ISO 56002 categories were cross-referenced with sub-items of governance principles to identify convergences and gaps.   Results and Discussion: The analysis revealed partial convergence, especially in topics such as risk management, definition of responsibilities, and performance evaluation. However, issues such as compensation, auditing, and board structure are not addressed by ISO 56002, highlighting the disparity between governance's institutional control objectives and the innovation-oriented approach of the standard.   Research Implications: The findings indicate the importance of aligning governance and innovation to strengthen more resilient organizational models, suggesting the construction of integrated frameworks adaptable to different institutional contexts and sectors.   Originality/Value: This study is pioneering in systematically examining the compatibility between Brazilian corporate governance and ISO 56002, offering contributions to the formulation of integrated organizational strategies

IMPACTS OF REVERSE LOGISTICS ON REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF SELF-EMPLOYED PROFESSIONALS IN THE CITY OF MANAUS, BRAZIL

Objective: To identify the components of reverse logistics that impact regional development from the perspective of professionals working in this area in the city of Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas.   Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework of this study was composed of theories related to the reverse logistics process, combined with social, economic, and environmental aspects that explain sustainable regional development.   Method: The method used was a survey, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with reverse logistics professionals working in the city of Manaus, with intentional sampling to cover the most varied sectors of activity; the data were analyzed and organized based on semantic and content techniques, with the results displayed in frequency tables, interpreted in light of the theoretical framework developed in the literature review to answer three guiding questions: which components of reverse logistics impact regional development, which analytical dimensions they form and in what ways they cause regional development.   Results and Discussion: The results obtained revealed a) 47 components of reverse logistics that affect regional development, b) these factors could be organized into three analytical dimensions (environmental, economic and social), by the theoretical architecture developed, and c) they affect regional development in different ways, in a way that they contribute to or restrict development, depending on the behavior of other factors in the same and other analytical dimensions.   Research Implications: The practical and theoretical implications of this research highlight the need for continuous monitoring of the behavior of variables and analytical dimensions, enabling reverse logistics to effectively contribute to regional development, both by public agencies and, fundamentally, by organizations and civil society.   Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by presenting evidence that regional development is a personal, group, and social responsibility, not necessarily and exclusively of governments and their institutions

SITUATING SOCIAL GROUP WORK AS A METHOD OF SOCIAL WORK INTERVENTION IN THE ECONOMIC INCLUSION OF WOMEN, YOUTH, AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN SOUTH AFRICA

Objective: The purpose of this study is to situate social group work as a mode of social work intervention in the economic inclusion of South African women, youth, and people with disabilities. Financial social workers should carry out these interventions.   Theoretical Framework: This paper has adopted two theoretical frameworks: the empowerment approach and social development theory. There is no doubt that individuals experiencing poverty and unemployment are categorized as disempowered. This also applies to women, youth, and persons with disabilities in South Africa. Therefore, interventions that seek to empower them are of great importance. Conversely, social development refers to a broader developmental process's 'social aspects'. It integrates economic, ecological, political, gender, and social dimensions into a multifaceted approach aimed at improving living standards and promoting the well-being of individuals   Method: This desktop paper uses a literature review as its research approach. The literature evaluation draws on various sources, including media, government publications, academic articles from journals, and theses and dissertations.   Results and Discussion: The results and discussions in the paper indicate that different types of group work are relevant for achieving the economic inclusion agenda of women, youth, and persons with disabilities. The issues of poverty and unemployment, along with their effects, are common concerns for women, youth, and persons with disabilities. To address this, self-help groups are essential, as they allow members to be active participants and decision-makers on matters that provide opportunities for economic inclusion.   Research Implications: Financial social workers must conduct research to assess and establish the scale of economic exclusion of women, youth, and people with disabilities to identify those who may require economic empowerment interventions using group work as a method of practice in social work   Originality/Value: Financial social work is a new area of specialization in South Africa, and it has received little attention despite its potential importance in improving people's socioeconomic conditions, particularly those affected by poverty, unemployment, and other economic shocks

Objective: This research explored the role of customer green engagement behavior influencing customers’ green identification and green customer citizenship behavior.   Theoretical Framework: The research enriches the existing area by finding the roles of green browsing behavior, green interaction behavior and green creation behavior influencing green customer identification, which in turn enable platform’ participants to perform voluntary behaviors in supporting environmentally-friendly activities.   Method: We used questionnaire survey and the target are those who having the experiences of joining TikTok’s environmental activities in China. 284 effective samples were collected for analysis.   Results and Discussion: The finding indicated that green browsing behavior, green interaction behavior and green creation behavior are the antecedents of green customer identification.  Green customer identification has a positive association with green customer citizenship behavior. In addition, the result confirmed the mediating effect of green customer identification between green browsing behavior, green interaction behavior and green creation behavior and green customer citizenship behavior.   Research Implications: This research found that consumers’ browsing, interactive, and creating behaviors in green activities facilitate consumers’ identification with the green platform. In addition, consumers may exhibit citizenship behavior to support the green platform once their identification has been generated. Hence, the enhancement of green consumer citizenship behavior needs to be further contextualized based on their green engagement behaviors. The platform can encourage consumers to browse the green videos by providing reward mechanisms, enrich the interactions with the customers in green issues, and give incentives to enable customers to produce and upload green short videos to the platform; hence, the platform can increase customers’ identification and then, enhance citizenship behavior.   Originality/Value: This research has the following contributions. Firstly, few research explored customer engagement behaviors in environmentally-friendly context, the main contribution of this study is to propose the novel construct of customer green engagement behaviors influencing customers’ green identification and green customer citizenship behavior. Secondly, this research takes consumers’ experience perspective, specifically distinguishing the three components of customer green engagement behaviors influencing customers’ green identification, which in turn contributes to green customer citizenship behavior
