Computer vision: image shape geometry and classification
No full textThis research introduces the study of shape analysis with shape descriptors based on the geometry of image triangulation. The Delaunay approach is used to superimposes on an image with a mesh filled with various sized triangles that give rise to various simplexes. In its simplest form, a simplex is a collection of path-connected vertices. The motivation for this approach in image analysis is that Delaunay triangulation covers image shapes having unknown geometries with simplexes that have known geometries that we can measure and compare. This approach provides the foundation for the study of image shape geometry and the extraction of features for many applications in computer vision such as image processing, image segmentation, object recognition and classification. Shape descriptors are constructed with features extracted from the geometry of the simplexes covering planar images. In this research, shape descriptors provide a framework for tracking the persistence tolerance of a shape over sequences of image captured my camera. DEVELOPMENT OF VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM USING GPS AND GSM MODEM
No full textNowadays, security of personal vehicle has become a crucial part of modern life. The number of stolen car cases has increased annually. Therefore, the development of vehicle tracking system using GPS and GSM project is performed with the aim to help the users to manage over their vehicle better. To solve such problems, the project will be conducted to have such capability that can track vehicle remotely from a distance by using mobile network. The execution of the project will be concerning the study of ublox NEO-6Q GPS receiver, ublox LEON G100 GSM module and Arduino Uno rev3 Microcontroller. In detail, the system will utilize the Global positioning system to obtain the vehicle coordinate and transfer it to user’s phone by Global System for Mobile. During the process of development of the project, the outcome has been proven to be positive such as finishing the circuit design of the project, testing the chips and obtaining the coordinate from the chip. In the end, the project was partially successful in such a way that it proves the feasibility of the project
Export of some key Agricultural products of Vietnam
No full textPurpose: The article is made to analyze the current situation of export activities of some key agricultural products of Vietnam, especially in the context of the world economy being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Economies including Vietnam’s agricultural exports. Stemming from that practical requirement, the author proposes a number of solutions to overcome supply chain disruptions, to cope with the new context that creates momentum for the recovery and growth of Vietnam's agricultural economy by 2025.
Design/methodology/approach: Research using the export approach of key agricultural products in a dynamic state, considering the impact of many factors, in which the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic is emphasized. disruption of supply chains from production to consumption of Vietnamese agricultural products. The study uses the research method to synthesize documents from reliable data and information sources of the economy such as MBS, CEIC, GSO of Vietnam, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam.
Findings: The research results achieved the following contents: theoretical overview of key agricultural exports, agricultural development in a new context. The article analyzes the current status of the role of agriculture and the export of key agricultural products in economic development in Vietnam; Impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the production of key agricultural products of Vietnam; Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Vietnam's key agricultural exports. The article proposes some solutions to export Vietnam’s key agricultural products in the new context from the perspective of the state to actors in the value chain of Vietnam’s key agricultural exports in the new context until 2025.
Research, Practical & Social implications: Research results are references for scholars interested in the field of agricultural economics, business and commerce; policy makers of agricultural economics in Vietnam. The Vietnamese government seeks and expands new markets in the direction of official channels to avoid price pressure. To do this, businesses need to pay attention to product quality, traceability, and packaging to comply with regulations and standards of key importing countries of Vietnam’s agricultural products by 2025.
Originality/value: On the basis of a theoretical overview of the export of key agricultural products, agricultural development in a new context. The author analyzes the current status of the role of agriculture and the export of key agricultural products in economic development in Vietnam; Impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the production of key agricultural products of Vietnam; Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Vietnam’s key agricultural exports. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji vybrané metody finanční analýzy. Konkrétně to jsou analýzy absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, bilanční pravidla a bonitní a bankrotní modely. V praktické části jsou tyto metodiky aplikovány na společnost. V závěru práce je shrnutí poznatků z provedené analýzy, zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti z veřejně dostupných dat včetně návrhu možných opatření.The subject of the submitted bachelor's thesis: "Financial analysis of the company Carla, Inc." is is to evaluate the financial health of the company from 2007 to 2011 by application of selected financial analysis tools. The study is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes selected methods of financial analysis. Specifically, the methods of financial analysis are absolute, differential and financial ratios, balance rules and bankruptcy models. In the practical part are these methos applied to the given company. In conclusion its a summary of the findings from the analysis, evaluation of the development of the financial health of the company based on publicly available data, including possible improvement proposals is predicted

Práce mapuje celý proces vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným, avšak hlavním cílem je vytvoření realistického finančního plánu. Práce se dále okrajově zabývá problematikou možného financování mladých společností, tzv. "start-upů". Předmětem podnikání je poskytování služby v podobě analýzy zákaznických dat zejména firmám na základě aplikace a cloudových služeb. Práce je rozdělena na metodickou a praktickou část. Cílem metodické je přiblížit čtenáři používanou metodologii výpočtů a v praktické části se již zaměřuje na konkrétní vstupy a výstupy firmy v horizontu tří let v oblasti IT služeb. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení vypočítaných výstupů a konkrétním krokům k založení společnosti.The thesis focuses on the financial planning of a start-up. The thesis describes the whole process of establishing new Ltd. Company. However the main goal was to create a realistic financial plan. One can find even possible fundraising strategies of start-ups here. The object of the enterprise is providing companies the customer data analysis via app in a cloud. Dále je cílem práce stanovit finanční plán pro rok 2013. V práci tedy budou zkoumány a analyzovány vybrané ukazatele a finanční analýza bude zpracována z dat pro externí uţivatele z výročních zpráv. Podnik byl vyhodnocen jako finančně stabilní a dosahující dobré úrovně rentability.The aim of this work is to analyze financial state of company Pivovar Klášter, a.s. in period of years 2008 -- 2012 and compare its financial situation with the state of the sector. The sector is characterized by chosen competitors with similar size (Pivovar Nymburk, spol. s r.o.; Krakonoš spol. s.r.o.; Chodovar spol. s.r.o.). Another part of this work is estimate a financial plan for a year 2013. In the work will be commented financial ratios and the financial analysis will be composed from dates for external users and from annual reports. Treasury Management Systems – assessment of the benefits of implementation in corporate management
No full textThe thesis examines the benefits of implementing treasury management systems (TMS) in corporate management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the TMS market in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and identify the key needs and expectations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in relation to these systems. The work focuses on the analysis of data obtained through questionnaire surveys distributed among corporations using treasury systems and TMS vendors. The results show that the implementation of TMS brings significant improvements in liquidity management, process automation, and overall financial stability of the enterprise. The thesis also identifies the main competitive advantages of various TMS solutions and provides an overview of the acquisition costs and technical specifications of the offered products.Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením přínosů implementace treasury management systémů (TMS) do podnikového řízení. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav trhu TMS v regionu centrální a východní Evropy (CEE) a identifikovat klíčové potřeby a očekávání malých a středně velkých podniků (SME) v souvislosti s těmito systémy. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dat získaných prostřednictvím dotazníkových šetření, která byla distribuována mezi korporace využívající treasury systémy a dodavatele TMS. Výsledky ukazují, že implementace TMS přináší významné zlepšení v oblasti správy likvidity, automatizace procesů a zvyšuje celkovou finanční stabilitu podniku. Práce taktéž identifikuje hlavní konkurenční výhody různých TMS řešení a poskytuje přehled o nákladech na pořízení a technických specifikacích nabízených produktů
