Relationship Marketing Practices, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at AYA Bank PCL (Hnin Aye Win, 2025)
This study explores how relationship marketing techniques affect customer
happiness and loyalty at Myanmar's AYA Bank Public Company Limited (AYA Bank
PCL). Trust, communication, commitment, technical competency, and bonding for
long-term customer connections are studied in relationship marketing. Through simple
random sampling, 403 Yangon-based AYA Bank clients get a standardized
questionnaire for quantitative research. Analyses include descriptive statistics,
reliability testing, correlation, and regression. Though all five relationship marketing
techniques improve client happiness, bonding has the most impact. Results show a
statistically significant association between customer happiness and loyalty. When
purposeful, AYA Bank PCL's relationship marketing may boost client happiness and
loyalty. The report suggests that AYA Bank PCL increase individualized engagement
methods, invest in technology, and create loyalty-focused programs to stay competitive
in Myanmar's dynamic banking business

Emerg Infect Dis
We developed surveillance guidance for COVID-19 in 9 temporary camps for displaced persons along the Thailand-Myanmar border. Arrangements were made for testing of persons presenting with acute respiratory infection, influenza-like illness, or who met the Thailand national COVID-19 Person Under Investigation case definition. In addition, testing was performed for persons who had traveled outside of the camps in outbreak-affected areas or who departed Thailand as resettling refugees. During the first 18 months of surveillance, May 2020-October 2021, a total of 6,190 specimens were tested, and 15 outbreaks (i.e., >1 confirmed COVID-19 cases) were detected in 7 camps. Of those, 5 outbreaks were limited to a single case. Outbreaks during the Delta variant surge were particularly challenging to control. Adapting and implementing COVID-19 surveillance measures in the camp setting were successful in detecting COVID-19 outbreaks and preventing widespread disease during the initial phase of the pandemic in Thailand
A Model for Mobile Learning Applications on Virtual Private Cloud
Mobile Cloud Computing(MCC)provides aplatform where mobile users make use of cloudservices on mobile devices. The use of mobile clouds ineducational settings can provide great opportunitiesfor students as well as researchers to improve theirlearning outcomes and minimizes the performance, compatibility, and lack of resources issues in mobilecomputing environment. This paper proposed a MCCbased learning modelto create aneffective learningenvironment for both the University and learnersbyintegrating virtualized private cloud technology withtwo components, social networking and mobilelearning applications. This model will construct byusing High Performance Computing Cloud ToolkitEzilla and ubiquitous mobile learning elements. Itwillevaluate by UTAUT based model and Quality ofExperience (QoE)
Dependency Head Annotation for Myanmar Dependency Treebank
Complete manual annotation of dependency treebank needs resources like annotators and
annotation tools and takes long time and has high possibility of inconsistent annotations
for free word order languages such as Myanmar. This paper describes a dependency head
annotation scheme with Universal part-of-speech and Universal Dependencies for
Myanmar dependency treebank. Currently 22,810 sentences and 680,218 tokens were
annotated from three corpora for Myanmar dependency treebank. Some language specific
issues are also described with examples. Raw syntactic structures were annotated
automatically by UDPipe according to the Universal Dependencies based on Universalpart-of-speech tag scheme. Then unsupervised annotated dependency head structures have
been manually updated in post processing. To be reliable and speedy post process with
reduced errors for manual updating, selected sentences were added to the training data
after being updated. After that the model has been retrained and the remaining sentences
were parsed by UDPipe. Post processing was repeated until all sentences were updated.
Some specifications of dependency annotation schemes in sentences encountered in post
processing are presented with examples. For parsing performance of annotated data, cross
validation tests and parsing experiments were performed. Moreover, annotated treebank
data have also been evaluated by CoNLL 2017 evaluation script for parsing performance.
Results of parsing experiments and evaluation are also reported by unlabeled and labeled
attachment scores and demonstrated that the proposed method is a suitable way for
building Myanmar dependency trees. Moreover, syntax structures of treebank are also
analyzed and syntax information is also presented. This dependency head annotation for
dependency treebank is the first work for Myanmar language as far as we know
Comparison of Boosted C5 over ID3 and C4.5 Abdominal Pain Problem
Classification can be used as in the form of data analysis that can be used to extract models describing the important data classes. This aim of this paper is to exmaine the performance of decision tree algorithms. Classification is the task to identify the class labels for instance based on a set of features (attributes). This system presents a comparative study of different decision tree algorithms for abdominal pain problem medical data mining. It classifies the different classes, Induction of decision trees (ID3), classification, regression tree (C4.5) and boosted decision tree, C5 are used for the comparative study. According to the experimental results, boosted C5 has better accuracy over ID3 and C4.5 algorithm
A Study of the Obligations of Teacher and the Teacher –Pupil relation
Abstract
The Teacher is included as one of the five infinites. There is no one who comes to prosper and
progress except Lord Buddha in the world being independent of the teacher without being
participated by the teacher. It needs to have reliable one as a teacher to prosper and advance.
They are the able personages who make minds prosper and develop. Being the role model of
pupils, teachers have to do a lot of duties. The aims of these obligations are to make teachers
professional, responsible and motivated as well as promote the teacher-pupil relationship. In my
research work, I aim to mainly focus on the responsibilities of teachers and the relationship
between teacher and pupil
The Culture and Religious Values of Panpu Yokesone Kyaung Monastery of Various Figures of Wood-carvings in Salay Myo
An ancient monastery “Panpu Yokesone Kyaung” situated in Salay is one of the edifices that have the famous master-pieces of wood-carving during the Kunbon period. It was dedicated by U Pho Kyi, a merchant of Salay to the honoured Sayadaw U Guna who flourished in 19th Century A.D. The monastery is called “Panpu Yokesone Kyaung” as it has various figures of wood-carvings illustrating the accounts from the Pali literature (Jātakas, Dhammapada Commentary, Peta Vatthu etc.) They are carved according to the instructions of Sayadaw U Guna. It is one of the centres of interest for the tourists. This paper is to expose the value and importance of this monastery. There are altogether 35 beautiful wood-carvings but some are now lost due to the vandals and dealers of antiques. In order to preserve the art treasures and ancient glory of Myanmar, field work has been made and it is presented with photographes in this paper
