There are indeed not many illegal landfill land in Kudus Regency, but based on supervision in the field, the activity arises because it is based on economic factors, Kudus Regency itself actually has regulated zoning of the areas permitted for mining activities, things mentioned in Perda No. 16/2012 concerning RTRW, the method used in this study is empirical (nondoctrinal) Based on the results of field research on illegal activities of landfill excavation, it can be concluded that enforcement of illegal activities of landfill excavation c has not been carried out optimally. , this can be seen by the presence of illegal miners who still often do mining by playing cat and mouse with Satpol PP officer

Get PDFTujuan penelitihan ini adalah penulis ingin mengetahui langkah-langkah penegakan hukum di bidang hak cipta di Kabupaten Jepara. Mengetahui hal-hal yang menyebabkan pihak melakukan pelanggaran di bidang hak cipta. Mengetahui akibat hukum yang timbul bagi para pihak yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum di bidang hak cipta.
Berdasarkan uraian hasil penelitihan dan analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab masih maraknya parktik pelanggaran hak cipta atas model ukiran kayu di Kabupaten Jepara karena masyarakat perajin banyak mengabaikan bahkan terkadang acuh tak acuh jika karyanya dijiplak oleh orang lain untuk kepentingan komersil. Selain itu adanya kesalahan gugatan dalam suatu sengketa yang diajukan ke Pengadilan Niaga di mana terjadi kesalahan mengenai kedudukan hokum dari penggugat dapat menjadi sebab semakin maraknya terjadinya pelanggaran hak cipta walaupun secara fakta memang telah terjadi suatu pelanggaran hak cipta. Kesalahan mengenai kedudukan hokum penggugat dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelanggar hak cipta untuk dapat lolos dari jeratan hukum. Upaya penegakan hokum bidang hak cipta model ukiran kayu di Kabupaten Jepara dapat diselesaikan melalui jalur pengadilan atau di luar pengadilan. Apabila diselesaikan melalui jalur pengadilan maka dapat secara perdata maupun secara pidana. Melalui jalur di luar pengadilan, maka sering dikenal dengan penyelesaian menggunakan jalur Alternatiive Dispute resolution (ADR). Apabila menyangkut perkara perdata maka diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Niaga (Comercial Court), Penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh pihak Deperindag Jateng dengan melalui penyuluhan secara langsung kepada para pengrajin seni ukir di Jepara dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada seluruh pengrajin seni ukir Jepara khususnya mengenasi sosialisasi macam-macam pelanggaran pidana HKI serta sanksi hukumannya. Penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh para pengrajin melalui pembentukan perkumpulan para pengrajin kemudian diadakan pertemuan rutin diantara para pengrajin saling silaturahmi dalam wadah paguyuban pengrajin seni ukir Jepara untuk saling memantau dan mengawasi terhadap segala aktifitas para pengrajin dalam menciptakan suatu produk kerajinan. Akibat hokum bagi para pihak yang melakukan pelanggaran hokum di bidang hak cipta dapat dilakukan penuntutan secara pidana sesuai Undang-Undang No 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta maupun diajukan gugatan perdata sesuai KUHPerdata ke Pengadilan Niaga. Prosedur suatu permohonan perlanggaran hak cipta model ukir di Kabupaten Jepara untuk diadukan ke pihak berwajib khususnya syarat permohonan yang ditentukan pengadilan hak cipta di awali dengan mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan niaga sesuai hokum acara HIR maupun hokum acara khusus yang berlaku di Undang-Undang No 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Get PDFArtikel ilmiah ini meneliti tentang perlindungan hak cipta ukiran kayu di Indonesia, sejak zaman dahulu seni ukiran kayu telah ada di Indonesia, bahkan sebelum terbentuknya negara indonesia, dalam perkembangan zaman dan juga pasar bebas, maka semakin berdampak pada perlindungan dari hak cipta ukiran kayu yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia, perlindungan hak cipta ukiran kayu sangatlah penting karena berhubungan hak ekonomi yang dimiliki penciptanya, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif , pengumpulan data berupa data sekunder yaitu meliputi: bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan penelitian dan bahan hukum sekunder yang berupa buku referensi dan jurnal terkait dengan menguraikan lebih lanjut dari bahan hukum primer secara konteks teoritis, hasil penelitian dari artikel ilmiah ini adalah bahwa perlindungan hukum hak cipta ukiran kayu sudah diatur di dalam undang-undang tentang hak cipta, akan tetapi belum bisa optimal karena masih adanya kasus persengketaan hak cipta soal ukiran kayu, ironisnya yang bersengketa adalah orang asing yang tinggal di Indonesia dengan obyek sengekta model ukiran yang mirip dengan ukiran kayu di daerah jepar

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
