Cadmium Sulfide-Porous Silicon nanocomposite structures
Optimum conditions for the formation of cadmium sulfide nanoparticles in a porous silicon matrix have been determined. The mechanisms of charge transfer in the formed heterostructures and their dependences on the porous layer properties and conditions of CdS nanoparticle synthesis have been studied. The spectral distribution and the intensity of photoluminescence are demonstrated to be governed by the concentration and the size of synthesized CdS nanocrystallites, as well as the efficiency of radiation recombination at deep centers bound with defects. © N.A. PROBLEMS AND SPECIFIC RESULTS OF TRAINING PHYSICIANS TEACHERS TO WORK WITH CREATIVELY GIFTED STUDENTS
The purpose of the work is to familiarize interested scientists with the peculiarities of the author's implementation of the study, which concerns the training of physics teachers to work with creatively gifted students and obtained with separate results.
The methodology of the research was maximally adapted to work with teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which includes courses for improving their qualifications, as well as systematic work with them in the course of the course (seminars, webinars, work in creative groups, individual and group counseling, work in groups of social networks, etc.). In addition to analyzing available scientific and scientific-methodical sources, the author monitored the educational process in physics at school, in particular the process of preparing students for their creative projects. by the process of setting up and solving creative, in particular, inventive tasks. Observation of the author was accompanied by video recording, which allowed to carry out a more in-depth analysis of individual actions of both the teacher and his students. The resulting video materials were then used to correct the teacher's activities, as well as multimedia teaching tools for work on all subsequent courses. A separate point of the study was a pedagogical experiment.
The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the author has scientifically substantiated the possibility of preparing a physics teacher to work with creatively gifted students in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The results of the study were published by the author in the specialized editions of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation.
The results of implementation in pedagogical practice, in particular, in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of physics in Chernihiv and other areas, are obtained.
Conclusions. Teachers began to differentiate the creative, intellectual and research activities of man, as well as mastered the methodology of diagnostics of abilities for scientific and technical creativity.
Teachers have learned to make creative tasks in the educational process in physics. They have become more meaningful to provide their students with assistance in carrying out their training projects.
In our further research, we plan to offer new organizational forms and methods for teaching teachers and students, in particular using Internet resources

PREPARATION OF THE PHYSICS TEACHER FOR RECEIVING PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE MOMENTS OF THE FLASHING NATURAL PHENOMENA
The purpose of the work is to justify the need to prepare teachers of physics and other natural subjects to take photographs of the moments of the course of natural phenomena, which contributes to the expansion of their opportunities in the implementation of the educational process.
The research methodology is based on the Law of Ukraine «On Education», the Concept of Science and Mathematics Education (STEM-education), the requirements of educational programs in science subjects. The author relies on his own long experience of working in the teacher training system, in particular, in the Chernihiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education named after K. D. Ushinsky, where he developed and implemented the corresponding author's courses and seminars in the educational process, and created the didactic content, in particular, photographs demonstrated their effectiveness in practice, that is, during training sessions. Photographic materials created by the author are used for setting problems in physics and became the subject of his scientific research, which is reflected in the relevant scientific and scientific-methodological works.
The content of the article is aimed at satisfying the requests of scientists, teachers of institutions of higher education, in particular institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, teachers who are not indifferent to the problems of educational development.
The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author proves the necessity and possibility of creating the named didactic materials by direct participants in the educational process, which contributes not only to increasing the effectiveness of education, but also to the development of the creative abilities of the teacher and his students. At the same time, it is shown how to prepare a teacher for such an activity.
The results of the research were reported at international scientific conferences (Republic of Moldova – 2011, 20213, 2019, 2021, 2022; USA – 2022) and others. and implemented in pedagogical practice at Tiraspil State University, Chisinau State University, T. H. Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv Colehium», Chernihiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education named after K. D. Ushinskyi.
Conclusions. The educational process in science subjects always requires new technical means and didactic materials. Interesting didactic materials in this regard were and remain photographs of natural phenomena.
Photographic images of individual moments of images of natural phenomena contribute to a deeper insight into their essence, and, therefore, to their better understanding.
The development of modern photo and video technology makes it much easier, compared to the past, to obtain moments of the course of fast-moving phenomena. It is important that the mentioned technical means have become available to wide sections of the population, in particular to teachers and their students.
A significant number of educational photographs can be obtained by the teacher who, more than anyone else, feels the need for them to achieve a specific goal of the corresponding educational session.
Involvement of students in photographing moments of natural phenomena not only contributes to their better assimilation of educational material, but also to the development of their creative abilities.
In order to carry out purposeful training of teachers of physics and other science subjects to create new didactic materials in the form of photographs, appropriate work should be carried out on courses to improve their qualifications
Increase of the Biogas Output during Fermentation of Manure of Cattle with Winemaking Waste in Biogas Plants
The aim of the work is to increase biogas output and generation of electricity in biogas plants due to the joint fermentation of cattle manure with winemaking waste. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been solved: the biogas yield from cattle manure with winemaking waste was determined during periodic loading of the digester; based on the obtained experimental data, a mathematical model was calibrated to estimate the biogas yield during fermentation of cattle manure with the addition of winemaking waste. Because of the studies, it had been found that when manure was fermented with part of the water replaced in the substrate 2% of the winemaking waste, the fermentation dynamics in the substrate are similar to the fermentation of pure cattle manure. Biogas obtained by fermentation of manure with the addition of 2%, 6.5% and 13% of wastewater from wine production instead of water in the first day of fermentation either did not burn at all or burned poorly. The addition of winemaking waste to a substrate based on manure in an amount of 13% allows increasing the maximum biogas yield by a third to 1,372 l/(hrkg dry organic matter). The significance of the research results lies in the fact that the use of winemaking waste as a substrate will allow a third increase in biogas output and power generation, and a reduction in the payback period of a 4,4 MW biogas plant using the green tariff to 6,5 years
PROBLEMS OF PREPARATION FOR TUTORIALS OF JUNIOR INFANTS AND RATIONALIZERS
The purpose of the work is to familiarize interested scientists and teachers with the peculiarities and problems of preparing the tasks for the All-Ukrainian tournaments of young inventors and innovators.
The research methodology is based on the concept of working with gifted students, from the provision on the All-Ukrainian Tournament of Young Inventors and Rationalizers (author's project). The survey focused on the requests of tournament organizers and members of its jury, as well as on scholars and teachers who organize work with creatively gifted students. Long experience in preparing such tasks, observing and analyzing video materials obtained during the tournaments, has allowed us to find a tendency to change the requirements to the tasks. Created videos and video games of the tournament allowed not only monitoring, but also providing the educational process with new multimedia.
The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the author shows the dynamics of the development of requirements for tasks used in the All-Ukrainian tournaments of young inventors and rationalizers. The results of the study were reported at the scientific conferences of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation. Taking into account these dynamics and tasks are prepared for all the following tournaments.
Conclusions. The tasks given to the participants of the All-Ukrainian tournaments of young inventors and innovators have their own peculiarities. All such tasks are aimed at creating original devices or technologies. They belong to the category of the most creative tasks and therefore can have a significant number of solutions.
The content of the tasks should be clear to the students and take into account their own inquiries and demands of the community.
Requirements to the tasks vary depending on the modern development of technology and the level of preparation of students.
Our further research will focus on the training of teachers and students to set their own goals, which follows from the author's proposal for a full cycle of creativity in his doctoral dissertation

