No full textThe article examines the peculiarities of leadership in intercultural organizations in the context of globalization, increasing cultural diversity, and the development of international cooperation. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing role of intercultural communication in ensuring effective management of multinational teams and achieving the strategic goals of organizations. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of leadership in intercultural organizations, identify the main challenges of intercultural communication, and determine opportunities for improving management effectiveness in conditions of cultural diversity. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which allowed for a comprehensive examination of the relationship between cultural factors and management decisions; methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific sources on the problems of intercultural leadership; comparative analysis of leadership styles in different cultural contexts; generalization of practical experience of international companies and case analysis. The work analyzes the essence of intercultural organization, characterizes the key features of leadership in a multicultural environment, and reveals the influence of cultural dimensions on communication processes and change management. Particular attention is paid to such challenges of intercultural interaction as language barriers, differences in nonverbal communication, different approaches to time management, motivation, conflict resolution, as well as the influence of hierarchy and national values on employee behavior. Based on the analysis, effective management approaches are summarized and directions for the development of adaptive communication strategies are outlined. It is concluded that the formation of cross-cultural competence of leaders, flexibility of management styles, and the introduction of inclusive practices contribute to improving the performance of intercultural organizations and the use of cultural diversity as a strategic resource for development. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in the activities of leaders and managers of international and multinational organizations to improve the effectiveness of personnel management, improve intercultural communications, and form effective leadership strategies.У статті досліджено особливості лідерства в умовах міжкультурних організацій у контексті глобалізації та культурного різноманіття. Метою дослідження є аналіз сучасного стану міжкультурного лідерства, виявлення основних викликів комунікаційної взаємодії та визначення можливостей підвищення ефективності управління багатонаціональними командами. Методологічною основою дослідження є системний підхід, аналіз і синтез наукових джерел, порівняльний аналіз управлінських стилів, а також узагальнення практичного досвіду міжнародних компаній. Проаналізовано вплив культурних відмінностей на комунікації та прийняття управлінських рішень, визначено ключові бар’єри міжкультурної взаємодії та окреслено напрями розвитку адаптивних комунікаційних стратегій і лідерських практик у міжкультурних організаціях. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в можливості використання отриманих результатів у діяльності керівників і менеджерів міжнародних та багатонаціональних організацій для підвищення ефективності управління персоналом, удосконалення міжкультурних комунікацій і формування результативних лідерських стратегій

Abstract
The number and ratios of the metabolites of vitamin C - ascorbic, dehydroascorbic and diketogulonic acids were studied under the action of closed space hypoxia, acute blood loss and during sleep – the conditions associated with various oxygen saturation of the organism. It was found that in case of closed space hypoxia, the level of ascorbic and diketogulonic acid decreased with a simultaneous increase in the content of dehydroascorbic acid in the heart and brain. Acute blood loss resulted in decrease in the level of all metabolites of ascorbic acid. During sleep, the level of ascorbic acid metabolites increased. The ratio of vitamin-active metabolites to vitamin-inactive form of ascorbic acid in case of closed space hypoxia and acute blood loss decreased, and during sleep – it did not change significantly.

Sociology from the Global South and the Global North: Systematising Characteristics and Relations
No full textThe article defines characteristics and relations between sociology from the Global South and the Global North, depicted in the literature. Despite the variety of research on the topic, studies of Northern and Southern sociology lack definite description of regional sociologies and their (unequal) relations as well as clear indicators used to assign countries to either region in terms of sociology that still uses classical geopolitical division. On the basis of research of knowledge production and academic relations between Southern and Northern sociology, the author defines main issues of discussion and specific characteristics of these regional sociologies and systematises them under one model. The model reflects four main areas of confrontation between sociology from the North and the South: origin and historical development; research orientation and capabilities; recognition and influence on the global scale; research cooperation and flow of knowledge. In addition, the article presents the alternative model for the recently emerged resistant Southern sociology. In the further research the model can be used to define understudied issues, (re)assign countries concerning sociology and investigate the actual characteristics of Southern and Northern sociology in comparison to the ones presented in the research

No full text<p>The article is devoted to the organization of inclusive education on the basis of the principles of permanency and continuity. Тhe author considers the experience of inclusive education in the educational organizations of Krasnodar Krai. The author has analysed problems of realization of inclusive education, such as insufficient availability of professional education for students with health limitations or physically challenged students and insufficient social and information availability of vocational training.</p><p>The author points out a long-felt need for inclusive education for all people with health limitations on all education levels. The organization of inclusive education on the basis of the principles of permanency and continuity will be possible only if a regional legislation of general and professional education for people with special needs is developed. Other requirements include creation of barrier-free environment in the educational organizations and ensuring social and information availability of vocational training. Тhe author emphasizes that it is necessary to develop a system of vocational guidance for children with special needs and physical challenges.</p></jats:p

Autorka práce také zkoumá ekonomické aspekty a náklady na připojení obnovitelných zdrojů do distribuční soustavy. Součástí diplomové práce je studie modelového příkladu, která je vyjádřena výpočtem podmínek připojitelnosti vybraných zdrojů. Autorka práce také uvádí způsoby připojení obnovitelných zdrojů energie do sítě. Součástí diplomové práce je také popis konfigurace distribuční sítě po připojení obnovitelných zdrojů. Na závěr práce jsou uvedeny způsoby státní podpory zdrojů na bázi obnovitelné energie.This diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of renewable energy sources. It solves the problem of connecting renewable sources to the distribution network. The diploma thesis describes the conditions of connection of sources to the electricity network and the feedback effects created by this. The author also examines the economic aspects and costs of connecting renewable sources to the distribution system. Part of the diploma thesis is a study of a model example, which is expressed by calculating the conditions of connectivity of selected sources. The author also presents ways of connecting renewable energy sources to the network. Part of the diploma thesis is also a description of the configuration of the distribution network after the connection of renewable sources. At the end of the thesis, the methods of state support of renewable energy sources are presented
