Principios bioéticos por asumir en el proceso formativo de estudiantes durante y posterior a enfermar por covid-19
The SARS-COV-2 virus came to transform the life of society in more than
two hundred countries on five continents in the world. This virus demonstrated
various nodal points in the vulnerability of societies and brought with it
problems that humanity itself is still learning to solve as it tries to recover from
socioeconomic and health damages. This work shows an ethnographic study
that was carried out in order to understand the problems faced by students
of upper secondary and higher education in Mexico, who have fallen ill with
covid-19 but have had to continue their activities in their educational institutions,
to analyze the errors made in the uncertainty of the institutional action
in the face of the pandemic in a country with a medium and low income, and
with it, under access to the emerging vaccination program; and the need to
continue disciplinary training activities to maintain educational quality. It isexpected to understand how to support students in these situations, from an
ethical perspective of principles
The influence of ribosomal proteins on the action of ribosome-inactivating proteins
Ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs) are produced by many plants and inhibit ribosome function through an N-glycosidase activity that removes a single adenine residue from a universally-conserved stem-loop structure close to the 3' end of the large subunit rRNA. This site specific action is also retained on 'naked' rRNA, but usually with a much lower catalytic efficiency. Although all known RIPs are active on mammalian ribosomes, their activity on ribosomes from other sources varies considerably. In the work reported, the action of two RIPs with different substrate specificities has been studied on ribosomes and sub-ribosomal derivatives from Escherichia coli. The RIPs are pokeweed antiviral protein (PAP), a single chain RIP from the leaves of Phytolacca americana and the catalytically active A-chain (RTA) from the heterodimeric toxic lectin ricin from the endosperm of the castor oil bean. The former RIP is active on native E. coli ribosomes, whereas the latter is inactive but both are active on naked rRNA. Hence, it is postulated that the ribosomal proteins in the native ribosome either allow, in the case of PAP, or prevent, in the case of RTA, action on the target site in the rRNA. The aim of the work is to use ribosome dissociation and reconstitution techniques to study the relationship between ribosomal proteins and the activity of PAP and RTA.
The initial part of the work concerned establishing conditions under which both PAP and RTA show high levels of discrimination in activity between native ribosomes and naked rRNA substrates. A buffer that contained Ca2+ in place of the more usual Mg2+ was shown to produce such discrimination. However, in the case of RTA action, the relatively mild treatments resulting in ribosome dissociation were sufficient to allow action. Various subparticles were prepared from purified 50S subunits through the successive removal of ribosomal proteins by increasing ionic strength. As more proteins were split off, the activity of PAP decreased, whereas the activity of RTA remained nearly constant. This is consistent with the hypothesis that ribosomal proteins modulate the activity of the two RIPs differently.
In an attemot to use a small defined RNA substrate with which to studv the [influence?] of ribosomal proteins on RIPs' activity the region encoding domain VI of 23S rRNA (containing the RIP target site) was sub-cloned from a cloned rmB operon using PCR and used as a template for the synthesis of transcripts in vitro. These transcripts were susceptible to depurination by PAP, but for unknown reasons were refractory to RTA. Using gel retardation analysis, it was shown that total 50S ribosomal proteins (TP50) bound to domain VI transcripts in an RNA sequence specific manner, and that the reconstituted complex was relatively stable. However, the activity of PAP on this reconstituted RNP was equivalent to that on the transcript alone, and RTA was inactive on both. These results are discussed in relation to the influences of Mg2+ and Ca2+ ions and to the possible role of ribosomal proteins L3 and L6
Perspectiva ética y agenda pendiente en la migración y transmigración en México
The risk that the promise offered by the destination means for the migrant
and the transmigrant seems to be the result of the sum of multiple poverty
and the context in the place of origin, to achieve the dream of migration is
signified. This has a broad ethical question in the complexity of the migratory
phenomenon, which omits human rights and exposes the lack of network and
social solidarity. Additionally, the pending agenda with a gender perspective
of settlers, migrants, and transmigrants, shows the highly vulnerable condition
violated by a tradition that means migration, where there is a highrisk of those who leave, and forces the assumption of a new character of the
care of the land, the family, and the culture by the intimate couple, but without
the tenure, nor the recognition, nor the training for it. The need for strategic
public policies in the face of a Latin American reality is raised with the need
for a legal structure that is not a dead letter in the treatment of migrants
and transmigrants as an obligation of the State and expression of social human
sensitivity. This document reviews with an ethical perspective the need
to argue the human condition and the migratory processes that originate as
a human right for the search for minimum conditions for the construction
of the person; the precarious conditions that the migrant lives both in their
mobility and in their transmigratory process, and therefore the risk of perceiving
them without human value from their citizen condition. Likewise, it
is intended to make visible from a gender perspective, the risks that are generated
in the migratory process, of the one who leaves, of the one who stays,
of the violence that is experienced, and of the roles lived by women in the
care of children, the elderly and property in the place of origin, or the risk
of sexual abuse in the immigration process

institucional y social de la IA.Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technology that is increasingly present in the life
of the human being. The number of unaccountable use cases of AI that have
emerged recently demonstrate that AI technology must be an urgent issue on
the agenda of the public, private and educational institutions. For this reality,
various international organizations have sought to establish ethical guidelines
for AI. In that journey, challenges emerge to be able to find agreements that
suit developers and users of AI. As for it, corporate and governmental interests,
secondary legislation, economics, cultural horizon, and adoption of various
ethical positions, hinder a dialogue that reflects ethical principles of AI. In
this sense, it is proposed the analysis of concepts that can help to dialogue on
ethics of AI, through the study and classification of the main international
postulates in the matter to generate adequate communication channels that between the community that discusses how to have a use responsible,

EXPOSURE TO VIOLENCE IN INDIGENOUS ADOLESCENTS
This article aims to contribute to the reflection about the exposure to violence experienced by indigenous adolescents, specifically from the ethnic group otomí. To this end, 209 questionnaires were applied to students, and 5 interviews were conducted among the academic staff. It is noted that 2/3 of the respondents claims to have been insulted; there are cases in which the adolescents were attacked with knifes or firearms; 3% have been raped by force or threats, and belongings were taken away or the money restricted at 8%. Therefore, it states that Indigenous adolescents are constantly assaulted each other verbally, fiscal, and sexual. In turn, these young people are part of families where domestic violence is plentiful and the parents do not take responsibility properly of their raising children
