Implementasi Signalong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan komunikasi intrapersonal dan kemandirian belajar anak autis di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Inklusif Galuh Handayani Surabaya
Full text linkDalam penerapan signalong pada Pembelajaran PAI di SMP Inklusif Galuh Handayani, maka signalong inilah yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam penerapan, karena peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus sangat memperlukan signalong tersebut untuk lebih dalam mengenal PAIuntuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan kemandirian belajar baik dalam kehidupan maupun dalam pelajaran PAI. SMP Inklusif Galuh Handayani merupakan sekolah yang menyediakan pendidikan inklusif, dimana anak berkebutuhan khusus belajar bersama dengan anak normal lainnya. Yang terjadi adalah komunikasi intrapersonal dan kemandirian belajar anak autis tidaklah terbentuk dengan baikdan tidak sebanding dengan peserta didik normal lainnya, hal ini yang menjadi tujuan agar anak autis dapat berkomunikasi dua arah dan kemandirian belajar dapat muncul pada diri masing-masing anak autis terutama saat pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Adapun yang menjadi fokus dari studi ini adalah mencari sedetail-detailnya dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut:(1)Bagaimana implementasi signalong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Inklusif Galuh Handayani?; (2) Bagaimana komunikasi intrapersonal anak autis melalui penerapan signalong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Galuh Handayani?; (3) Bagaimana kemandirian belajar anak autis melalui penerapan signalong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Galuh Handayani?; (4) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi signalong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk meningkatkan komunikasi intrapersonal dan kemandirian belajar anak autis di SMP Galuh Handayani? Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Dengan tujuan membuat deskripsi, gambaran secara sistematis, factual dan akurat tentang fakta-fakta, sifat serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Metode deskriptif dirancang untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang keadaan nyata sekarang (sementara berlangsung) dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan yang berjalan saat penelitian dilakukan. Setelah dilakukan analisis, diperoleh simpulan bahwa implementasi signalong dalam pembelajaran PAI sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi intrapersonal dan kemandirian belajar anak autis dalam proses pembelajaran

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe data on Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters. The theory used in this study is the theory of Islamic Religious Education Based on Character Education by (Wiyani, 2013). The research method uses descriptive method. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used by the author is the hermeneutic technique, namely reading, recording, and concluding. The results of this study contained 3 concepts of Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno. Includes: (1) Aqidah, can be seen from the character's belief that Allah SWT knows what is good and bad and believes in the most effective prayer to ask Allah SWT. (2) Shari'ah, can be seen from the traditional belief in the teachings contained in Islam. (3) Morals, can be seen from the behavior of the characters who always respect those who are older than them and give advice to people who make mistakes. Morals are mostly conveyed by the author in the novel because this novel tells about the life of Islamic boarding school children who have a positive influence on the Islamic boarding school environment, not only within the Islamic boarding school environment but also carried into the community environment

No full textPerkembangan zaman saat ini khususnya dalam bidang kesehatan, pentingnya kesadaran untuk terus memperhatikan kondisi fisik maupun mental ibu hamil dan bayi di dalam kandungannya dengan memilih lingkungan persalinan yang dirasa aman dan nyaman. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Mitra Husada Sidoarjo hadir menjadi salah satu rujukan utama dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan khusus, yang melayani pemeriksaan ibu selama masa pra hingga pasca melahirkan. Selain itu, RSIA Mitra Husada juga memberikan pelayanan bagi kesehatan anak-anak sejak lahir sampai menginjak usia 18 tahun. Dalam penerapan konsep ‘positive birth space environment’ kualitas fisik rumah sakit ibu dan anak ditentukan oleh berbagai aspek, seperti halnya ketersediaan dan kenyamanan fasilitas, kondisi pencahayaan, penghawaan, maupun pemilihan material yang tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan pasien. Diketahui bahwa dalam proses desain tersebut juga perlu memperhatikan aspek psikologi, dimana akan dikaitkan langsung dengan kebutuhan ibu hamil sejak pra dan pasca melahirkan hingga proses pemulihannya. Selain dibutuhkannya fasilitas tambahan yang dapat mewadahi seluruh aktivitas pasien, dibutuhkan pula suasana ruang yang dapat memberikan rasa nyaman ketika berada didalamnya. Penerapan konsep homey melalui ornamen interior luxury diharapkan dapat menjadi faktor pendukung kenyamanan visual bagi pasien ibu hamil dan anak-anak. Selain itu, penerapan konsep tersebut juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan citra branding RSIA Mitra Husada sebagai daya tarik tersendiri.