The oil and gas sector is among the leaders of the domestic industry in terms of the number of digital technologies being implemented. The complex technological chain of mining and processing industries is gradually moving into a system of intelligent management based on Digital Analytics. It is digital techniques of influencing the subject of management on an object, which gradually acquire algorithmized character, that become the head of scientific research and development of specialists in almost all sectors of the economy.The article gives characteristics of digital tools for organizing and managing oil and gas production, describes the experience of domestic and foreign corporations in the development and application of information and communication technologies by covering the processes of supply, processing raw materials and sales of finished products. By summarizing the advanced achievements in building effective economic ties, the paper describes digital technologies as elements of a structural-functional approach with an emphasis on the possibilities and limitations of integrating technologies from industry leaders. The study proposes the author’s vision of the systematization of approaches in the field of “E-management” of oil and gas companies and their stakeholders, determined on the basis of the criterion for the effective development of the ecosystem of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. As prospects for technological development in the direction of “E-management”, the expansion of the use of tools of intra-industry and intersectoral collaboration of resources, technological solutions, fixed assets based on macro-technological challenges is noted. The author concludes that “E-management”, as an innovative format of the production management system, contributes to sustainable development and growth of competitiveness of new generation industrial enterprises

ЛОКАЛЬНОЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ НОВОГО АПИГЕЛЯ ДЛЯ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЛУЧЕВЫХ РЕАКЦИЙ СЛИЗИСТОЙ ОБОЛОЧКИ ПОЛОСТИ РТА
У БОЛЬНЫХ ПОСЛЕ ЛУЧЕВОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫХ НОВООБРАЗОВАНИЙ В ОБЛАСТИ ГОЛОВЫ И ШЕИ

Резюме
Использование лучевой терапии для лечения злокачественных новообразований в области головы и шеи наряду с увеличением числа клинических выздоровлений приводит к росту частоты осложнений в ротовой полости. Цель работы оценка эффективности местного применения нового геля «Апиор» в комплексном лечении лучевых осложнений в полости рта у больных с новообразованиями в области головы и шеи после проведенной лучевой терапии. Аппликации геля «Апиор» в комплексном лечении лучевых реакции слизистой оболочки полости рта (СОПР) у пациентов с новообразованиями в области головы и шеи после лучевой терапии благоприятно влияли на объективные и субъективные симптомы лучевых реакций. По сравнению с пациентами, у которых противовоспалительная терапия проводилась традиционными методами, у больных, в схему лечения которых включали местное применение апигеля, отмечено снижение частоты выявления отека и эрозий СОПР, реже наблюдались кровоточивость десен, явления очагового и сливного эпителиита, язвенно-некротические процессы. Отмечено более быстрое уменьшение степени выраженности ксеростомии, что способствовало улучшению гигиенического состояния полости рта, предотвращению вторичной микробной колонизации поврежденных слизистых поверхностей. Аппликации геля «Апиор» сокращали сроки восстановления структурно-функциональной целостности СОПР, что сокращало сроки реабилитации больных. Авторы пришли к выводу, что местное применение геля «Апиор» в комплексной терапии лучевых осложнений в полости рта у больных с новообразованиями в области головы и шеи, подвергшихся лучевому лечению, быстрее снижает выраженность симптомов ксеростомии и лучевых реакций СОПР, купирует их. Включение в схему лечения нового апигеля способствует улучшению гигиенического состояния полости рта, саливации, положительно влияя на неспецифическую резистентность ротовой жидкости и оказывая регенеративное действие, что повышает эффективность лечения и качество жизни больных.

