    Assessment of zones of influence on the efficiency of city transport logistics

    The modern development of cities is accompanied by a constant increase in the volume of traffic flows, which necessitates the improvement of transport logistics. An essential aspect of enhancing the quality of life, ensuring mobility, and reducing environmental pollution is the economic stability and efficiency of the city's transport system. Urban transport logistics is a multi-component system that includes planning, coordination, and management of all types of transport movement, optimization of infrastructure, and integration of innovative technologies. The study of modern approaches to assessing the efficiency of transport systems, considering their role in ensuring population mobility, economic development, and environmental sustainability, provides an opportunity to develop and implement methodological foundations for evaluating the efficiency of this system. This is particularly relevant in the context of rapid urbanization and global trends toward sustainable urban development. It has been established that the efficiency of urban transport logistics is influenced by specific factors, including the accessibility of infrastructure, the reliability of transport services, the rational use of transport resources, the system's ability to adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment, and the degree of integration of modern technologies.     Considering the relevance of the scientific and technical problem of the light-duty vehicles’ energy efficiency operational control and transportation processes in a market economy, it is necessary to create methods for its solution at different stages of this cycle. The methods of the general use vehicles energy-resource efficiency theory are used to eliminate the paradoxical fragmentation of knowledge about the life cycle stages.Mathematical models of the transport energy efficiency indicators have been developed to meet the operational and technological challenges of the energy-saving reproduction of the road transport services at all stages of the light-duty vehicle life cycle.Based on the models developed, a method is proposed.     Kvalifikācijas darba autore Inesa Ozoliņa. Darba tēma: “Pasaku izmantošana 3-4 gadus vecu bērnu matemātisko priekšstatu veidošanā pirmsskolā”. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr. paed. Ieva Margeviča-Grinberga. Mērķis: izpētīt pasaku izmantošanu 3-4 gadus vecu bērnu matemātisko priekšstatu veidošanās sekmēšanā pirmsskolā. Mūsdienās aktuāls ir jautājums par radošas, atvērtas, darboties gribošas un spējīgas personības veidošanu pirmsskolas vecumā, respektējot katra bērna individualitāti. Ir svarīgi, lai bērns būtu ne tikai intelektuāli, bet arī emocionāli izglītots. Pirmsskolas vecumā intelektuālā un emocionālā attīstība, ir cieši un nesaraujami saistīti jēdzieni. Bērniem ļoti svarīgi ir apgūt jaunas zināšanas ar viņiem saprotamām metodēm. Vislielākā nozīme ir pasakām, to stāstīšanai, lasīšanai, attēlošanai, bērnam pašam aktīvi piedaloties. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no anotācijām latviešu un angļu valodās, satura rādītāja, ievada, 3 galvenajām daļām, 6 apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un 4 pielikumiem. Pirmajā daļā, autore analizē un pēta pieejamo teorētisko literatūru par matemātisko priekšstatu veidošanu pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Otrajā daļā, autore sniedz ieskatu par pasaku nozīmi tieši konkrētajā vecumposmā 3-4 gadu vecumā, pasaku veidiem, funkcijām. Trešajā daļā, tiek apskatīti un analizēti uzskates materiāli, kurus var izmantot bērni pasaku stāstīšanā vai attēlošanā, izspēlēšanā, apkopotas bērnu vecāku aizpildītās anketas, autore analizē tās un sniedz pārskatu par vecāku uzskatiem, viedokļiem un ieteikumiem. Darbā ir 51 lpp. Lai labāk uztvertu un atspoguļotu Kvalifikācijas darbā ietverto informāciju, autore izmantojusi 1 tabulu, 17 attēlus. It is important that the child is not only intellectually, but also emotionally literate. For children it is essential to acquire new knowledge with them understandable methods. The greatest importance of fairy tales, the telling, reading, displaying the child himself actively participating. Qualification work consists of annotations in Latvian and English, table of contents, introduction, 3 main parts, subsections 6, final, conclusions, bibliography and 4 annexes. In the first part, the author analyzes and researches the available theoretical literature on the mathematical idea of the creation of pre-school age children. In the second part, the author provides an insight into the role of fairy-tales just a given age group 3-4 years of age, types and functions of fairy-tales. In the third part there were discussed and analyzed the visual aids that can be used for children, summarized the questionnaires completed by children's parents, the author analyzed them and provided an overview of parental beliefs, opinions and recommendations. Volume of the Qualification work is 51 pages. In order to better identify and reflect the work of the information contained in the qualification, the author used the 1 table, 17 pictures.     Development of digital literacy’s transversal skills for teaching mathematics at third grade of pre-school education

    Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: Digitālās pratības caurviju prasmes attīstīšana matemātikas mācību jomā pirmsskolas izglītības 3.posmā. Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Inesa Trūle. Strādājot pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē tiek novērots, kā matemātikas nodarbības izglītojamiem bieži izraisa nepatīkamas emocijas. Ja izglītojamais jau iepriekš bija saskaries ar līdzīgu uzdevumu, tad viņš spēj atrisināts un paveikt šo uzdevumu. Lai mācību process veicinātu izglītojama izziņas intereses veidošanu, nodarbībām ir jābūt izglītojama atbilstošām vecumam un interešu saistošiem. Tad izglītojamais apgūst dzīvē nepieciešamo lietpratību, pamatus darot un piedzīvojot. Jau pirmsskolas vecumā bērniem ir jāļauj aktīvi darboties visā mācību procesā, meklēt risinājumus saistot mācību procesu ar reālo dzīvi. Mūsdienas izglītībā atzīme digitālās pratības. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt digitālās pratības caurviju prasmes nozīmi un tās īstenošanas iespējas matemātikas mācību jomā. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes: pedagoģiskās, psiholoģiskās literatūras un avotu izpēte un analīze. Kā empīriskā metode tiek izmantot pedagoģiska novērošana, pedagoģiska izmēģinājuma darbība, pētījuma datu apstrāde un analīze. Kvalifikācijas darba pētījuma daļa notika Rīgas 239. pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Kopā pētījumā piedalījās 26 izglītojamie (12 meitenes un 14 zēni). Rezultāti liecina, ka digitālās didaktiskās spēles, ko vienlaicīgi var izmantot darbā ar interaktīvo tāfeli, var lietot pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu skolotāji, vadot rotaļnodarbības. Tika rasta atbilde uz pētāmo jautājumu, kur noskaidrojās, kā organizējot matemātikas jomas nodarbību ir svarīgi ievērot šādas balstītas iezīmes – bērnu individuālo īpatnību ievērošana, bērnu radošums, apgūstamās prasmes, tikumi un vērtības, bērnu pieredzes izmantošana, izmantoto metožu jēgpilna daudzveidība, savstarpējā sadarbība un skolotāja atbalsts bērniem. If the learner had previously encountered a similar task, then he is able to solve and complete this task. In order for the learning process to promote the formation of a learner's cognitive interest, the lessons must be age-appropriate and engaging for the learner's interests. Then the learner acquires the necessary expertise in life by doing and experiencing the basics. Already at preschool age, children should be allowed to be active in the entire learning process, looking for solutions by connecting the learning process with real life. In today's education, the mark of digital literacy. The purpose of the research: To study the importance of digital literacy skills and its implementation possibilities in the field of mathematics education. Methods used in the research: research and analysis of pedagogical, psychological literature and sources. Pedagogical observation, pedagogical pilot activity, research data processing and analysis are used as an empirical method. The research part of the qualification work took place in the 239th preschool educational institution of Riga. A total of 26 students (12 girls and 14 boys) participated in the study. The results show that digital didactic games, which can be used at the same time when working with an interactive whiteboard, can be used by teachers of preschool educational institutions when conducting play lessons. The answer to the research question was found, where it became clear how, when organizing a lesson in the field of mathematics, it is important to observe the following basic features - respect for the individual characteristics of children, children's creativity, skills to be learned, virtues and values, the use of children's experience, a meaningful diversity of the methods used, mutual cooperation and the teacher support for children.     Розробка імітаційної моделі роботи транспортного підприємства при перевезенні різних видів вантажів у міжнародному сполученні

Tihov: ORCID 0009-0003-6193-4915ENG: This study’s object is the process that organizes and plans the work of a transport enterprise when transporting general, dangerous, and oversized cargo along international roads. The task addressed is the need to compile recommendations for determining the required number of personnel and the duration of rendering transport services depending on the type of cargo received for service. A simulation model of the work of a transport enterprise when organizing international road transportation has been built and implemented in the GPSS World simulation modeling automation package. The model involves determining the duration of transport service and planning the personnel support for a transport enterprise according to the functional division of labor. When building the model, the duration of the types of work provided by specialists of the transport enterprise when transporting general, dangerous, and oversized cargo was taken into account. In addition, the model takes into account the probability of errors and delays at each stage of service. The average duration of the delay in the event of errors is also determined, which could make it possible to set additional time for engaging a separate specialist to eliminate them. The application of the devised model in practice would allow owners of transport enterprises to organize business processes depending on the available type of rolling stock. It could also make it possible to determine the optimal number of specialists of various profiles required for organizing transport services for the customer. At the same time, the duration of transport services for the delivery of various types of cargo will be reduced by 8–14% while the number of specialists of the transport enterprise – by 10–15%; in turn, the throughput will increase by 7–16%.UKR: Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації та планування роботи транспортного підприємства при перевезенні генеральних, небезпечних та негабаритних вантажів автомобільним транспортом у міжнародному сполученні. Проблема, що вирішувалася, обумовлена потребою у розробці рекомендацій щодо визначення необхідної кількості персоналу та тривалості надання транспортних послуг в залежності від виду вантажу, що надходить на обслуговування. Розроблено та реалізовано імітаційну модель роботи транспортного підприємства при організації міжнародних автомобільних перевезень в пакеті автоматизації імітаційного моделювання GPSS World. Модель передбачає визначення тривалості транспортного обслуговування та планування кадрового забезпечення транспортного підприємства за функціональним розподілом праці. При розробці моделі враховано тривалість виконання видів робіт, які забезпечуються фахівцями транспортного підприємства при перевезенні генеральних, небезпечних та негабаритних вантажів. Окрім цього, в моделі враховано імовірність виникнення помилок та затримок на кожному етапі обслуговування. Також передбачено середню тривалість затримки при виникненні помилок, що дозволить встановити додатковий час залучення окремого фахівця до їх усунення. Застосування розробленої моделі на практиці дозволить власникам транспортних підприємств організовувати бізнес-процеси в залежності від наявного типу рухомого складу. Також це дасть можливість визначати оптимальну кількість фахівців різного профілю, необхідну для організації транспортного обслуговування замовника. При цьому тривалість транспортного обслуговування при доставці різних видів вантажів скоротиться на 8–14%, а кількість фахівців транспортного підприємства на 10–15%, в свою чергу пропускна спроможність зросте на 7–16%.National Transport University, Ukrain

