    Finding and evaluating the impact of compensation, work environment, work stress and late working hours on employee performance at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat is the purpose of this study. The type of research is quantitative. This research is quantitative and was conducted at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. The population in this study were employees of Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, which were 64 employees. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sampling technique, namely if the population is less than 100, after that, the entire population is sampled. A total of 64 employees were used as the sample size of the study in this case. This study used a Likert scale survey, documentation, and observation as data collection methods. The classical assumption test, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and data normality tests, were used in this study. The coefficient of determination, partial (t), and simultaneous (F) tests were used to assess multiple linear regression analysis. The partial findings indicate that compensation significantly and positively affects employee performance, according to the study's findings. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. Workplace stress significantly and positively affects employee performance. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by lateness. At Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, compensation, work environment, stress, and tardiness all affect employee performance at the same timeMenemukan dan mengevaluasi dampak kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan keterlambatan jam kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan di Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat yaitu sebanyak 64 karyawan. Sampel didalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan Teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu apabila jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, setelah itu, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Sebanyak 64 karyawan dijadikan sebagai ukuran sampel penelitian dalam hal ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei skala Likert, dokumentasi, dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Uji asumsi klasik, termasuk uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas data, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Uji koefisien determinasi, parsial (t), dan simultan (F) digunakan untuk menilai analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, menurut temuan studi tersebut. Kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. Stres di tempat kerja secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh keterlambatan.     This study aims to determine responsibility of the State against the Damage of the Environment at Mount Bawakaraeng and also to know the prevention efforts Damage Environment at Mount Bawakaraeng Area. This research was conducted in Gowa Regency and Makassar City of South Sulawesi. The research method used empirical-normative method , it is intended that the authors describe the overall data obtained through interview, literature study, and observation result. The results are then analyzed and associated with the formulation of legislation and taken conclusions or answers to answer the problems examined by the author. The results of this study indicate that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry with the obligations attached to it in managing the forest in this area of Mount Bawakaraeng still can not be categorized as running maximally, either coordination of related institutions and handling in providing responsibility to Damage Environment Living on Mount Bawakaraeng

    The Medan City Health Office Pharmacy Warehouse is a drug and pharmaceutical product storage facility managed by the Health Office in Medan City. This warehouse acts as a distribution center for drugs and pharmaceutical materials to meet the needs of health services in the Medan city area, which in practice still uses records that are not integrated with the system, namely still with manual recording so that inaccuracies in recording expiration dates, incoming goods, outgoing goods, drug stocks and document storage. Therefore, as a solution, the author wants to implement a drug stock distribution management information system. In building this drug stock management information system, the author applies the FIFO (First in Fisrt Out) method to ensure that drugs that enter first will be distributed first so as to reduce the risk of expiration. Furthermore, the system was developed using the waterfall system development method, which emphasizes structured stages. The results showed that the implementation of the drug distribution management information system with the FIFO method met the success criteria of each test, namely System Functionality Testing, Accuracy Testing and Effectiveness Testing. The conclusion of this research is that this drug distribution management information system is successful in reducing the risk of errors in managing drug stocks, optimizing the drug distribution process, and improving the performance of the Medan city pharmaceutical warehouse
