Urheiluseuran verkkoviestinnän kehittäminen : case HC TPS Turku Oy
Opinnäytetyössäni tutkin jääkiekon Liigassa pelaavan HC TPS:n verkkoviestintää. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää, kuinka seuran viestintäresursseja voitaisiin kohdentaa entistä paremmin. Tekemäni kyselytutkimuksen avulla pyrittiin selvittämään, mihin sosiaalisen median kanaviin TPS:n kannattaisi keskittää viestinnän resurssinsa jatkossa palvellakseen paremmin seuraajiaan. Opinnäytetyöni on tehty toimeksiantona HC TPS Turku Oy:lle.
Kotisivuja seurataan tutkituista kanavista edelleen toiseksi eniten 75 prosentin osuudella.
Seuraajien kyselytutkimukseen antamien vastausten perusteella selvin havainto oli, että kannattajat toivoisivat TPS:n tuottavan huomattavasti nykyistä enemmän kulissien takaista materiaalia. Esille nousi myös seuraajien selkeä halu nähdä entistä enemmän videomuotoista materiaalia
HC-Pro interacts with XRN4 and inhibits XRN4 activity.
(A) BiFC assays to confirm the HC-Pro and NbXRN4 interaction in H2B-RFP N. benthamiana leaves at 32 hpi. HC-Pro and NbXRN4 were fused with YN and YC. Yellow fluorescence (green) was observed in the cells co-expressing YN-HC-Pro+YC-NbXRN4 or YC-HC-Pro+YN-NbXRN4. Co-expression of YN-HC-Pro+YC-NbDCP1 or YC-HC-Pro+YN-NbDCP1 did not result in any detectable fluorescence in H2B-RFP N. benthamiana leaves at 32 hpi, which revealed that HC-Pro did not interact with NbDCP1. Bars = 25 μm. (B) Co-localization analysis of HC-Pro-CFP and YFP-NbXRN4 in N. benthamiana leaves at 32 hpi. Panel I: HC-Pro-CFP was expressed alone, Panel II: YFP-NbXRN4 was expressed alone, Panel III: HC-Pro-CFP and YFP-NbXRN4 were expressed together. Bars = 25 μm. (C) Y2H assays for AtXRN4 and HC-Pro. Y2H Gold yeast strains co-transformed with the indicated plasmids were subjected to 10-fold serial dilutions and plated on SD/-Trp, -Leu, -His, -Ade medium to identify protein interactions at 3 days after transformation. Cells co-transformed with AD-T7-T+BD-T7-53 serve as positive controls; cells co-transformed with AD-HC-Pro and the empty BD, or the empty AD and BD-AtXRN4 are negative controls. (D) BiFC assays revealed that HC-Pro interacted with AtXRN4 in H2B-RFP N. benthamiana leaves at 32 hpi. P3N-PIPO and AtXRN4 served as a negative control for the protein-protein interaction assay. Bars = 25μm. (E) Phenotypes of Col-0, xrn4 mutant, and transgenic Arabidopsis plants transformed with 35S:Myc-AtXRN4, 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1, 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-2 and 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1/35S:Myc-AtXRN4 at 20 days after sowing. 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1/35S:Myc-AtXRN4 plants were obtained by genetic crosses between 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1 and 35S:Myc-AtXRN4 Arabidopsis plants. T2 generation plants were used in the above experiments. The confirmation of xrn4 mutant, transgenic plants expressing 35S:Myc-AtXRN4, 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1, 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-2 and 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1/35S:Myc-AtXRN4 was shown in S7 Fig and S10 Fig. (F, G, H) qRT-PCR analysis of AtEBF1, AtRAP2.4, AtNMT expression in Col-0, xrn4 mutant, and transgenic plants carrying 35S:Myc-AtXRN4, 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1 and 35S:HC-Pro-CFP-1/35S:Myc-AtXRN4 at 20 days after sowing (F), in Col-0 and xrn4 mutant leaves infiltrated by empty vector (Vec) and HC-Pro at 3 dpi (G), and in Col-0 newly emerged leaves of mock- or TuMV-infected plants 12 dpi (H). AtActinII gene was used as an internal control. The data were analyzed using Student’s t test and asterisks denote significant differences between treatments (* P P <0.01).</p
Observation of hc radiative decay hc › ??' and evidence for hc › ??
