Depauperamento della risorsa idrica: situazione nazionale e riferimenti alle attività di monitoraggio e salvaguardi nella Regione Lazio”
Energetic labelling as a contribution for energy saving - Energy and environment 2005 - Sorrento, settembre 2004
Growing problems about cosumption of primary energetic first subjects, are pushing toward the analysis of some forgotten or not so much exploited forms of transport that, due to the actual technological knowledges, could be revisited for new works. Moving things and people in great quantities, through great distances, with short consumptions of fuel, without the necessity of devote airport structures and besides with small effects of environmental impact: this is the goal to reach with the planning of New Dirigible. Thanks to the new fibers for the shell, new technologies for the exploitation or the optimization of the energetic sources and new safety conditions for working in different weather conditions, these new dirigibili will have to be able to develop assignments that can go from the civil transport, to the activities fireproof, to the aerial defense actually to the possibility to transport loads which could be ten times bigger than those which are today transferable with a 747 freighter. It will be therefore object of this job to currently take in examination some of the new projects in progress of realization , through which will be tried to give an actual picture, although absolutely not definitive, about how both private and pubblic subject such as ESA and the PENTAGON are approaching such renewed possibility
Connection between Carbon Footprint and Green Consuming: Opportunity or threat for correct development?
"The term Carbon Footprint has become well known and very popular in recent years not only in the scientific world. This increasing attention of public opinion towards environmental problems has induced companies to pay attention to new categories of consumers, the so called “Green Consumer”, and to put into practice communicative strategies of sustainability. The reasons why Carbon Footprint has become notoriously diffused in less time than a complete LCA analysis, is due to easier calculation and better communication.. The aim of this research is to individualize the causes and the consequences of possible connections in the diffusion of Carbon Footprint and Green Consuming, highlighting in a SWOT analysis the strong and weak points of these ties and pointing out the linked opportunities and threats.

From the producer to the consumer: walking towards safety and quality along goods and food chain
Growing up woth many more numbers year after, the European Community is developing a new sense of feeling towards the problem of good safety and quality. Consumers are growing in number and needing, always looking for more information about what are they really having served on their table and where all those goos come from. In this evolving situation, the intent of the present work will be to analyse new approaches towards consumenrs' potection, especially studing all that could concern about "traceability" and newsafety instruments to manage quality and food safety, all over the Community area
Moving towards zero distribution model reduces to Environmental Impact and preserve food quality and safeness
The LCA model is normally used to analyse environmental impact on many different situation; food transportation
is one of those situation actually strongly related to environmental impact in fact, today, all that
is served on our tables walks for not less than 1900 km. In order to analyse new chances on reducing distances
between producers and consumers, to reduce environmental impact and finally achieve best practices
on using the LCA instrument along the food chain, the actual work will study if and what could be possible
to change to organize a “ZERO KM” distribution model. Using a shorter distribution chain in fact, we could
provide best food, with best prices, protecting its safeness because of its national or even regional belonging
and, last but not least this could even be an important instrument to protect the “Made in Italy production”
by being counterfeited
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
