalysts may make it possible to avoid operation in a high-temperature reaction condition
CHANG, Jing Jing. 2019. Screening Communities: Negotiating Narratives of Empire, Nation, and the Cold War in Hong Kong Cinema. Hong Kong: Hong Kong University Press.
Jing Jing Chang’s book focuses on how post-war Hong Kong cinema’s fate and fortunes, circa 1950s-late 1960s, were inextricably bound up with the context of the Cold War. For Chang, Hong Kong cinema of this period simultaneously imagined communities while constructing apolitical images that obscured the volatile political situation in post-war Hong Kong. Rather than a top-down enterprise from colonial authorities to subjects, Chang argues this situation was born out of a complex triangular rel..
