Thermal Vacuum Deposition of Transparent Conductive Layers on Semiconductor Electrode Tools for Electrochemical Machining of Engineering Products
No full textAbstractThis paper proposes a novel process for electrochemical engraving of metals without a need for stencils and photolithography. It dwells upon the features of receptions of electrodeposition films on a semiconductor tool electrode for electrochemical machining. The analytical equations to calculate the necessary thickness of a film are obtained. The technique of drawing films by thermal transpiration on vacuum plant VUP-4 is observed. The authors study a technology of making and designing the photo-active electrode tool, based on Cu/Si structure. The electrical and optical properties of a semiconductor thin plate have been investigated. The paper analyses the results of electrochemical machining by electrode tools with various thickness of an electrodeposition film. The theory and method of making, experimental results and an application of the semiconductor tool electrode are presented in this paper

No full textIn the article dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Veniamin V. Alekseev, the author traces the main milestones of the scientific biography of the prominent historian who is a well-known specialist in the field of national history and the theory of historical process and the founder of the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The paper considers the main stages of the formation of the scientist, his scientific, organizational and administrative activities in the field of historical science. The author highlights the scientific results of Academician V.V. Alekseev that made him well known in Russia and abroad, his theoretical and methodological studies and such large blocks of scientific research as the history of Russian modernizations, the phenomenon of Russian regionalism, the history of metallurgy of the Urals and industrial heritage. The article also focuses on the features of the scientific method of V.V. Alekseev and his merits in the formation of the documentary base for historical research

Besides, the meaning of notion "game text" is expanded in the work; there are also made the conclusions about lexical organization of the novel game space (it is a chessboard in this case) and about ways of characterization of this space: 1) direct characterization (through description); 2) indirect characterization (through the comparison with another subject)

No full textThe article presents the manifestations of destructive relations in the student group, where the student group is considered as a socio-psychological system with many inherent features. This is due to various factors of the external and internal environment, and has a great influence on the development of the individual, the realization of opportunities, and the disclosure of the individual's potential. The paper notes that the optimal results can be achieved only when creating the most comfortable conditions for the development of the individual and group. It is shown that the relationship of the student group members can be destructive, which can adversely affect the psychological climate in the group, which ultimately reduce the effectiveness of the educational team. Destructive influence on the intra-relations of students has aggression, lies, deception, selfishness, manifestation of other negative emotions to others.Студенческая группа рассматривается в качестве социально-психологической системы, обладающей рядом присущих только ей особенностей, связанных с различными факторами внешней и внутренней среды. Группа оказывает большое влияние на развитие личности каждого ее члена, реализацию его возможностей, раскрытие потенциала. Показано, что взаимоотношения участников студенческой группы могут носить разрушительный характер, негативно сказываться на психологическом климате в группе, снижать эффективность деятельности в учебном коллективе. It is shown that the relationship between the participants of the student group can be destructive, which can adversely affect the psychological climate in the group, which ultimately reduce the effectiveness of the educational team. Such mental manifestations as aggression, lies, deception, and selfishness have a direct impact on the growth of destructive manifestations in the student group.В статье представлен обзор литературы по деструктивным отношениям в молодежной среде, в частности среди студентов высшей школы, Студенческая группа рассматривается в качестве социально-психологической системы, обладающей рядом присущих только ей особенностям. Эти особенности связаны с комплексом факторов внешней и внутренней среды, которые оказывает большое влияние на психическое развитие личности. В работе показано, что взаимоотношения участников студенческой группы могут носить деструктивный характер, которые негативно могут сказываться на психологическом климате в группе, что в конечном итоге снижать эффективность деятельности в учебном коллективе. Такие психические проявления как агрессия, ложь, обман, эгоизм оказывает прямое воздействие на рост деструктивного проявления в студенческой группе
