Sufisme dalam Perspektif Alexander Rossken Gibb

    No full text
Gibb? b). Darimanakah sumber tasawuf dalam perspektif  H.A.R. Gibb? c) Apa pengertian tarekat dalam perspektif  H.A.R. Kedua: Mengenai sumber sufisme, H.A.R. Ketiga: Tarekat dalam perspektif H.A.R. Keempat: Macam-macam tarekat dalam perspektif H.A.R. Gibb sangat banyak.

Short taxonomic guide to the genus ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma’

    No full text
The category of Candidatus was introduced to allow unambiguous reference to organisms that could not be cultivated in vitro. In plant pathology, a major impact of this novel taxonomic concept was to enable the classification of the diverse group of organisms, morphologically similar to the mycoplasmas, known by the trivial name of phytoplasmas. These plant pathogens were originally named according to the disease they caused. Later, extensive sequence analysis of the ribosomal RNA genes allowed the development of an evolution-based classification and the grouping of the phytoplasmas into phylogenetically distinct clades. Unfortunately, the phytopathological and the phylogenetic classification did not match and had striking contradictions. With the adoption of the category Candidatus, the description of the genus 'Ca. Phytoplasma' and several 'Ca. Phytoplasma' species, the scientific community is now attempting to provide a classification that takes into account both the phylogenetic and the biological/ecological characteristics of the organisms. Here we provide an outline of the characteristics and composition of the genus 'Ca. Phytoplasma'

Near-infrared spectroscopy of simple organic molecules in the GV Tau N protoplanetary disk

    No full text
T Tauri stars are low mass young stars that may serve as analogs to the early solar system. Observations of organic molecules in the protoplanetary disks surrounding T Tauri stars are important for characterizing the chemical and physical processes that lead to planet formation. We used NIRSPEC on Keck 2 to perform a high resolution (λ/Δλ\lambda/\Delta\lambda \sim 25,000) L-band survey of T Tauri star GV Tau N, a nearly edge-on young star in the L1524 molecular cloud. The nearly edge-on orientation is rare but necessary to sample the disk in absorption, rather than the more common emission line measurements. GV Tau N is one of only two sources for which HCN and C2_2H2_2 have been reported in absorption (Gibb et al. 2007; Doppmann et al. 2008). More recently, we reported the first detection of methane, CH4_4 (Gibb \& Horne 2013). The rotational temperatures are relatively high, implying that HCN, C2_2H2_2, CH4_4, and water originate in the warm molecular layer of the inner protoplanetary disk. Differences in rotational temperature for different molecules suggest that the absorbing column for each molecule samples a different radial distribution.\\ \\ Doppmann, G. W., Najita, K.
