The new species is named for its congener, P. torquilla, to which it is taxonomically closest. The epithet is a noun in apposition. Diagnosis. Shell with 6.500–7.500 whorls. Height 7.0– 8.4, diam. maj. 3.5–4.5. Parietal tooth present. Columellar tooth prominent and expanded inward. Palatal tooth ridge-like. Shell. Bulbous-ovate; apex not acuminate; dextral; thick-shelled; solid; opaque; glossy; with 6.500–7.025 – 7.500 whorls. Whorls never spirally grooved; somewhat convex. Embryonic shell smooth; not polished; with 1.250–1.554 – 2.500 whorls. Postnuclear whorls wrinkled. Suture simple. Last whorl gradually ascending toward aperture; rounded at periphery. Shell 7.0– 7.8–8.4 high; 3.5 –4.0– 4.5 in diam. maj. Height/diam. maj. ratio 1.79– 1.97 – 2.30. Aperture subovate; almost vertical; its insertions separated; 2.5–2.9 – 3.4 high, 2.3–2.6 – 2.8 wide. Ratio of shell height to aperture height 2.27–2.71 – 3.16. Palatal margin rounded. Peristome expanded, sharp. Palatal tooth ridge-like, extending through nearly the entire body whorl. Parietal callus distinct. Angular tubercle and parietal tooth present. Columellar margin reflexed; with one tooth which is hardly visible in apertural view but extends inward along the columella. Umbilicus a narrow slit. Shell, including upper whorls, uniformly light corneousbrown; aperture white. Remarks. The new species is close to P. torquilla due to similar size and the development of the apertural armature.     Decursus fasciiformis Gao & Zhang sp. nov. (Figs. 2, 5, 8, 20–24) Description. Color pattern of head, scutellum, eyes and ocelli as in D. excelsa, but pronotum black with a pale yellow horizontal stripe in the middle (Figs. 2, 5), face black (Fig. 8), forewing mostly black with two wide pale yellow stripes along anterior margin and claval suture extending to costal margin respectively (Figs. 2, 5). Shape of male pygofer similar to D. excelsa, but without ventral process and median lobe not protruded (Fig. 20). Subgenital plate, style and connective as in D. excelsa (Figs. 21, 23–24). Aedeagal shaft process similar to D. excelsa, but with pair of subterminal appendages hooklike, not straight and shaft in lateral view thicker (Fig. 22). Measurements. Body length (including tegmen): Male 4.9mm, female 5.1–5.5mm. Material examined. China: Holotype, ♂, Sichuan Prov., Yaan, Wawushan, 21 July 2009, Zhang Xinmin.     Human-T-Cell-Selective Fluorescent Probe

    The identification of T and B lymphocytes has relied on using antibodies against different biomarkers as the gold standard. Emerging small molecule-based fluorescent probes have the potential to replace antibodies. Herein, we report the first human-T-cell-selective fluorescent probe, Mito thermo yellow (MTY), achieving the live T cells’ distinction from B cells, which was previously impossible without the help of antibodies. The unexpected cell selectivity of MTY is attributed to the higher mitochondria mass and membrane potential of T cells over B cells.     The influence of Ancient Chinese Wisdom on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure: A study of DAQO

    This thesis examines the influence of Ancient Chinese Wisdom—Confucianism, Daoism, and Buddhism—on the CSR disclosure practices of Chinese Concept Stock companies, focusing on Daqo New Energy. A novel framework aligns these philosophical principles with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) indicators to create a unique CSR scoring index. Using an exploratory qualitative approach, the study combines qualitative content analysis of CSR reports with quantitative evaluation of disclosure scores to assess the impact of traditional values on modern corporate practices. Daqo New Energy integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, emphasizing governance, sustainable development, and community engagement. In 2021, the company invested RMB 1.015 million in charitable activities and donated 36.5 tons of disinfectant to local communities, reflecting a strong commitment to societal well-being. Key initiatives include protecting employee rights, investing in safety measures, and upholding environmental commitments such as green development and low-carbon strategies. These efforts align with core values of integrity, dedication, and innovation derived from Ancient Chinese Wisdom. However, the study identifies areas for improvement in aligning with Ancient Chinese philosophical principles. While Daqo emphasizes technological innovation and growth, there is potential for deeper integration of Daoist principles of harmony with nature and Buddhist concepts of compassion in their environmental and social strategies. Enhancing transparency in reporting and expanding stakeholder engagement can further align the company’s practices with Confucian ideals of ethical governance and community responsibility. The findings indicate that companies aligned with Ancient Chinese Wisdom principles provide higher-quality and more comprehensive CSR disclosures, particularly in stakeholder engagement, ethical governance, and environmental stewardship. This research offers valuable insights for enhancing CSR within the Chinese corporate governance context, recommending the integration of corporate strategies with cultural heritage to promote sustainable business practices

