Perolehan hak milik berdasarkan Pasal 1963 KUHPerdata dan Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria terkait benda tidak bergerak (tanah). Pasal 1963 KUHPerdata mengatur tentang syarat-syarat memperoleh hak milik atas tanah, Pasal ini merupakan Pasal pelaksana dari Pasal 610 KUHPerdata yang berada di Buku II KUHPerdata. Akibat berlakunya UUPA maka Buku ke II KUHPerdata khususnya mengenai tanah sudah tidak berlaku lagi. Sehingga Pasal ini sudah tidak dapat lagi berlaku sebagai dasar hukum oleh hakim, namun pada kenyataannya Pasal ini masih berlaku pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Takalar No 05/PDT.G/2012/PN-TK Tahun 2012, walaupun penggunaan Pasal 1963 KUHPerdata merujuk pada Yurisprudensi, penggunaanya tidak tepat karena Pasal 1963 KUHPerdata sudah tidak berlaku karena lahirnya UUPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Yuridis Normatif dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif atas data sekunder, dengan melihat bagaimana pengaturan terkait hak milik atas tanah berdasarkan Pasal 1963 KUHPerdata yang sudah tidak berlaku tetapi masih menjadi dasar hukum oleh hakim dan melihat ketentuan hukum saat ini, apakah pemberlakuan Pasal 1963 ini masih tepat digunakan pada kondisi hukum saat ini. One of the way is using eye moving desensitization and reprocessing. This article focuses on treating post-traumatic stress disorder through eye moving desensitization and reprocessing. The aim of this article is to describe the general implementation of eye moving desensitization and reprocessing to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. Eye moving desensitization and reprocessing is able to be a technique to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. Finally, writer suggested for counseling practitioners in Indonesia can make this “unique therapy” as a therapy technique for post-traumatic stress disorder

Makna Konotasi Pada Karya Fotografi Ekspresi Hengki Lee”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara formal dan memaknainya secara konotasi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kepustakaan dan pustaka laman. Setelah itu di lakukan seleksi dengan judge sampling yang berdasarkan objek dan komposisinya, sehingga dari sepuluh karya fotografi ekspresi terpilih lima karya untuk di analisis. Keindahan karya fotografi ekspresi Hengki Lee terletak pada visualisasi cerita yang dihasilkannya. Imaji yang terwujud kemudian dimaknai sebagai karya yang bercerita tentang mimpi, emosi, dan keingintahuan yang sering dialami oleh manusia

Methods spinning table aims to assist in the welding industry engaged in the field
of hospital furniture and also for more efisiency processing time during the
process of welding the hospital furniture products.
Welding tools can also be called as a fixture, fixture is an important
element of the process of mass production as is required in most of the automated
manufacturing and assembly operations for inspection with the aim of placing the
work piece into the right position given by the cutting tools or gauges, or the other
components, such as in an assembly or welding.
Efficiency Comparison fence welding bed time manually and by using
tools fixture can be seen from the data of testing tools that have been generated.
Welding fixture not use this tool takes ± 28 minutes and sizes for subsequent
welding is not the same thing, while welding by using this tool only takes fixture
± 7 minutes 35 seconds and the size will be the same for subsequent welding.
