    ABSTRAK HASDAR HANAFI, Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Keterampilan Elektronika Pada Kelompok Remaja Bontopannu Di Kabupaten Pangkep. Tahun 2015. (Dibimbing oleh Muh. Yahya dan Abdul Muis Mappalotteng) Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan, model konseptual, model fisik bahan ajar keterampilan elektronika dan efektifitas bahan ajar menggunakan program Autoplay 7.0 yang difokuskan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pada kelompok remaja Desa Bontopannu Kabupaten Pangkep. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yakni (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, telah divalidasi oleh dua orang ahli dengan mengalami revisi sehingga layak digunakan. Uji coba dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali yakni uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba diperluas. Hasil analisis respon pendidik menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran dalam katagori sangat baik. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran hasil pengembangan direspon positif oleh pelatih atau teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media Autoplay 7.0 pada teknik perawatan dan perbaikan alat telekomunikasi dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran di Desa Bontopannu Kabupaten Pangkep. Hasil validasi lembar ahli materi dengan total nilai rata-rata 3,5 berada dalam katagori valid dan hasil validasi ahli media dengan total nilai rata-rata 3,23 berada pada katagori valid. Dari hasil analisis respon pelatih dan peserta pelatihan dalam katagori sangat baik, sehingga dinyatakan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data aktivitas peserta pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan dikatagorikan sangat baik, sehingga dapat dinyatakan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Media, Autoplay 7.0.     The research is the development of research aims to understand the process of development , conceptual model , physical model of teaching materials electronics skills and effectiveness of teaching materials using program autoplay 7.0 which focus to develop media learning the youth group village Bontopannu Pangkep district . Model of development that is used in this research is a model of the development of ADDIE was done with several tranches is 1). analysis , 2).the design , 3).the development , 4) implementation , 5) evaluation .Learning that media developed , have been validated by two experts by experience that the revision of being used .The trial conducted as many as three times is the trial of individuals , the trial of a group of small and expanded pilot .The results of the analysis response educator shows that learning in the media category of very good .So that it can be concluded that the media learning the result of developing has been responded by a coach or friend peers .The result showed that learning uses the media autoplay 7.0 in engineering maintenance and repair of the telecommunications equipment expressed valid , practical and effective really mature use their experiences in the village Bontopannu Kabupaten Pangkep .The results of a sheet of expert validation of materials with the total value of the average 3.5 be in categories valid and the results of validation media experts with a total value the average 3.23 is at categories valid .Of the results of the analysis response coach and participants training in categories very good , so that expressed the practical use in their experiences .The results of the analysis data the activity of the participants and the participants are categorized as very good , so that it can be declared effective in their experiences

    Study of Productive Lesson Teaching in Vocational High School Relationship Related to The Readiness of Graduates in Dealing With Work World in South Sulawesi

    The results of the official release of the Central Statistics Agency of South Sulawesi Province stated that graduates of the Vocational High School (SMK) level were ranked among the highest in terms of non-absorption of graduates in the world of work. This fact is ironic because SMK graduates are graduates who are projected to be ready to work. Aligning the competencies of SMK graduates with their absorption in the world of work cannot be separated from productive subject learning. It is also a fact that until now the government has only been able to provide a small amount of teaching materials in the form of textbooks or modules for productive subjects for teachers and students. Most productive teaching materials are managed by the teachers who support these subjects. Therefore, a study on 2013 curriculum-based teaching materials for productive subject groups of Vocational Schools especially in South Sulawesi related to the readiness of SMK graduates to face the world of work is very much needed. This type of research is evaluative research in the form of ex-post facto. From the results of the study and analysis, it was concluded that productive subject teachers have tried to arrange teaching materials in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum as a teacher's handbook. According to the perception of productive subject teachers, the instructional materials compiled are considered to have been sufficiently in accordance with the development needs of DUDI and meet the adequacy of graduates' competencies and skills. Obstacles that are found in the field are the number of productive subject learning materials is not proportional to the number of students and the learning process is constrained by the lack of teaching aids or training tools in the form of trainers and practicum needs that are in line with DUDI's development needs. The factors that become obstacles cause the productive learning process in Vocational Schools in South Sulawesi to be not optimal which can impact on the readiness of SMK graduates to enter the workforce

    Analysis Trends Of Flipped Classroom Research In Education

    The current learning system requires education to change the learning approach that is centered on educators into a learner-centered learning approach. One of the students-oriented approaches is Flipped classroom. Flipped classroom is a new pedagogical approach in which students develop a basic understanding of subject matter before class, and use time in class for student-centered activities, such as group discussions and presentations. This article aims to analyze the implementation of Flipped class in promoting learning based on the latest articles that report the practice of Flipped classroom lessons from 2015-2018. The methodology in this study is descriptive qualitative, using the method of collecting documents. The results of the analysis of this study show that flipped classroom has a positive impact on student learning activities such as achievement, motivation, involvement, and interaction. The practice of Flipped classroom helps students to develop skills in problem solving, creative thinking and teamwork. Several problems in this discussion have implications that can be considered for future research. Some of the challenges found in implementing Flipped classroom are needed to be handled by researchers in the future, such as the compatibility of classrooms that are reversed. This study also has implications for the government or policy makers to determine Flipped class as an approach that will be applied in teaching and learning activities for different levels of educatio
