    The article analyzes actual views on the future teachers’ professional training of preschool educational institutions. The basic directions of improvement of training of future students of specialty "Preschool education" in the context of artistic and constructive activity of pupils are singled out. The peculiarities of artistic and constructive activity of preschool children are described and the content and directions of future teachers’ training in the outlined direction based on the activity approach are outlined.The necessity of forming of future teacher’s creative personality as a significant factor of development of pupils’ creative abilities is substantiated. At the same time, it is emphasized that the positive, interested attitude of the teacher to children’s creativity as a unique phenomenon plays an important role in this process. An educator who believes in the capabilities of his or her pupils, monitors the dynamics of development of their creative abilities, thoughtfully analyzes the products of children’s creativity, can count on success in the direction of artistic and constructive activity of children. The main attention is paid to the fact that future educators should realize when teaching at a higher educational institution that in order to organize children’s creative activity it is necessary to create conditions under which the preschooler’s creative abilities are formed during creative activity, since during the production of a specific product the child poses purpose and achieves concrete results. At the same time she can choose what to make, what materials, what method of manufacture to choose.The peculiarities of active approach application in the educational process of IHE by modeling forms of artistic and constructive activity are analyzed, discussing problematic issues, involving students in creative artistic and constructive activity during which they prepare to familiarize children with the properties of the material, the structure of products, features and stages of their production.У статті проаналізовано актуальні погляди на професійну підготовку майбутніх педагогів дошкільних закладів освіти.     The actual views on the training of future teachers of preschool educational institutions are analyzed in the article. The main directions of improvement of future teachers’ training in the context of pupils’ artistic-aesthetic development are singled out. The peculiarities of artistic-aesthetic development of preschool age children are characterized, and the content and directions of interaction between teachers and parents in the mentioned aspect are outlined. The main attention is paid to the fact that, when studying at a higher educational institution, future educators should realize that for the development of individual artistic abilities of children it is necessary to create conditions under which the actions of educators of preschool educational institutions and parents are coordinated. In the family and preschool educational institution it is necessary to implement an individual approach to the child, it is important to focus the attention of families on enriching the aesthetic impressions of pupils, creating an environment that stimulates children to creative activity. An important tool in cooperation between teachers and parents is the organization of such a joint activity in which parents are active participants in the educational process. Teachers have the opportunity to involve parents in working together on different areas of the educational process: they can take part in the design of the pre-school educational institution, group premises, playgrounds.     Professional Training of Future Educators for the Usage of Ethnological-Aesthetic Means in Work with Children of Senior Preschool Age

    The relevance of professional training of future educators of IPE (institution of preschool education) for usage ethnological-aesthetic means in work with children is substantiated in the article. The concept of "means" is concretized and a complex of ethnological-aesthetic means, effective for the forming in preschool age children's ideas about culture, life, traditions, customs, rites of the Ukrainian people and aesthetic taste (folk toys, crafts and handicrafts, state and folk symbols, everyday life, arts and crafts) is proposed. Importance of involving senior preschool age children in folk crafts and handicrafts, arts, making folk toys is actualized, which promotes patriotism, development of personal qualities such as kindness, compassion, courage. The role of aesthetics of everyday life, state and national symbols in awareness of the beauty of the surrounding reality by child is determined. The paper suggests theoretical and methodological aspects of professional training of students for decorative drawing and decorative application classes (drawing and application of Easter eggs on planar forms, Yavoriv toys, exercises in elements of Hutsul and Petrykivka painting), making a folk toys from various materials (threads, fabric, hay, straw), modeling visits to a virtual museum in work with senior preschool age children; the importance of such classes for mental, speech development, preparation for schooling of senior preschool age children is substantiated. The pedagogical conditions for the effectiveness of the usage of ethnological-aesthetic means in the practice of institutions of preschool education are proposed. The authors emphasize the importance of training future educators to create an appropriate educational environment, develop skills to select tools and methods for work with children that would promote their creative attitude to the aesthetic development of reality, reflecting it in their own creative activities

    A person is in close contact with the natural environment throughout his life. In the interaction of nature and man, an important role is played by the preservation of ecological balance in the conditions of continuously growing needs of society. Environmental culture has a beneficial effect on the degree of development of the level of legal and environmental awareness in the society, as well as compliance by the members of the society with the requirements of environmental protection legislation. In the conditions of the rule of law, there is a great need for professional lawyers who are able to assist in the environmental and legal education of a person throughout his life. In order to raise the level of environmental and legal culture of the society, in our opinion, a special role should be assigned to professional lawyers, for whom this should be part of their professional activities. Within the framework of this research, we have proposed and implemented a case methodology on the subject of environmental law for law students

    Technology of Training of Future Teachers of Preschool Education Institutions to Work with Creatively Gifted Children

    In the new conditions for the development of the Ukrainian society, studying intelligence, psychological mechanisms, and pedagogical means of developing creative talent becomes especially relevant, which is becoming one of the priority tasks of scientific research. This is due to several factors the intellectual abilities of humans are considered a powerful potential of human civilization, the development of which can significantly improve the quality of any social reforms. Creativity is an integral part of human spirituality and a prerequisite for personal freedom, serves as a social mechanism that resists the regress of society, taking into account that only the work of the intellect can provide the possibility of new knowledge. Components of giftedness are given: high intellectual level, the person’s ability to creativity, persistence. The main characteristics of a creative personality are highlighted. It is noted that an educator’s training consists of the innovative nature of the pedagogical activity, which requires adjustment of the teacher’s professional culture and his/her value orientations, a fundamental change of direction in the methodology and methods of work. It is emphasized that the main purpose of our experimental research is to test the effectiveness of the technology of preparing future educators to work with creatively gifted children; confirmation or refutation of the research hypothesis; making a description of the experimental study, analysis of its results. In pedagogical theory and practice, a significant amount of research related to the identification of giftedness has been developed, and programs have been developed to help children realize their abilities. These issues are reflected in such state documents as the Law of Ukraine "On Extracurricular Education" (2000), the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On State Support of Gifted Youth", "Program of Work with Gifted Youth for 2006-2010", the purpose of which is creation of favorable conditions for the realization of the creative potential of the Ukrainian people, search, support and stimulation of intellectually and creatively gifted children and youth, self-realization of the creative personality in the modern educational space