The development of the current era, especially in the field of health, the importance of awareness to continue to pay attention to the physical and mental conditions of pregnant women and the baby in their womb by choosing a delivery environment that feels safe and comfortable. Mitra Husada Sidoarjo Mother and Child Hospital is present as one of the main references in the field of special health services, which serves mother examinations during the pre to post natal period. In addition, RSIA Mitra Husada also provides services for children's health from birth to 18 years of age. In applying the concept of 'positive birth space environment', the physical quality of the mother and child hospital is determined by various aspects, such as the availability and comfort of facilities, lighting conditions, ventilation, and the selection of materials that are not harmful to the patient's health. It is known that in the design process it is also necessary to pay attention to psychological aspects, which will be directly related to the needs of pregnant women from pre and post delivery to the recovery process. In addition to the need for additional facilities that can accommodate all patient activities, a room atmosphere is also needed that can provide a sense of comfort when in it. The application of the homey concept through luxury interior ornaments is expected to be a supporting factor for visual comfort for pregnant women and children. In addition, the application of this concept is also expected to improve the branding image of RSIA Mitra Husada as a special attraction
The Effect of Kangaroo Mother Care on Increasing the Body Weight in Infants with Low Birth Weight: A Meta-Analysis
No full textBackground: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a condition of babies born weighing <2,500 grams regardless of gestational age. Stabilization of the general condition is an important thing to do during the treatment period, there are several treatments for LBW babies, namely standard care with an incubator, monitoring nutritional intake and doing kangaroo mother care. This study aims to analyze the effect of kangaroo mother care on weight gain in LBW infants, with a meta-analysis of primary studies conducted by previous authors.Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis with the following PICO, population: infants with low birth weight. Intervention: Kangaroo Mother Care. Comparison: Conventional Method Care. Outcome: weight gain. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct and Springerlink. Keywords to search for articles “kangaroo mother care” AND “weight gain” OR “growth” AND “neonatal outcome” AND “low baby weight infants” OR “skin to skin contact” OR “kangaroo care” OR “kangaroo method” AND “ Randomized Controlled Trial” OR “RCT”. The articles included are full-text English and Indonesian with a study design of a Randomized Controlled Trial from 2007 to 2020 and reporting on the Mean and SD in multivariate analysis. The selection of articles is done by using PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 11 randomized controlled trials from India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Kenya, and Egypt were selected for a systematic review and meta-analysis. The data collected showed that kangaroo mother care increased the weight of LBW infants and was statistically significant (SMD= 1.05; 95% CI= 0.56 to 1.54; p<0.001).Conclusion: Kangaroo mother care increases weight in LBW babies.Keywords: kangaroo mother care, body weight, LBW, meta-analysisCorrespondence: Anggun Fitri Handayani. Full text linkKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevolusi sistem kesehatan di desa melalui optimalisasi rekam medis dengan fokus pada pelatihan kebidanan. Masalah utama yang diatasi adalah kurangnya aksesibilitas terhadap rekam medis yang akurat dan kurangnya pemahaman tenaga kesehatan di desa. Metode penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan online melalui Zoom, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi praktik lapangan. Hasil kegiatan mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, perubahan positif dalam praktik kesehatan di desa, dan pengurangan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap akses masyarakat terhadap informasi kesehatan dan membentuk jejarin kesehatan desa yang lebih erat.
