Forest Fire Dynamics Over a Decade in Mappi District, South Papua: Hotspot Trends and Burned Areas Estimation Using MODIS Data
No full textForest and land fires have become an annual occurrence in South Papua Province over the past decade, with Mappi District identified as a fire-prone hotspot. This study analyzes hotspot trends and dynamics from 2012 to 2021 and estimates burned areas using Terra/Aqua Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS)satellite data and ArcMap 10.8. The highest number of hotspots was recorded in 2015 (3,879), with 36.5% occurring on peatland and 63.5% on mineral soils. A historical hotspot analysis pinpoints the prevalence of fire incidents between July and October, highlighting the necessity for intensified prevention measures before July. Furthermore, a significant linear regression is established between annual hotspot numbers and rainfall in Mappi District (p-value = 0.006), signifying the impact of climatic factors on fire occurrences. The largest burned area, estimated at 134,051.74 hectares, also occurred in 2015, coinciding with a strong El Niño event. More importantly, these fires occurred not only on mineral soil but also on peatland areas. Hence, this study highlights the critical need to prioritize comprehensive forest and land fire management in Mappi District, South Papua Province. 
PENERAPAN ASESMEN RISIKO JATUH BERBASIS FALL MORSE SCALE PADA PASIEN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE
No full textKeselamatan pasien merupakan program prioritas utama rumah sakit yang bertujuan melindungi pasien dari kejadian yang tidak terduga dan juga merupakan bagian penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Angka kejadian pasien jatuh menempati urutan kedua setelah kejadian tak terduga setelah kesalahan pengobatan. Pasien CKD mempunyai faktor pencetus dalam meningkatkan risiko terjatuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan asesmen risiko jatuh berbasis fall morse scale pada pasien dengan CKD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan pra-eksperimen, dilakukan di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam RSD dr. Soebandi. Mengunakan teknik sampling kuota sampling, didapati 30 responden yang kemudia dikaji menggunakan asesmen fall morse scale selama 3 hari serta diberikan intervensi sesuai tingkat risiko jatuh yang ada. Analisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan p value 0,05. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah pasien CKD memiliki risiko terjatuh kategori rendah (60%). Sebagian besar perawat tidak melakukan asesmen ulang risiko jatuh pada pasien CKD, dimana dari 30 pasien, terdapat 26 pasien (86,7%) yang tidak dilakukan asesmen ulang risiko jatuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p-value kelompok risiko jatuh dan kelompok risiko jatuh tinggi masing-masing (p-value = 0,008 dan p-value = 0,018), yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penerapan asesmen risiko jatuh berbasis fall morse scale pada pasien CKD. Penerapan penilaian ulang berdasarkan skala fall morse lebih berpengaruh dalam mengurangi risiko jatuh, yang mana diketahui lebih besar pengaruhnya pada kelompok risiko jatuh rendah dibandingkan dengan kelompok risiko jatuh tinggi

The topic of the problem in this research is whether the application of accounting in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) has been applied by printing and screen printing business owners in Kampar Regency, Riau. The research conducted is expected to find out whether the basic accounting concepts have been applied by the owners of printing and screen printing business in Kampar Regency, Riau. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. For the data collection methods the authors use are structured interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data that I use is a descriptive method. Through the research process that the author has done, the authors conclude that in general the owners of printing and screen printing business in Kampar Regency, Riau have known and know the accounting terms, however the printing and screen printing business owners in Kampar Regency, Riau have not implemented an accounting system and did not follow the basic concepts of accounting due to lack of training in the field of recording financial statements. The owners of printing and screen printing business in Kampar Regency, Riau have not yet fully implemented the preparation of financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM

No full textBased on Minister of Finance Regulation Number 252/PMK.03/2008 and Minister of Finance Regulation Number 168 of 2023, this article discusses the application of PPh Article 21 calculations to permanent employees using Microsoft Excel before and after PP 58/PMK 168 of 2023. The author uses documentation and interviews as well as data sources from books, journals and the internet. The results of interviews and documentation show that CV Muda Ria has problems. CV Muda Ria has not calculated income tax article 21 in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 252/PMK.03/2008 and Minister of Finance Regulation Number 168 of 2023. As a result, the company does not fulfill its tax obligations to deduct employee salaries from income tax article 21. Based on this problem, the discussion that will be reviewed is regarding the calculation of income tax article 21 based on the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 252/PMK.03/2008 for the 2023 tax year and based on the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 168 of 2023 for the 2024 tax year by using the Microsoft excel application

No full textAssociation/Articles of Association is a written regulation made by a political party and contains matters as regulated in Article 2 Section (4) of Constitution no. 12 of 2011. The important role of political parties of Association/Articles of Association in regulating and directing the sustainability of a political party to ensure the implementation of a fair democracy has now changed. Political parties that have to act on behalf of the people but now only fight for the interests of the elites in political parties, so currently many conflicts occur solely to seek power. One of these conflicts is related to Association / Articles of Association which contradicts the Constitution and higher laws and regulations. Therefore, there is a legal vacuum regarding the institution authorized to examine the Association/Articles of Association of political parties. In this study, the author will examine the position of Association/Articles of Association of political parties in the hierarchy of legislation and whether the Supreme Court has the authority in testing AD/ART of political parties. The method of this study is normative law approach method by using statute approach and concept approach, then review and analyze using the law interpretation method. The result of the study is the Association/Articles of Association of political parties are not included in the hierarchy of laws and regulations as regulated in Article 7 of Law no. 12 year 2011. But the Association / Articles of Association of a political party can be categorized as a legal regulation based on Article 8 section (1) and section (2) of Law No. 12 of 011 and the implications of Association/Articles of Association’s classification as a piece of legislation then gives authority to the Supreme Court to examine the Association/Articles of Association of political parties
Towards Robust Indonesian Speech Recognition with Spontaneous-Speech Adapted Acoustic Models
No full textAbstractThis paper presents our work in building an Indonesian speech recognizer to handle both spontaneous and dictated speech. The recognizer is based on the Gaussian Mixture and Hidden Markov Models (GMM-HMM). The model is first trained on 73hours of dictated speech and 43.5 minutes of spontaneous speech. The dictated speech is read from prepared transcripts by a diverse group of 244 Indonesian speakers. The spontaneous speech is manually labelled from recordings of an Indonesian parliamentary meeting, and is interspersed with noises and fillers. The resulting triphone model is then adapted only to the spontaneous speech using the Maximum A-posteriori Probability (MAP) method. We evaluate the adapted model using separate dictated and spontaneous evaluation sets. The dictated set consists of speech from 20 speakers totaling 14.5 hours. The spontaneous set is derived from the recording of a regional government meeting, consisting of 1085 utterances totaling 48.5minutes. Evaluation of a MAP-adapted spontaneous set yields a 2.60% absolute increase in Word Accuracy Rate (WAR) over the un-adapted model, outperforming MMI adaptation. Conversely, MMI adaption of the dictated set outperforms the MAP adaptation by achieving an absolute increase of 1.48% in WAR over the un-adapted model. We also demonstrate that fMLLR speaker adaptation is unsuitable for our task due to limited adaptation data

location of this study was in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Data sources through
interviews, observation, and documentation. The author seeks to explore the depth of data obtained from interviews
with respondents and make observations as primary data, secondary data obtained from guest tours of religious
tourism visitors, and data from the central statistical body. The results of this study, there are impacts on the socioeconomic conditions of the surrounding community, on income, employment opportunities, buildings, prices,
distribution of benefits, ownership and control and government revenues. On income not every day there are
significant changes. But on certain days, namely, maulid prophet, Haul, Imtihan, and Friday leg
