    Supporting data accompanying thesis The dataset consists of 6 excel files, 5 with the prefix &#39;Appendix&#39; which form the ancillary data for Chapter 3. These include the read counts generated from the sequencing analysis, along with the results of the statistical analysis performed on them. The other file contains the raw physiological data used to create the graphs in Chapters 3,4 &amp; 5. This data does not require specialist software to access. The data was generated over the course of the DY111 CUSTARD cruise (2019) to the Southern Ocean and at the NOC Southampton between 2018-2022.
