Today\u27s busy life has made human society increasingly selfish. Even at a time when many species are about to disappear from the world, is it the right time to remain calm? We have been so focused on the complexities of profit and loss that we have given priority to things like ecosystems only as texts, without showing any interest in them in real life. However, we have seen its consequences in the devastation caused by viruses like the Noble Corona. Now the question is, even we have become aware? Many living things around us are being born and dying everyday due to the pollution caused by us which we don\u27t even notice. But some liberal people are still alive in the world who are not only thinking about their own interests but also fighting for the existence of these smaller creatures in their own way. Some took to the streets and chose the path of rebellion, while others took up the pen. The purpose is same, to point the finger at the ineffectual demonic masks to show that humanity has not yet disappear. Premendra Mitra is such a philanthropic personality. In his writings, the word of kindness has been carefully analyzed for the creatures and animals. But in a novel way, in a science fiction twist; As a result, it has become the center of attraction for everyone. We may not be able to say from which psychology the author has invented these stories but the motive behind it is to love the biosphere and science fiction. And the love of science fiction has encouraged us to consume these stories. As a result of which, we have chosen as our topic “Premendro Mitrer Prani-Bidya Bishoyok Kolpo-Golpe Bigyan Chetona”. The main article focuses on Premendra Mitra\u27s zoological science fiction stories briefly. We witness a wonderful fusion of science fiction and zoology in every story. Also the message of awareness. I presented a small part in summary

A Little Magazine reflects the rich and diverse essence of Bengali creativity and introspection. It offers a platform for writers and poets to freely share their deepest emotions and thoughts. Though small in size, these magazines carry extensive ideas and innovative perspectives. They have played a crucial role in shaping Indian literature, particularly Bengali literature, by going beyond mainstream literary traditions. These magazines capture the essence of regional culture, customs, rituals and folklore in an organic and straightforward way. The same is true for the Little Magazines of Malda district.             Malda, located in the remote part of West Bengal, often lags in areas like education, healthcare and economy. Yet, through these Little Magazines, writers and poets strive to highlight the district\u27s history. One significant historical focus is the arrival of Chaitanyadev in Gour. Chaitanya visited Gour on Jyeshtha Sankranti in the year 912 of the Bengali calendar, which corresponds to June 1515 in the Gregorian calendar. This event is vividly described in essays published in Malda’s Little Magazines.              While major biographies of Chaitanya, such as ‘Chaitanyabhagavat’, ‘Chaitanyacharitamrita’, and ‘Chaitanyamangal’, touch upon his visit to Gour briefly, the essayists of Malda have gone beyond these texts. They have gathered additional details and explored different perspectives on his journey. These essays also delve deeply into the socio-economic and political conditions of Gour during Chaitanya\u27s time, the history of Ramkeli, and his association with Rup and Sanatan.              The essays in Malda\u27s Little Magazines provide valuable insights into Chaitanyadev’s life, his impact on society, and his contributions to literature. They help readers distinguish between historical facts and legends, while also exploring instances where history and legend intertwine to form new interpretations. Since Chaitanya\u27s visit, an annual fair has been held in Ramkeli on Jyeshtha Sankranti to honor his memory. This fair attracts visitors from across India and abroad, boosting local trade and commerce and emphasizing Chaitanya’s lasting influence. These essays have significantly enriched the study of Bengali history, especially regarding Chaitanyadev’s legacy. Their importance in understanding his life and its impact on society and culture cannot be overstated

Since, Nineteenth century world literature was introduced to new thoughts and ideology. Bengali literature has also adapted these new ideologies and shaped around it. Beginning with social consciousness to nature consciousness then to feminism. These topics have been incorporated into various Bengali literature. If we solely focused on Bengali fiction, we can find numerous examples. From the works of Bankim, Rabindranath and Sharatchandra to contemporary novelist Kamal Chakraborty has been influenced by those new ideas and there is no end to the curiosity about women in the thought process of a novelist. Focusing on women, K. Chakraborty wrote the novel, Satya-Brati. At its core, Satya-Brati revolves around the life and thoughts of an ancient intellectual woman named Satyabati. Chakraborty portrays her as the world’s first feminist who raises her own voice and expresses her thought in her own words. The novel explores how a simple village fisher-woman from Vedic era adapted to that civilization of that time and become a key figure in the Great Epic Mahabharata. Novelist Kamal Chakraborty reconstructs this ancient figure Satyabati with a distinctly feminist perspective. This paper aims to analyse how Kamal Chakraborty deconstruct Feminism in this novel according to the modern world

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Variations on the Author

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