Kolcu, Onur Buğra (Arel Author) --- Makale 69 yazarlıdır.A search for radiative decays of the P-wave spin singlet charmonium resonance hc is performed based on 4.48 × 108 ? events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring. Events of the reaction channels hc › ??' and ?? are observed with a statistical significance of 8.4? and 4.0?, respectively, for the first time. The branching fractions of hc › ??' and hc › ?? are measured to be B(hc › ??' ) = (1.52±0.27±0.29)×10-3 and B(hc › ??) = (4.7±1.5±1.4)×10-4 , respectively, where the first errors are statistical and the second are systematic uncertainties
Imagotutkimus: HC Ässät Pori Oy
Tämä opinnäytetyö on imagotutkimus, jonka toimeksiantajana toimi HC Ässät Pori Oy. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, millainen on Porin Ässien imago ja mitkä tekijät siihen vaikuttavat. Tarkoituksena oli kerätä arvokaslaatuista tietoa Porin Ässien toimistolle, jotta Ässät voisi tutkimuksen tuloksien avulla kehittää imagoon vaikuttavia osa-alueita kuten organisaation viestintää. Tätä kautta organisaatio voi parhaillaan kehittää brändiä.
Tutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisena eli määrällisenä tutkimuksena. Tutkimus toteutettiin kyselylomakkeella netissä. Lomaketta markkinoitiin Porin Ässien verkkosivuilla, Facebookissa, Instagramissa ja Twitterissä. Vastauksia kertyi yhteensä seitsemän vuorokauden aikana 1 102. Kyselyssä käytettiin monivalintakysymyksiä ja vapaita tekstikenttiä.
Tutkimuksen tuloksista voidaan päätellä, että Porin Ässien imago on melko vahvalla ja hyvällä pohjalla. Pienet vastoinkäymiset eivät hetkauta vuosikymmenien aikana rakentunutta imagoa kovin paljoa. Tutkimuksessa vahvasti esille tulleita seikkoja olivat erityisesti periksiantamattomuus, yhteisöllisyys, taistelu, asenne, logo, Isomäki Areena ja perinteikkyys. This thesis is image survey for HC Ässät Pori Oy. The purpose of this surveys was to find out, what is the image of Porin Ässät and which factors affect it. The goal was to collect valuable information for agency of Porin Ässät, so that they could develop those factors that influence on the image, for example communications. In that way they could also develop the whole brand of the company.
The study was made as a quantitative study. The survey was only online. Porin Ässät marketed this thesis on their websites, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We were able to get 1 102 answers for the survey during seven days. In the survey were used multiplechoice questions and free text fields.
From the result of the study we are able to be concluded that the image of Porin Ässät is quite strong and good. Small problems do not faze the image that has been built up over decades. Strongly highlighted issues in the results were strong attitude until the end, community, commitment, logo, Isomäki Areena and traditions
HC-DN signatures tracked different aspects of ADRD risk in independent PREVENT-AD participants.
We externally validated our UKB-derived population signatures of HC-DN co-variation by investigating their mapping to ADRD-related risk factors in an unseen, independent participant sample. We tracked subject-specific expressions of the 25 modes of HC-DN co-variation in PREVENT-AD participants to a collection of 157 widely established indicators of ADRD progression. We computed the Pearson’s correlation between the HC and DN pattern expressions and the PREVENT-AD phenotypes for each mode. Only the Pearson’s correlation coefficients that were statistically different from their respective null distributions 95% of the time are present. We replicated several phenotypic associations highlighted in the UKB, such as with mode 1 and depression, mode 2 and verbal-numerical reasoning, and mode 6 and vascular integrity. We also showed that our modes of HC-DN co-variation track meaningful aspects of ADRD progression up to the 25th and last signature, for which we found associations with tau CSF levels on the HC side and cardiovascular factors (e.g., systolic blood pressure, pulse, and APOE ε4/4 genotype) on the DN side. We thus showed that HC-DN signatures robustly link to different aspects of ADRD risk in a completely independent cohort from the one in which the co-variation patterns have originally been derived. Data underlying this figure can be found at https://github.com/dblabs-mcgill-mila/HCDMNCOV_AD/blob/master/external_validation (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.7126809). Beyond adoption: Exploring the utilization and integration of RAI-HC
Meeting the health needs of the community client has been theoretically improved by home care’s adoption of an electronic client assessment and information system known as Resident Assessment Instrument-Home Care (RAI-HC).Valid and reliable client outcome data and algorithms are generated from a completed RAI-HC, and available to home care and its assessor coordinators to support clinical and program decisions. However, adopting RAI-HC is one thing, understanding and utilizing it successfully is another. In order to realize the benefits of RAI-HC, user comprehension and application of this system in totality is central. The researcher in this interpretive description gathered data through semi structured interviews, and considered normalisation process theory in order to foster an understanding of the factors that promote or inhibit the successful implementation, utilization, and embedding of RAI-HC within home care practice. The findings suggest encumbered utilization, opportunities to empower utilization, and the factors that influence both.2014/09/1
