    No full text
This solo exhibition is based on an archive of details of architectural models of Zaha Hadid Architects, photographed by Mark Garcia. The exhibition showcased 24 photographs by Mark Garcia and analysed the technologies, materials, detailing, styling, aesthetics and formal trajectories of her work to 2014. Using a macro lens to achieve a forensic quality, the cropped and up close shots were intended to highlight details and different aspects of craft. In this first public international exhibition, 24 selected prints are shown in what is intended as the first phase of a larger photographic project by Garcia. Professor Dame Zaha Hadid was the first woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize, she also took the RIBA Gold Medal and the Stirling Prize twice over. By Professor Mark Morris, Cornell University. Mark Morris curated this exhibition
