    Era “Big Data” telah menjadi suatu tantangan  besar yang harus dihadapi oleh suatu jaringan komputer untuk dapat reliable menghantarkan data, dan sekaligus menjadi jembatan bagi ketersediaan lalu lintas data, baik dalam hal layanan pengolahan, penyimpanan dan analisa data yang berukuran besar, memiliki tingkat variasi tinggi dari beberapa sumber yang disampaikan dari sumber secara realtime ke tujuan. Pengaruh pemilihan protokol routing dengan klasifikasi static routing atau dynamic routing seperti RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS dan BGP layaknya harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap user dengan memperhatikan tantangan dan kebutuhan di era big data. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode perancangan jaringan dengan model PPDIOO yaitu, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize dan menghasilkan rekomendasi mengenai kebutuhan desain arsitektur dan jenis protokol routing yang tepat ditinjau dari karakteristik jaringan dengan memahami konsep distance vector protocol atau link-state protocol, untuk digunakan oleh jaringan dalam menyediakan layanan yang dapat diandalkan dengan konsep arsitektur holistic network di era big data

    A Mathematical Model to Improve the Performance of Logistics Network

    The role of logistics nowadays is expanding from just providing transportation and warehousing to offering total integrated logistics. To remain competitive in the global market environment, business enterprises need to improve their logistics operations performance. The improvement will be achieved when we can provide a comprehensive analysis and optimize its network performances. In this paper, a mixed integer linier model for optimizing logistics network performance is developed. It provides a single-product multi-period multi-facilities model, as well as the multi-product concept. The problem is modeled in form of a network flow problem with the main objective to minimize total logistics cost. The problem can be solved using commercial linear programming package like CPLEX or LINDO.     Analisis Pengukuran Kualitas Aplikasi Satu Kemenkeu pada KPP Madya Palembang Menggunakan Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM)

    Technology in Indonesia has been applied in various fields, both in education, government, health and other community activities. At KPP Madya Palembang, Information Technology has been applied in various activities and services, one of which is on the website of Satu Kemenkeu. On the Satu Kemenkeu website, it is a new system implemented by KPP Madya Palembang. Satu Kemenkeu is a new system that has never been analyzed. In Satu Kemenkeu, various problems were found such as usability, Interface, Home section that cannot be fully functioned, some features cannot be accessed. Based on the problems found, an analysis is needed to measure the quality of Satu Kemenkeu. Measurement of quality in the category of user readiness and acceptance at Satu Kemenkeu to determine the readiness of users to accept the technology. The model used in readiness and acceptance is the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM). This study uses 7 variables in TRAM, namely Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, Perceived Usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use. This study distributed questionnaires to 114 employees of KPP Madya Palembang as users of Satu Kemenkeu. Then, for data analysis used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS Tools. The results of this study from 10 hypotheses there are 4 hypotheses accepted and 6 rejected. The overall results show the quality of one ministry of finance using TRAM of 71.8%, this shows that the quality of the one ministry of finance application can be used and accepted by users.Teknologi di Indoensia sudah diterapkan diberbagai bidang, baik dari pendidikan, pemerintah, kesehatan dan kegiatan masyarakat lainnya. Pada KPP Madya Palembang telah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi diberbagai kegiatan dan layanan, salah satunya yaitu pada website satu kemenkeu. Pada website Satu Kemenkeu merupakan sistem baru yang diterapkan oleh KPP Madya Palembang. Satu Kemenkeu merupakan sistem baru yang belum pernah dilakukan analisis. Pada Satu Kemenkeu ditemukan berbagai macam permasalahan seperti kegunaan, Interface, bagian Home yang belum bisa difungsikan semua, beberapa fitur belum bisa diakses. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, maka diperlukan suatu analisis untuk mengukur kualitas Satu Kemenkeu. Pemgukuran kualitas pada kategori kesiapan dan penerimaan pengguna pada Satu Kemenkeu untuk mengetahui kesiapan pengguna dalam menerima teknologi tersebut. Model yang digunakan pada kesiapan dan penerimaan yaitu Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 7 variabel yang ada pada TRAM yaitu Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, Perceived Usefullnes, perceived ease of use, intention to use.     The Lecture Needs Analysis in Politeknik Transportasi Sungai, Danau dan Penyeberangan Palembang