Kovtsur: ORCID 0000-0002-0445-5438ENG: The object of this study is the process of planning the work of a manufacturing enterprise that needs transport and forwarding services when exporting goods to counterparties in different countries of the world.The problem being solved is predetermined by the need to devise recommendations for choosing a transport and forwarding company when serving an individual customer, based on its individual needs and conditions of cooperation. A simulation model for the selection of a transport and forwarding company was constructed and implemented to meet the customer’s needs when exporting goods, applying the GPSS World simulation automation package.The model provides for the optimization of the choice of a transport and forwarding company for servicing counterparties based on the assessment of their activity indicators over previous periods of cooperation. When building the model, the types of commercial conditions of the exporter’s cooperation with the transport and forwarding company, indicators of the quality assessment of the basic level of service and the duration of service at all stages of the foreign trade operation were taken into account. The application of the constructed model in practice will enable exporters and importers to choose a transport and forwarding company depending on the individual needs of customers in the delivery of goods. The simulation results reflect the performance indicators of the provision of transport and forwarding services by various specialized enterprises. This will make it possible to involve in the transport and forwarding service of a separate counterparty an organization that will meet all the requirements of goods buyer in accordance with the terms of the international economic contract. At the same time, the duration of choosing and agreeing the terms of cooperation could be reduced by 12–15 % while the efficiency of transport and forwarding services would increase by 13–16 %

The problem being solved is due to the need to develop recommendations for exporters of goods to reformat or design new supply chains during wartime. The expediency of organizing foreign trade operations by the cargo owners' own forces or with the involvement of enterprises providing logistics consulting services is considered. A simulation model of goods delivery in international road traffic was built and implemented in the GPSS World simulation automation package. The model involves the optimization of organizational and technological processes related to the activity of both a separate link and the entire supply chain. The study takes into account the components of the time characteristics of the performance of preparatory work when establishing cooperation with institutions and organizations, as well as the direct service of the exporter. The application of the developed model in practical activities will provide an opportunity for exporters to obtain information about the duration and reliability of the stages of a foreign trade operation and the feasibility of involving consulting enterprises in cooperation. At the same time, the simulation results reflect the performance indicators of the proposed supply chains when delivering goods by road transport along various routes. The proposed simulation model will make it possible to reduce the time spent searching for links in the formation of a supply chain by 8–12 %, and the duration of a foreign trade operation by 10–14 %. Thus, the reliability of cooperation with intermediary organizations will increase by 8–11 %.UKR: Об’єктом дослідження є процес доставки товарів у міжнародному автомобільному сполученні із застосуванням різних типів логістичних ланцюгів. Проблема, що вирішувалася, обумовлена потребою у розробці рекомендацій для експортерів товарів щодо переформатування або розробки нових ланцюгів постачання під час війни. Розглянуто доцільність організації зовнішньоторговельних операцій власними силами вантажовласників або із залученням підприємств, що надають послуги з логістичного консалтингу. Розроблено та реалізовано імітаційну модель доставки товарів у міжнародному автомобільному сполученні в пакеті автоматизації імітаційного моделювання GPSS World. Модель передбачає оптимізацію організаційно-технологічних процесів, пов’язаних з діяльністю як окремої ланки, так і усього ланцюга постачання. В дослідженні враховано складові часових характеристик виконання підготовчих робіт при налагодженні співпраці з установами та організаціями, а також безпосереднього обслуговування експортера. Застосування розробленої моделі у практичній діяльності надасть можливість експортерам отримати інформацію про тривалість і надійність виконання етапів зовнішньоторговельної операції та доцільність залучення консалтингових підприємств до співпраці. При цьому результати моделювання відображають показники ефективності функціонування запропонованих ланцюгів постачань при доставці товарів автомобільним транспортом за різними маршрутами. Запропонована імітаційна модель дасть можливість скоротити час на пошуки ланок при формуванні ланцюга постачань на 8–12 %, а тривалість виконання зовнішньоторговельної операції на 10–14 %. Promocijas darbā autors grib analizēt, kas notiek ar potenciālajiem līderiem krīzes laikos, kāda veidā krīze negatīvi un pozitīvi ietekmē viĦu vadības iemaĦas un kā organizācijas var izmantot krīzi, lai aizsargātu un veicinātu līderības prasmju attīstīšanu.
