Lloyd Gregg
Lloyd Gregg is vice president and general manager of Spaceflight Support Services for the ASRC Federal Engineering and Aerospace Solutions operating group. Gregg serves as ASRC Federal Space and Defense program manager of the Multi-Purpose Crew Exploration Vehicle. He is responsible for providing ASRC Federal resources to manufacture spacecraft components and electrical ground support equipment; provide avionics lab design and development; install and fabricate vehicle thermal systems and flight cable harnesses; and support mission operations and ground operations while promoting operability innovations into the design process of Orion. Our Aerospace services support of LM has expanded to encompass multiple Lines of Bushiness across LM.
Gregg has more than 30 years of extensive experience in systems engineering, human space operations and project management. Prior to joining ASRC Federal in 2012, he worked with United Space Alliance/Lockheed Martin in various technical and management roles. Gregg has held management positions within USA Ground Operations, the Solid Rocket Booster Element and Business Development. He most recently served as USA PM for the Orion program.
Gregg has earned numerous awards for his leadership, including the NASA Achievement Award for resolution of the STS-112 hold-down post pyrotechnic failure and the ASRC Federal 2012 “Rookie of the Year” award for best management of a newly awarded contract in the corporation. In addition ASRC Federal was recently named the Rigel Award winner by LM for best Small Business of the year for 2015.
Born in Hackensack, N.J., Gregg holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida.https://commons.erau.edu/space-congress-bios-2016/1076/thumbnail.jp