    This paper is to calculate the needs of lecturer in terms of quality and quantity as well as strategy for lecturer development. Our study used quantitative descriptive analysis as well as qualitative approach. The research took place at Politeknik Transportasi Sungai, Danau Dan Penyeberangan (Polytechnic Inland Water And Ferries Transport) Palembang. Data collected by sample. We used questionnaire to collect data and tested its validity and reliability. We conducted data analysis by comparing its current result with the Annex to the Regulation of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education number 3 of 2019-point C4, Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020. We also conducted SWOT analysis to result the strategies should be implemented by the Polytechnic Inland Water and Ferries Transport. From our analysis, we found that they should increase the number of their lecturer with another new 18 lecturer, which comprising various 12 competency courses and 6 general courses. From SWOT matrix scoring analysis we found that the lecturer development in Polytechnic currently is in Growth or status of development, which is very strategic in developing their lecturers’ competencies further.     This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of traffic congestion in some urban and solve it by using an expert system. Sistem serves to record and duplicate the capabilities of experts. Expert systems in this study was built within the framework of network optimization designed to solve the problem of traffic congestion in urban areas. Control of traffic jams and optimal well not be possible without the use of intelligent data management system and realtime. In this study, we were able to improve the quality of congestion control in both the strategic aspects as well as operasional. This Research using survey methods, and development models. The results of the study are: a) traffic management policy input and control traffic congestion of Dishubkominfo Palembang and municipal police; and b) the optimization model and control traffic congestion at the intersection; c) the data processing for controlling the traffic congestion that can be implemented to overcome congestion in some urban areas

    The background in this research is to find out how the interests, talents, and character of students through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities at SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan. Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities aim to form students with Islamic character as well as efforts to motivate the practice of worship in schools. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are the interests, talents, and character of the students of SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Research instruments using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. And data analysis using reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities carried out at SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan were good enough to develop students' abilities in terms of interests, talents and student character. It can be seen from the process of implementing Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities itself where there are several programs from daily programs (Dhuha and Dzuhur Prayers in congregation and reading the Qur'an), weekly programs (Islamic Studies, Muhadhoroh, Qiro'ah, Friday Prayers in congregation, and cleaning the prayer room), monthly program (dhikr in congregation), and annual program (celebration of Islamic holidays).     SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan, yang merupakan pilihan utama untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di kota Palembang, menekankan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam mengelola sistem pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 5) dan Pengukuran Capability Level Tata Kelola Keamanan Teknologi Informasi untuk menentukan domain prosesnya. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses domain COBIT Framework 5 yang relevan dengan Keamanan Teknologi Informasi melibatkan APO (Align, Plan and Organise) seperti APO04, APO12, APO13, dan DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) seperti DSS05. Analisis Capability Level menunjukkan bahwa APO04 berada pada level 3 - Manage Innovation, APO12 pada level 3 - Manage Risk, APO13 pada level 3 - Manage Security, dan DSS05 pada level 3 - Manage Service Security

    Industri kain jumputan Palembang merupakan salah satu produk lokal unggulan yang diproduksi di kawasan griya tuan kentang. Ketersediaan bahan baku untuk memproduksi kain jumputan dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan supplier bahan baku yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan supplier pengrajin kain jumputan Kube Griya Tuan Kentang Palembang. Metode penelitan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematis Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Fuzzy Analitycal Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh pengrajin Kube Griya Tuan Kentang yang ada di kawasan sentra industri kain jumputan yang berada di Kelurahan Tuan Kentang, Kecamatan Jakabaring, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada Januari - Maret 2022. Pemilihan pemasok atau supplier yang selama ini berlangsung pada Kube Griya Tuan Kentang dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria kualitas, harga, pembayaran, pengiriman, persediaan barang serta bahan ramah lingkungan.
