Eward Dan Punishment Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Atlet Pada Klub Bolabasket Satya Wacana Salatiga
Penelitian ini yang berjudul “Reward Dan Punishment Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Atlet Pada Klub Bola Basket Satya Wacana Salatiga” lebih fokus meneliti secara mendalam terhadap pelaksanaan, penerapan dan dampak dari reward dan punishment terhadap atlet pelaksana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis alasan pihak manajemen memberlakukan reward dan punishment, menganalisis penerapan reward dan punishment dan menganalisis hasil reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara sehingga mampu menggali lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan, penerapan, dan dampak dari reward dan punishment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen, tim pelatih, dan atlet di klub bola basket Satya Wacana Salatiga. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa reward dan punishment yang ada di klub bola basket Satya Wacana Salatiga diterapkan untuk memotivasi atlet-atletnya agar selalu termotivasi dalam berprestasi dan juga dari penerapan reward dan punishment ini bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan atlet agar tidak keluar dari target-target tim. Selain itu dampak dari penerapan metode ini cukup positif dampaknya, karena akibat yang ditimbulkan pada atlet yang mengerti dan memahami dari penerapan reward dan punishment akan selalu termotivasi dan intropeksi diri dari penerapan reward dan punishment yang diberlakukan. Namun demikian masih ada beberapa narasumber yang mengatakan bahwa penerapan reward dan punishment belum cukup efektif karena dari penerapannya memang belum jelas dan terstruktur atau tertulis dari penerapanya dan pemberitahuan yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen.This research, entitled “Reward and Punishment in Improving Athlete Achievement at Satya Wacana Salatiga Basketball Club” is more focused on examining the implementation, application and impact of reward and punishment on the athletes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the reasons of the management in implementing reward and punishment, to analyze the application of reward and punishment and to analyze the reward and punishment result in improving the achievement of the athlete. This research used qualitative method where data collection was done by interview thus the implementation, application, and impact of reward and punishment was dug deeper. The sample in this study was the management, coaching team, and athletes of Satya Wacana Salatiga basketball club.
The results obtained from this study indicate that the rewards and punishment that exist in Satya Wacana Salatiga basketball club were applied to prompt athletes to always be motivated in their achievement and also the application of reward and punishment aimed to discipline athletes to not wander off of team targets. In addition, there is quite a positive impact on the implementation of this method, because there are consequences that athletes who understood the application of rewards and punishment will always be motivated and will self-introspect the application of rewards and punishment that apply. Nevertheless, there are still some sources who claimed that the application of reward and punishment has not been effective enough because its implementation was unstructured nor is in written for its application and notices made by the management
Evaluation of Web-Based Car Park Information System at PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Jakarta
Problems in conventional and manual parking are the inability to obtain complete, informative, and interactive parking information because the manual system cannot provide complete parking information. Information technology can be implemented in a parking system to help provide more accurate, fast, and easily accessible information. In addition, the parking system interface can be made user-friendly, hence, the parking attendants can operate it properly. This parking system uses a client-server model with a shared database. The author found problems in the car parking system at PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Jakarta, i.e. still using the previous version of XAMPP. The research methodology used in this study are: Observation Methods, Literature Methods, and Interview Methods. The proposed Car Parking application showed acceptable for use by parking attendants of PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Apartment Jakarta. The menu choices presented are sufficient and the web design is simple so it doesn't confuse the parking attendant