NEW APIGEL LOCAL USE AT TREATMENT OF ORAL MUCOUS MEMBRANE RADIATION REACTIONS IN PATIENTS AFTER HEAD
AND NECK MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS RADIATION THERAPY

Summary
The use radiotherapy at treatment of malignant neoplasma in the area of the head and neck, together with increased chances for clinical recovery leads to increased rates of radiation complication in oral cavity. The aim of the work is estimation of efficiency of local use new gel “Apior” in complex treatment of radiation complications in cavity mouth in patients with neoplasms in the area of the head and neck who receive radiation therapy. The application of the gel “Apior” in the complex therapy of radiation reactions of the oral mucous membrane (OMM) in patients with neoplasms in the area of the head and neck after radiation treatment influenced favorably the objective and subjective symptoms of radiation reactions. In comparison with patients who were given local anti-inflammatory therapy by traditional methods, the patients with application of the apigel were observed to have fast healing of edema, OMM erosion, there were less often marked gingival hemorrhage, phenomena of local and confluent epitheliitis, ulcerotic-necrotic processes. There was observed reduction in the xerostomia level manifestation that promoted improvement of the hygienic condition of the oral cavity, prevention of the secondary microbic colonization of the damaged mucous surfaces. The application of the gel “Apior” reduced terms of restoration of the structural-functional integrity of OMM that promoted rehabilitation of the patients. Authors conclude that gel “Apior” local application in the complex therapy of radiation complications in cavity mouth in patients with neoplasms in the area of the head and neck who underwent radiation treatment reduces symptoms of xerostomia and radiation reactions OMM more quickly and stops them. Inclusion of the apigel in the scheme of treatment improvement of the hygienic condition of the oral cavity, of the salivary secretion, which have positive influence on nonspecific resistance in oral liquid and restored of the structural integrity of OMM, that improves quality of treatment and life of the patients.

ЛОКАЛЬНЕ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ НОВОГО АПІГЕЛЮ ДЛЯ ЛІКУВАННЯ ПРОМЕНЕВИХ РЕАКЦІЙ СЛИЗОВОЇ ОБОЛОНКИ ПОРОЖНИНИ РОТА У ХВОРИХ ПІСЛЯ ПРОМЕНЕВОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ ЗЛОЯКІСНИХ НОВОУТВОРЕНЬ В ДІЛЯНЦІ ГОЛОВИ ТА ШИЇ. Використання променевої терапії для лікування злоякісних новоутворень в ділянці голови та шиї разом зі збільшенням числа клінічних видужань призводить до зростання частоти ускладнень в ротовій порожнині. Мета роботи - оцінка ефективності місцевого застосування нового гелю «Апіор» в комплексному лікуванні променевих ускладнень в порожнині рота у хворих з новоутвореннями в ділянці голови та шиї після проведеної променевої терапії. Аплікації гелю «Апіор» в комплексному лікуванні променевих реакції слизової оболонки порожнини рота (СОПР) у пацієнтів з новоутвореннями в ділянці голови та шиї після променевої терапії сприятливо впливали на об'єктивні і суб'єктивні симптоми променевих реакцій. У порівнянні з пацієнтами, у яких протизапальна терапія проводилася традиційними методами, у хворих, в схему лікування яких включали місцеве застосування апігеля, відзначено зниження частоти виявлення набряку і ерозій СОПР, рідше спостерігалися кровоточивість ясен, явища осередкового і зливного епітеліїту, виразково-некротичні процеси. Відзначено швидкіше зменшення ступеня вираженості ксеростомії, що сприяло поліпшенню гігієнічного стану порожнини рота, запобігання вторинної мікробної колонізації пошкоджених слизових поверхонь. Аплікації гелю «Апіор» скорочували терміни відновлення структурно-функціональної цілісності СОПР, що скорочувало терміни реабілітації хворих. Автори дійшли висновку, що місцеве застосування гелю «Апіор» в комплексній терапії променевих ускладнень в порожнині рота у хворих з новоутвореннями в ділянці голови та шиї, які зазнали променевого лікування, швидше знижує вираженість симптомів ксеростомії та променевих реакцій СОПР, усуває їх. Включення в схему лікування нового апігеля сприяє поліпшенню гігієнічного стану порожнини рота, салівації, позитивно впливаючи на неспецифічну резистентність ротової рідини і надаючи регенеративну дію, що підвищує ефективність лікування і якість життя хворих.
