The main problems faced through “SumberRejeki†and “Jaya Abadi†micro business are the quantity and quality of production is not optimal yet and both could’nt make financial bookkeeping business and less distribution lobbied about market products to department stores and shops centers. Get PDFMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an alternative for the community to earn income in the informal sector. Supported by the many MSMEs in the food and beverage sector that are developing in the city of Surabaya such as street food, restaurants, and cafes with contemporary and modern themes. This research aims to determine the effect of working capital, working hours, and location on the income of MSME food and beverage traders at Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, Pabean Cantian District, Surabaya City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and correlation analysis of determination with the method of distributing questionnaires to MSME traders in Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun. The population in this study was 33 traders and the sample used was 33 respondents or all MSME food and beverage traders using a saturated sampling technique. The variables in this study consist of the independent variable (X), namely working capital, working hours, and location, and the dependent variable (Y) merchant income. The results of this study prove that working capital and location partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of MSME food and beverage traders at Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, Pabean Cantian District, Surabaya City, but working hours partially do not have a positive and significant effect on trader income. Food and drink MSMEs in Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, Cantian Customs District, Surabaya City. And the results of the F test prove that working capital, working hours, and location simultaneously have a significant influence on the income of food and beverage MSMEs in Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, Pabean Cantian District, Surabaya City by 0.00<0.05 with F-count value of 53.613 >2.922 so that it can be interpreted that working capital, working hours and location have a simultaneous influence on the income of MSME food and beverage traders in Kya-Kya Kembang Jepun, Cantian Pabean District, Surabaya City

Get PDFABSTRAKThis research entitled "Analysis of Influence Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage on Labor Absorption in Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing industry in Surabaya City". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage Against Employment Absorption In Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Surabaya City. Types and data sources used a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series data for the 2005-2014 observation period. The research variables consist of dependent variable that is the absorption of manpower in sector large and medium manufacturing industry (Y). The independent variables are the number of business units (X1), Investment (X2) and Minimum Wage (X3). Data analysis tools using multiple linear regression method. Based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained result: Y= 133199,868 + 42,414 X1 -0,001 X2 -0,031 X3 + e. Testing simultaneously obtained value fhitung 52,198 > ftabel 5,79. Obtained also thitung of business unit amounted to 0,835, investment equal to -0,251 and minimum wage equal to -2,898. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research shows that the Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage Affect Against Manpower Absorption In Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Surabaya City. This data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 78 respondents, namely smallholder salt pond farmers in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. Get PDFCoffee shops are included in small individual-owned businesses that can make it easier for Indonesian people to get jobs and improve the economy. The coffee shop itself is just a place that provides and sells coffee management products, ready-to-serve coffee, besides that the coffee shop business offers food and soft drinks. The coffee shop itself does not require to have special skills in blending coffee using more modern technology. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and labor on the income of a coffee shop business in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The type of research used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and f-test and correlation analysis of determination using SPSS 26. This study took samples from the number of coffee shop entrepreneurs in Sukolilo District. The number of samples used as many as 40 respondents. The variables used in this study are the variables of venture capital, labor, and working hours which are independent variables, and income as the dependent variable. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the following results were obtained Y = 1.310 + 0.603X1+ (-0.189) X2+0.992X3 + e. This means that the variables of working capital, labor, and working hours have a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. The results of the t-test indicate that the venture capital variable partially has a significant positive effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X (1) has a t count of 8,557 which is greater than t table of 1,68830. The labor variable partially has a negative effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X2 has a t (count) of -1.433 which is lower than t table 1.68830. The variable working hours partially has a positive effect on the income of coffee shops in Sukolilo District. It can be proved that the variable X3 has t (count) of 3.768 which is lower than t table of 1.68830. The results of the f test show that the variables of capital and labor can simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the coffee shop business in Sukolilo District. This can be seen from the sig value of 0.000. The value of F (count)(33.089) is greater than F (table) (3.26)

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the income disparity of tempe entrepreneurs in Bendul Merisi Village, Wonocolo District, Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods using primary data, the data used are questionnaires obtained from tempe entrepreneurs respondents. The data analysis tool in this study is the Gini ratio. The results of this study can be explained that the total % of income in the first class is 0.11%, the second class is 0.15%, the third class is 0.18%, the fourth class is 0.23% and the fifth class is 0.33% with the total percentage of income by 100%. And it can be explained that there is a cumulative income in the first class of 0.11%, the second class of 0.26%, the third class of 0.44%, the fourth class of 0.67%, and the fifth class of 100%. Then, the Gini coefficient value (Gini Ratio) using the five-class method is 0.22, it can be seen that the level of income inequality of Tempe entrepreneurs in Bendul Merisi Village, Wonocolo District is in the category of low-income inequality

This research method uses quantitative primary data, the data used is a questionnaire obtained from tempe entrepreneurs respondents. The data analysis tool in this study is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously there is a significant influence between working capital, labor and raw material costs on the income of tempe home industry entrepreneurs in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The variables of working capital (X1), labor (X2) and raw material costs (X3) with significant values, for the effect of working capital, labor, and raw material costs simultaneously on income (Y) of 0.04 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 5,389 > Ftable 3,29, so it can be interpreted that the variables of working capital (X1), labor (X2), and raw material costs (X3) have a joint or simultaneous effect on the income (Y) of home industry entrepreneurs. tempeh in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency.