Last whorl straight in front, or gradually ascending toward aperture; rounded at periphery. Shell 7.1– 7.8–8.5 high; 2.8–3.0– 3.2 in diam. maj. Height/diam. maj. ratio 2.29–2.62–2.94. Aperture subovate; almost vertical; its insertions separated; 2.3–2.6–2.8 high, 2.0–2.1–2.4 wide. Ratio of shell height to aperture height 2.80– 3.06–3.43. Palatal margin rounded. Peristome expanded; sharp. Parietal callus distinct; with angular tubercle. Parietal tooth present. Palatal wall with a ridge-like tooth which is extended 1/4 to 1/3 whorl inward. Columellar margin reflexed; with one prominent tooth expanding inward. Umbilicus narrowly open. Shell uniformly greenishbrown; aperture of the same colouration.</p> <p> <b>Genitalia.</b> Vas deferens short; of even thickness; entering epiphallus apically. Epiphallus long; narrowed towards distal end; forming a few loops. Epiphallic caecum apically blunt; almost in middle of epiphallus. Flagellum present; short; tubular; proximally not expanded; with blunt tip. Penis clavate and proximally slightly enlarged; thin-walled; with terminal entrance of epiphallus; internally with pilasters and one V-shaped pilaster. Proximal free ends of V-shaped pilaster approaching at penial retractor insertion. Papilla developed by fused distal pilasters forming V-shaped structure absent. Penial caecum conic; situated at penis close to epiphallus. Penial verge absent. Penial appendix short; branched off from penis at some distance from atrium; divided into sections including A-1+A-2, A-3 and A-4+A-5. A-1 long; without verge toward penial chamber. A-1 and A-2 fused; internally with longitudinal pilasters. A-2 near A-3 internally without a ring of papillae. A-2 and A-3 not fused. A- 3 opening into A-2 through needle-like, long papilla. Boundary between A-4 and A-5 indistinct. A-5 short; straight. Atrium without retractor. Free oviduct moderately long; longer than vagina. Bursa copulatrix duct long; proximally twisted. The columellar tooth is nearly invisible in apertural view, but it is distinctly expanded inwards along the columella.     <i>Sinonirvana hirsuta</i> Gao et Zhang sp. nov. <p>(Figs. 3, 6, 9, 25–31)</p> <p> <b>Description.</b> Crown yellowish white, with a brown median stripe from 1/3 apex of crown extending to tip of scutellum; eyes yellow, ocelli yellowish white; face yellowish white. Pronotum and scutellum yellowish white, lateral margin of pronotum orange. Forewing white to pale yellow, heavily marked with brown (Figs. 3, 6, 9).</p> <p> Male pygofer well sclerotized with 11 dorsoapical macrosetae; ventral margin with a process curved inside with 5 small rigid setae (Figs. 25, 27). Subgenital plate expanded at middle and narrowed gradually at apex, with a ventral longitudinal row of macrosetae; numerous long, fine setae sparsely distributed over surface laterad of macrosetae (Fig. 26). Style and connective as in <i>D. excelsa</i> (Figs. 30–31). Aedeagal shaft with basal half straight and apical half abruptly curved ventrad, with pair of well-developed lateral ear-like appendages at base of apical half, pair of apical long processes curved dorsad, gonopore apical on posterior surface (Figs. 28 <b>–</b> 29).</p> <p> <b>Measurements.</b> Male length 4.9mm, female length 4.7–5.0mm (including wing).</p> <p> <b>Material examined.</b> Holotype: 1♂ China: Yunnan Prov., Jinping, 1900m, 10-June-2009, coll: Zhang Lei.     2. Oniella shaanxiana sp. nov. (Figs. 2, 7, 12, 17, 56–61) Description. Crown black medially with margins yellowish white; color pattern of pronotum and scutellum as in O. honesta, but yellowish white patches on forewing smaller (Figs. 2, 7, 12, 17). Shape of male pygofer similar to that of O. honesta, but ventral process less intraspecific variation (Fig. 56). Subgenital plate as in O. honesta, but narrowed at basal 1 / 3 and with single longitudinal row of macrosetae on the ventral margin (Fig. 57). Style apex expanded and cheliform, basal part expanded and foot-like (Fig. 61). Connective Y-shaped with arms shorter than stem (Fig. 60). Aedeagal shaft curved dorsad, tubular, narrowed gradually at apex, with two pairs of slender, somewhat asymmetrical processes arising near midlength of shaft and extended distad (Figs. 58–59). Measurements. Male body length 5.2 & 5.4mm, female body length 5.9 & 6.1mm (including wing). Material examined. Holotype: 3, China: Shaanxi Prov., Zhouzhi, Zhongnanshan, 27 -June- 1951. Paratypes: 1 Ƥ, China: Sichuan Prov., Yaan, 8 -July- 1939, coll: Zhou Yao; 33, 3 Ƥ, China: Shaanxi Prov., Zhouzhi, Zhongnanshan, 27 -June- 1951. Distribution. China (Sichuan, Shaanxi). Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the province in which the holotype was collected. Remarks. O. shaanxiana can be easily recognized from other species of Oniella by the two pairs of slender processes on the ventral margin of aedeagal shaft in the basal half.
