Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi Kabupaten Luwu Timur diawal Pemerintahan Andi Hatta Marakarma, mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan Andi Hatta Marakarma dalan menjalankan Pemerintahannya di Kabupaten Luwu Timur, dan mengetahui hasil-hasil pembangunan yang dicapai Kabupaten Luwu Timur di bawah kepemimpinan Andi Hatta Marakarma.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian sejarah (history), melalui tahapan yang meliputi heuristik atau pengumpulan data, kritik yang bertujuan untuk menentukan atau menilai sumber, interpretasi atau menentukan kedudukan fakta sejarah secara proporsional dan historiografi yang merupakan pengungkapan kisah sejarah dalam bentuk tertulis.
Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Luwu Timur merupakan kabupaten baru hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Luwu Utara, yang ditandai dengan disahkannya Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2003 tentang Pembentukan Kabupaten Luwu Timur dan Kabupaten Mamuju Utara, dengan melihat ketentuan dan mekanisme pada PP.129 Tahun 2000 tentang persyaratan pembentukan dan kriteria pemekaran, penghapusan dan penggabungan daerah. Beberapa kebijakan pemerintahan dalam pembangunan Luwu Timur, seperti: 1) meningkatkan kualitas dan prasarana pendidikan dan kesehatan dengan menerapkan pendidikan dan kesehatan gratis serta meningkatkan akses terhadap pendidikan dan kesehatan bagi seluruh masayarakat Luwu Timur, 2) meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas infrastruktur seperti akses jalan dan perhubungan guna menunjang kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat, 3) melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat dan merespon langsung keluhan masyarakat serta apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Luwu Timur. Adapun hasil pembangunan yang dicapai Luwu Timur selama pemerintahan Andi Hatta Marakarma seperti pembangunan sekolah baru yang permanen diberbagai tingkatan, pembangunan RSUD dan puskesmas-puskesmas penunjang pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, dan membaiknya akses jalan sehingga kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat berjalan lancar

No full textSelf-control or self-control is the ability of a student to organize, organize, guide, and direct behavior to achieve something. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and academic procrastination in students of the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University. Respondents in this study totaled 300 active student respondents at the Faculty of Psychology, State University of Makassar, batches of 2020, 2021 and 2022. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the procrastination assessment scale for students to measure the level of academic procrastination and the self-control scale to measure the level of self-control. The analysis technique used is the product moment correlation from Karl Pearson to see the relationship between self-control and academic procrastination. The results showed that there is a relationship between self-control and academic procrastination. It means that the higher the level of self-control, the lower the level of academic procrastination among students.

This research was conducted to understand how a well-planned airport management development aligns with existing standards. In this study, the author tested the hypothesis regarding the importance of commanding/charismatic leadership in ensuring the implementation of an airport management system that meets service standards. The research was conducted at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport in Sulawesi, and the results showed a strong correlation between commanding/charismatic leadership and the improvement of quality at Andi Jemma Masamba Airport

No full textEn el presente documento se exponen los argumentos, el desarrollo y resultados esperados del proceso de implementación del plan de mejora o manual de funciones específicas para pasante. Esto, tras haber realizado la práctica profesional dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia, de ahora en adelante, ANDI. Principal agremiación representante del sector privado de Colombia y reconocida por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT, 2021).
Inicialmente se evidencian los aspectos generales de la ANDI, tales como: Misión, Visión, Valores, ubicación geográfica y estructura organizacional. De esta manera, al brindar una conceptualización de las funciones y composición de esta agremiación, en general, se facilita el entendimiento de los beneficios de la aplicación del proyecto dentro de la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz. Sustentando la manera en cómo la contribución al mejoramiento del desempeño del pasante, facilita el aprovechamiento de la visión fresca, disruptiva e intrépida, por la que se caracteriza el talento joven (Confama, 2021), fructuoso en procesos de constante evolución. Además, se expone el procedimiento del proyecto, por medio del planteamiento del objetivo general y los objetivos específicos.
Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones y resultados que traería una primera aplicación de proyecto, junto con una sección de seguimiento de práctica profesional, donde se destacan los logros y experiencia obtenida por el autor durante su pasantía en la Cámara de la Industria Automotriz de la ANDI.This document presents the arguments, development and expected results of the implementation process of the improvement plan or manual of specific functions for interns. This, after having carried out the professional practice within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia, from now on, ANDI. Main association representing the private sector in Colombia and recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT, 2021).
Initially, the general aspects of ANDI are evidenced, such as: Mission, Vision, Values, geographic location and organizational structure. In this way, by providing a conceptualization of the functions and composition of this association, in general, the understanding of the benefits of the application of the project within the Chamber of the Automotive Industry is facilitated. Supporting the way in which the contribution to the improvement of the intern's performance, facilitates the use of the fresh, disruptive and intrepid vision, by which young talent is characterized (Confama, 2021), fruitful in processes of constant evolution. In addition, the procedure of the project is exposed, through the approach of the general objective and the specific objectives.

She is a former pop-music columnist for the SF Weekly and the East Bay Express, and also contributed to the anthologies Young Wives\u27 Tales, Secrets and Confidences: The Complicated Truth About Women\u27s Friendships (both from Seal Press), and Howl: A Collection of the Best Contemporary Dog Wit(Crown). She is the coeditor of BitchFest: 10 Years of Cultural Criticism from the Pages of Bitch Magazine, and the author of Feminism and Pop Culture (Seal Press). Her new book on pop culture and the commercial co-optation of feminism, We Were Feminists Once, will be out in May 2016 from PublicAffairs. She speaks frequently on the subject of feminism and the media at various colleges and universities. Andi graduated from The Colorado College in 1994 with a B.A. in Fine Art that has proved to be more or less useless, though she did use it to secure a job designing rugs for Pottery Barn back in the day.
