Stunning of Livestock before Slaughter and Modern Fiqh Research(Urdu)
Stunning is the process of rendering animals immobile or unconscious, with or without killing the animal, when or immediately prior to slaughtering them for food. In modern slaughterhouses a variety of stunning methods are used on livestock. Methods include: Electrical stunning, Gas stunning, Percussive stunning. There are three opinions of Islamic scholars about stunning. Those scholars; who do not allow stunning at all; are of the view that the method of rendering animals unconscious before slaughter is against the shairah method and Sunnah, and it is Makrooh e Teḥreemi. Before slaughtering, if an animal died due to stunning, then that animal is carcass and is not allowed to be eaten. But, if before slaughter, ḥayat e Mustaqirrah is present in animal and it is slaughtered in that condition then it is permissible to eat it. Certain scholars allow stunning in certain situations with some terms and conditions. The decisions of Mjam e Faqhiyyah of modern age are also based on conditional permission. Moreover, Mufti Muḥammad Taqi Usmani, Dr. Wahabah Zoḥaili and Abdul Aziz Bin Baaz agree with conditional permission, while some other scholars allow all types of stunning without any condition; Mufti Muḥammad Abduho and his pupil Allamah Rasheed Raza Miṣri agree with later opinion

CHINA’S ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ITS IMPACT ON REGIONALISM
The world and international trade may learn much from China\u27s remarkable economic rise in recent decades. The 21st century is increasingly called the ‘Asian Century’ due to China\u27s substantial impact on regional trade organisations, including the EU, NAFTA, SAARC, and ASEAN. Through investments in infrastructure, economic integration, and technical cooperation, China\u27s trading model, defined by bilateral and multilateral agreements, has changed the nature of regionalism. Initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) have improved commerce and connectivity, which has promoted collaboration and economic progress. China\u27s involvement in the region has aided development and sparked worries about intellectual property, trade imbalances, and geopolitical problems. This research looks at the economic advantages and geopolitical difficulties of China\u27s trade policies and how regionalism will develop in the face of China\u27s expanding power.

Big Data and Precision Medicine: Haroon Ur Rashid1, Fatma Hussain2, Khalid Masood3
This paper focuses on clinical data taken from diversified sources that can be utilized to predict medical conditions. Precision medicine being top priority in medication is main essence to describe treatment based on individual physiology, genetic makeup and other factors. Healthcare information is available from clinics, government hospitals and electronic medical records along with advanced digital resources such as glucometers, insulin injectors, blood pressure monitors, and smart watches. Social media is an excellent source where people share their medical treatment status on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Effective statistical models can be created social media to prescribe medicines. Vital architectural components include storage programs (Amazon S3, Google cloud store), data incorporation mechanisms (Kafka, Storm Topology, Sqoop), APIs (Fitbit Web, Apple HealthKit, OneTouch, Facebook, Twitter), processing engine (Spark, Hadoop) and training datasets (Spark ML, Mahout scalable machine learning, data mining techniques, appropriate algorithms). Advantages of precision medicine includes powerful decision making resources (big data), better selection of disease targets, treatment opportunities, reduced medical expenses and timely delivery of healthcare. To optimize the capability of precision medicine, uninterrupted research funding, scientific initiatives, patient involvement in medicinal initiatives. Successful execution of precision medicine with holistic individually tailored approach necessitates the coordinated efforts of all healthcare stakeholders for its recognition, up-gradation of diagnosis and management
