Integrasi Lean Manufacturing dan Circular Economy untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Proses Produksi Pipa Baja High Frequency Welding di IPB Menggunakan Multifactor Productivity Measurement
No full textIndustri Pipa Baja (IPB) merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi pipa baja, salah satunya dengan teknologi High Frequency Welding (HFW). Dalam pelaksanaannya, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan berupa aktivitas non-value added, limbah produksi yang belum termanfaatkan secara optimal, serta tingkat produktivitas yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan Lean Manufacturing dan Circular Economy guna mengidentifikasi serta meminimalkan pemborosan, sekaligus mengidentifikasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas melalui pengukuran menggunakan metode Multifactor Productivity Measurement (MFPM). Lean Manufacturing berfokus pada pengurangan pemborosan dan peningkatan efisiensi proses, sementara Circular Economy menekankan optimalisasi siklus hidup material melalui praktik daur ulang, penggunaan kembali, dan pemanfaatan limbah produksi. MFPM digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas secara menyeluruh dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai input seperti tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi, dan modal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus di IPB yang memiliki sistem Engineering to Order (ETO) untuk menerima pesanan, ditemukan bahwa waste kritis yang terjadi yaitu defect, inventory dan waiting. Selain itu terdapat limbah yang belum dapat diolah seperti scrap. Dengan demikian, diberikan usulan perbaikan yang mengintegrasikan Lean Manufacturing dan Circular Economy yaitu dengan 5s, poka yoke, visual control, penerapan 3R, sehingga didapatkan produktivitas yang meningkat dari angka 1,33 menjadi 1,45. Selain itu, dari segi Sustainable Value Stream Mapping juga terdapat perubahan titik rework yang sebelumnya tiga titik menjadi satu titik, perubahan titik WIP yang sebelumnya lima titik menjadi empat titik dan peningkatan value added time menjadi 33 menit serta dan terjadi penurunan nilai scrap yang awalnya 59 unit menjadi 19 unit saja, dan meningkatkan persentase quality menjadi sebesar 97%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan usulan perbaikan yang diimplementasikan membawakan dampak perubahaan dari segi produktivitas dan sustainable value stream mapping.

Industri Pipa Baja (IPB) is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of steel pipes, one of which utilizes High Frequency Welding (HFW) technology. In practice, the company faces several challenges, including non-value-added activities, underutilized production waste, and suboptimal productivity levels. This study aims to integrate Lean Manufacturing and Circular Economy approaches to identify and minimize waste, while also simultaneously improving productivity through the Multifactor Productivity Measurement (MFPM) method. Lean Manufacturing focuses on reducing waste and improving process efficiency, whereas Circular Economy emphasizes optimizing the material life cycle through recycling, reuse, and waste utilization practices. MFPM is used to measure overall productivity by considering various input factors such as labor, raw materials, energy, and capital. This research was conducted using a case study method at IPB, which has an Engineering to Order (ETO) system for receiving orders. It was found that the critical wastes that occur are defects, inventory, and waiting. Additionally, there is waste that cannot yet be processed, such as scrap. Therefore, improvement suggestions were proposed that integrate Lean Manufacturing and the Circular Economy, including 5S, poka yoke, visual control, and the implementation of the 3R principles, resulting in increased productivity from 1.33 to 1.45. Furthermore, from the perspective of Sustainable Value Stream Mapping, there were changes in rework points, which decreased from three to one, changes in work-in-process (WIP) points, which decreased from five to four, an increase in value-added time to 33 minutes, a reduction in scrap value from 59 units to 19 units, and an improvement in quality percentage to 97%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implemented improvement proposals have brought about changes in terms of productivity and Sustainable Value Stream Mapping

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
