ALAT PENGUKUR PANJANG JALAN BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER

Saat ini segala jenis alat ukur sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan sehari hari,sehingga banyak sekali berbagai produk yang beredar dikalangan masyarakat umum misalnya alat ukur tegangan listrik (volt meter),arus listrik (ampere meter),dan sebagainya sudah banyak yang menggunakan digital bahkan harganyapun terjangkau bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Maka dengan sudah berkembangnya banyak alat ukur, kita harus bisa menciptakan sebuah alat yang inovatif dan kreatif yang belum keluar dikalangan msyarakat umum dan harganya terjangkau. Misalnya seperti alat pengukur panjang jalan yang masih sedikit sekali beredar, Maka dari itu alat pengukur panjang jalan yang berbasis mikrokontroler ini perlu dikembangkan agar pengguna tidak merasa kesulitan dalam menggunakan alat pengukur panjang jalan yang terhitung baru ini. Alat pengukur panjang panjang jalan ini bekerja berdasarkan pada sensor optocoupler jenis U yang terpasang pada roda,kemudian data yang dihasilkan oleh sensor optocoupler akan dibaca dan diolah oleh mikrokontroler sehingga bisa ditampilkan pada LCD hasil pengukuran panjang jalan tersebut. Tujuan pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini untuk memudahkan pengguna pada saat melakukan pengukuran panjang jalan yang bisa sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan hasilnya bisa maksimal. Metode perancangan meliputi: (1) perancangan perangkat keras (hardware) meliputi rangkaian optocoupler, rangkaian minimum sistem, dan rangkaian LCD M1632, (2) perancangan perangkat lunak (software). Hasil yang didapat adalah pengukuran dari setiap panjang jalan dapat ditampilkan pada LCD.nilai dari pengukurannya dapat di konversikan dalam bentuk satuan centimeter, meter dan kilometer. Kesimpulan dari pembuatan alat pengukur panjang jalan ini adalah, dalam perancangan alat pengukur panjang jalan berbasis mikrokontroler agar dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien adalah (a) menentukan sistem kerja alat yang akan dibuat, (b) menentukan tipe sensor yang digunakan dan, (c) mengetahui karakteristik sensor yang digunakan, (d) menentukan blok diagram alat (e) menghasilkan skema rangkaian pengukur panjang jalan. Dalam pembuatan alat pengukur panjang jalan berbasis mikrokontroler agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan adalah (a) menentukan komponen yang akan dipakai, (b) membuat skema rangkaian, (c) membuat layout PCB (Printed Circuit Board), (d) membuat PCB (e) melakukan pengeboran PCB dan (f) penyolderan komponen. Pada tahap pengujian alat pengukur panjang jalan hasilnya mendekati kesamaan antara teori dengan pengukuran. Untuk pengembangan alat berikutnya, demi menyempurnakan tugas akhir yang sudah dibuat. Yaitu agar bisa menyempurnakan sensivitas sensor dan akurasi pengukuran,serta memperbaiki mekanik pada sensor sehingga dapat bekerja maksimal, dan agar dapat bekerja pada kecepatan pengukuran yang bervariasi.
PELAKSANAAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA DINAS PETERNAKAN DAN KESEHATAN HEWAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Discipline needs to regulate group action, where each member must control his impulse to work together for the common good. the implementation of the discipline is grouped into three indicators of discipline of work, namely the discipline of time, discipline and discipline discipline of responsibility. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of work discipline of employees in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Central Java Province. The research used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The author uses the type of qualitative research because the author wants to illustrate how the discipline of work in Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Central Java Province. The research was conducted by interview, observation and documentation. Based on the research findings in the field, most of the employees in Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Central Java Province have implemented work discipline in accordance with the applicable rules. But unfortunately, there are some employees who show less discipline in work. This is seen from the implementation of work that ignores the work procedures or not in accordance with applicable procedures. The existence of the disciplinary behavior of some employees caused the disruption of the work system that hampered the process of achieving the objectives of Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Central Java Province. Suggestions that can be given author for the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Central Java Province is to increase the credibility of employees who still commit violations by giving strict sanctions. The sanction aims to create a deterrent effect to the employee concerned so as not to repeat the same mistake

Reformulation of Children’s Restitution to Guarantee Their Constitutional Rights
Get PDFChildren as victims of criminal acts of sexual violence essentially need to get the protection of the welfare and the right to return to grow and develop in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. Losses suffered by children need to be claimed through criminal compensation to the perpetrator or third person, namely the submission of the right to restitution. The mechanism for filing the right to restitution has certainly developed in the rule of law. However, until now it is still an obstacle for victims in fulfilling the filing requirements based on Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017. Of course this will make it difficult for victims to get justice as they should. This article will use normative research, where this research describes the analysis of the problems presented in the research using laws and regulations that refer to Law Number 31 of 2014 and Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017 in accordance with the scope of the discussion of applicable law and comes from literature journals and other sources of information that become references for the author to collect data to complete this research. The results show that the mechanism for implementing the right to restitution is difficult to implement, especially considering that victims tend to be unfamiliar with the law, besides that there are still perpetrators who generally come from the closest family and are not capable and have not regulated the nominal amount of payment that the perpetrator must fulfill. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the applicable regulations and related institutions need to play an active role in facilitating victims to fulfill the rights that should be obtained from a criminal offense as a form of effort to realize Human Rights (HAM) itself in the constitutional guarantees of citizens, especially children

problem, the author thought of making a work table & study table that applies the theme of eco design
& sustainable design, where 50% of the material is made from processed HDPE plastic waste and
other environmentally friendly materials. This theme was chosen so that every product that is made
remains constant. environmentally friendly and has a good impact on the environment. In addition to
the theme, this table also has a modern minimalist visual concept with a touch of eco living so that
this table sticks to its original goal of reducing waste in Indonesia. In addition, this table also
presents several IOT-based smart home features such as Bluetooth Speakers, 3 12v Charging Ports +
3 USB Ports, and LED Light which can be controlled using electronic devices such as Cellphones &
Laptops. This feature is embedded so that users can be more productive during WFH (Work From
Home) & SFH (Study From Home).
